Clean, spacious apartment with available amenities. Comfortable and secure for solo travellers. The apartments really are lovely; great value for money; highly recommended.

Car parking - insufficient signage for directions. Access on foot - code did not work. Car park facilities underground, with very little signage to direct people towards the right exit. No one on reception at arrival; waited ten minutes, then someone arrived from the outside of the property and jumped on the reception desk. Dressed very informally; wasn't actually sure he was an employee initially. Pleasant manner but overall, not a very professional welcome. Back office / store door wide open with luggage on show; would not advise leaving luggage here - security is an issue when reception is left unmanned.

Location is great no breakfast available but nice cafe next door. Room was bright and clean towels were white and fluffy staff very welcoming and helpful.Nothing to much trouble.

Items like bread milk basic cereals and snacks available to purchase especially if you have a late arrival also a little information leaflet about what is where instead of searching through all of the cupboards ,also no sockets by the kitchen area had to put kettle and toaster on the table in order to reach the sockets but this is constructive criticism and I will certainly return again.

The location near the Greenwich DLR station. Best equipped kitchen out of the 4 aparthotels we visited on this trip. Decently sized room. Neighborhood felt safe. Very clean. The complimentary treats and drinks awaiting us at arrival. Friendly staff.

Our room faced Greenwich High Street and the street noise was too loud to have the window open at night. Not a huge issue since mild temps but imagine it could be an issue in higher temps. Don’t suggest using the front desk to book a taxi. The taxi company they booked was almost twice what Uber quoted and turned out it wasn’t a London taxi, just a guy using Google maps who was uncertain how to get us to our destination and ended up dropping us off 1/4 mile from where we wanted to be.

We needed a landing spot for one night after flying to London from the States. We were moving our daughter into the University of Greenwich so we had large suitcases. The Stay City fit the bill quite nicely. It was only a 5 minute walk from the DLR Greenwich stop. The room was small but functional kitchen. The bathroom was adequate and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the fold out chair provided for an adequate third sleeping space. The availabe proseco in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful at Reception

Our room was at the front of the building and there was a lot of road noise so we could not sleep wiht the window open. It is a good 10 minute walk to the heart of Greenwich but it is on the bus line.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with family where you need something extra than a regular hotel room. The small kitchen, nicely equipped helps a lot because you can't always eat in restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, perhaps the most comfy bed in a hotel I have ever experienced. And the staff was super helpfup. Due to a rescheduled flight, I arrived to the hotel past midnight and the check-in was still flawless. Same with check-out when we were able to keep our luggage at the hotel while walking around for couple more hours after check-out.

Not much to dislike. I could use a slightly different style of pillows but I admit I have quite specific needs. A little disappointment was a queen size bed while I needed two single beds. But that is not a big deal.

I dunno where to start! From the friendly receptionist to the incredible room, this hotel is honestly a gem. Harry made my stay so lovely with a nice glass of bubbly and a lovely smile when checking us in. His brother Marshall was also very friendly and made our stay stress-free. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was the BEST bed I’ve slept on. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. I will honestly be coming back here. Thank you, Staycity!

Nothing. It was perfect

The hotel is located in the very nice and interesting district of Greenwich. The connections to the city center are excellent, with a train station very close by and a bus stop right next to the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a very large bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view of the city.

The kitchen is very well-equipped but too small, making it less functional.

The room was clean, location was around 5mins walk to Greenwich DLR as well as nearby bus stop. Exhaust fan in the toilet, toilet was also wide with a large mirror. Room was nice and bright and well lit through room lighting and natural light. Good size little kitchen area and a larger than usual fridge freezer in similar places. Freezer was strong too, kept ice actual frozen. Would go back again.

The building was really warm. We had air conditioning in the room but it would switch off after a while and we woke up sweating cause of the heat. Phone signal (UK O2) was also weak in the building and area in general.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. At the entrance a worker gave us a card key and clearly explained some simple rules (like how to open doors, etc.). The spacious elevator with blue lighting set a fun mood. The room is roomy enough for relaxation and has everything we needed: a sink, dishes, a frying pan, a microwave, a kettle, salt, sugar, milk and tea. The bathroom is spacious with a towel warmer that's always on (a very important feature). It also has all the necessary toiletries like shampoo, soap, and more. The view from the window is stunning, making it pleasant to fall asleep and a joy to admire during breakfast. Across the street is an amazing fish and chips café, and nearby there's a grocery store with everything you might need. Ability to buy grocery and cook saved us a lot of money and it was very convinient. There's also a subway station and bus stops within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

The study is too small even for two adults and a kid, not for the space itself, but for the table...if you really want to have lunch or dinner, if anything is maybe enough for breakfast. The room smelled of tobacco very strongly, at least till the air conditioning starts. Could have been some kitchen roll paper, since napkins seem to be a rarity in supermarkets (at least we didn't find any). Not the best area of the city, though very well comunicate to center town by the DLR.
