This property is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious, was clean, decor was lovely, all the comforts of home, lots of storage, plenty of room for four people, beds were comfortable, daily cleaning, front desk was helpful, very close to the tube, the Earl's Court tube stop is half a block away, it had AC, wifi was strong, neighborhood was cute and safe. Great places to eat. There was a M&S grocery store a half block away. The apartment provided a list of everything you may need while you were there from tour providers to doctors.

The only two things that could have been better would be to have baking sheets for the oven. There were sauces and frying pans but no equipment to use the oven. There were no towels or wash clothes for the kitchen.

Ventilator in bathroom hasn't been cleaned for months if not longer..., Bed very small for 2 people, extra bed is a sleep-couch, not very comfortable feeling all springs, rooms are noisy, considering this in our opinion overpriced.

We arrived before check in time, however the staff were friendly and let us store our luggage while we went sight seeing. When we returned in the evening, our luggage was already in our room, which was really nice. Also upon check out, we could leave our luggage at the reception desk for a couple of hours until our returning flight was due, hence we could take a walk around London without dragging our suitcases with us. The stayed in the "lower ground floor" apartments which seemed to be at -2 level, however there was a patio and a possibility to open the patio door to let some daylight and fresh air in. The room was clean and tidy, everything looked a bit used and old-ish, however it was a perfect location for the family London stay for a couple of days. Very clean and warm bathroom, with heated floor. Overall, it had all you need for a couple of nights in London, with very close proximity to buses and Earl's court tube station.

The bed could have had better mattress, you could feel the springs and hear them squeaking, which was kind of a downside.

The apartments (or rather a hotel, although it serves no breakfast currently) is very conveniently located very short walk from the tube, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The hotel is on a quiet side-street. It was more like a hotel than we expected with friendly staff always present. No problem to leave luggage or get help with the heating system. Although it's not freshly renovated, the apartment was fully functional and clean.

The heating was too high with no way to turn it down, so when we closed the window for the night, we had to turn on AC -- in February. The AC switch was broken so we needed some help from the reception, but worked well after a long enough press. The number of plates and glasses is very limited. There is a very old and very small dishwasher, but we learned not to use it, just left the dishes and they were washed by the cleaning staff. I guess it was most convenient for everybody as we ran very quickly out of dishwasher tablets and new ones were not provided without asking.

Excellent location, quiet street, friendly staff, Sofia from front desk - very helpful, spacious rooms, a/c working fine, bathroom renovated +clean, water pressure excellent, heated floors in the bathroom - great bonus, washer/drier really helped, since our luggage got delayed. Daily linen/towel changes. When we needed help to use the drier - front desk staff came up within 5 min and resolved the issue!

Stairs inside hotel - carpeted, would benefit from extra cleaning

It has complete kitchen appliances and utensils. Perfect for travellers who love to cook. There is a washing machine cum dryer, microwave oven, oven, fridge, heating rack to dry clothes, iron, hair dryer, etc. The air-con cum heater worked well. The room was always warm and cosy. Even the toilet was warm. The water heater worked perfectly well, water was consistently warm, unlike some other hotels or lodging places where I needed to consistently adjust. Housekeeping services was perfect. Towels were changed daily. Beds were made daily. There was vacuuming and mopping as well. Bed sheets were changed weekly.

Nothing. However I wish the apartment management or staff had warned us to be careful about scammers along the road outside the apartment. Apparently 1 of the apartment guests was scammed days before we checked in. We were scammed by 3 men. 1 claimed to be a lost tourist and 2 others came along and pretended to be policemen. The “policemen” demanded to see our passport and money and ran away with our money. Fortunately he was caught by 2 helpful men in the public. We are grateful to them for giving chase upon hearing our cries.

London is a lottery for accommodation… there’s a big difference between the good and not do good! Presidential Apartments is a high quality hotel that delivers on its promises. It’s very well managed with friendly and courteous staff at checkin and the rooms are rather large( on London standards) and are beautifully furnished with extremely comfortable beds.

Property in a great location and rooms were spacious.

Apartments were too hot (so we had to turn heating off), breakfast options would have been good.

Best Location (very near to Earls court Metro Train station). All the facilities inside the service apartment like the Integrated kitchen & the utensils/cutlery; Washing machine & the drying stand; heater & aircon; Fridge provided and round the clock availability of reception desk staff for any assistance. Also when we had to leave the luggage for 2-3 days for a short overseas travel, the hotel staff referred another nearby hotel over the next street to temporarily keep our luggage for 2-3 days at the rate of 5 pound per day per luggage. Neat and clean facility;

Nothing much; If one need to leave the luggage for early checkout & collect later within the day, it's feasible; however if one is planning to leave the luggage for more than the same day, hotel doesn't have a luggage concierge to keep them. In such case, one can keep the luggage at another hotel over the next street for 5 pound per luggage per day.
