The room was great, quite spacious and very clean. Staff was very kind upon arrival and for the duration of my stay. The hotel looked amazing in general. Speaking of, the ground level looked amazing as well! I also had a great view on the 8th floor. Especially at night! The location was very close to the O2 arena, which was the reason for my stay. I was so happy I didn't have to take the train after my concert (the line to the underground was insane)!

The desposit for possible damages was insanely high. I stayed for 4 days and had to pay 400GBP. Which is about 500EUR! Almost half of my vacation savings went to the deposit after I already payed almost 1900EUR for 4 days. The deposit was indeed stated at booking.com, but it was still a pretty hefty amount imo. Sometimes people could be pretty loud in the hallways at later hours of the day. Not much variation at breakfast, but it tasted just fine nontheless.

Very comfortable room - large, airy, with very comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Huge wet room. Location is brilliant for O2. Sky bar on 18th floor has fabulous, views and drinks. All the staff were extremely courteous, kind and helpful - without exception

We had building work on the roof outside our room. It didn’t spoil our stay but there was no view worth seeing! We had a problem with the shower which took 2 days to fix - however the staff were extremely helpful and it was eventually fixed on a Sunday evening so maintenance went above and beyond. We were also offered a discount and some lovely chocolates as an apology

I enjoyed the 24 hour sevice ..i loved the staff in the club lounge he went above and beyond i think his name was Tarat..it was excellent service all round ..i loved the spa ..the decor was amazing ..the location beside the O2 is perfect because its just a simple 5 min walk to cinemas ,pubs ,resturants ,,etc ,, the views are endless ..when you walk in the halls there is an amazing smell thats welcoming..The continental food is amazing its all freshly made from the juice ,bakery ..all items are made fressh you can tell that there is no expencess speared for there customers ..the concierge upon greating and leaving had excillent custommersive ..they took there time to listen and help always with a smile.my room was very spacious it has a shower and a bathe of your choosing ...you have everything provided in your room if you require anything its just a phone call away and its done .i love the facts that everything you need could also be dont from your tv ,,from food ordering room service even express checkout and also you will be able to see your bill..i also love how the hotel communicates with you through whats app and checks in on you ..thats a nice touch just incase your a solo traveller .

i only had issues with the cost of the food but if you want quality you have to pay for it and i didnt like the fact that there was no chicken wings ,,i love me some wings but i guess thats asking too much ..i only had one issue with a security guard i found him to be very rude .he say that i was lost he asked if i needed help then in the same breathe proceded to turn and walk away with out answering and help it took a chief walking in our direction to help us ..also i would advice not to open the fridge unless you plan to take something from it ..

The building was well-maintained and clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. The room was larger than I had expected, and the amenities were well-equipped, so there were almost no inconveniences during my stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. It was a stroke of luck to be able to stay at such a hotel at this price during the year-end holiday season.

Although it was a bit far from the main tourist spots in London, and it took some time to get around, the subway, taxi, and bus stations were all within a 5-minute walk, so there was no major inconvenience.

The best views, we had a corner room with 2 windows, 1 overlooking the Thames and 1 looking at the o2! Huge bed, plenty of room and so comfortable, Air con/heating. Mini fridge, wardrobe, hairdryer, iron, beautiful bathroom with nice deep bath and a really relaxing separate waterfall shower! Everything around you that you need, the uber boat pier is just a short walk away which can get you straight into main London. Swimming pool and hot tub were amazing, sauna and steam room also! Anything you need the staff are very willing to help!! 10/10. This was our 2nd time staying for my birthday and we will be back again!

The only bad thing was that I had to leave!

Booked 2 rooms for one night, and the requested made in advance to be next to each other was met, which was good. Over all it’s a good stay in term of expectation for this brand of hotels. The quality of the staffs were high. From lobby personnel, receptionist to bar staffs were all consistently friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

1) Given the location, the price per night is around 15% higher than expected. 2) The coffee machines in both room didn’t work, given the cost & the reputation of the hotel, it was a bit disappointing. 3) If the room could provide a couple of small plates for the snack provided would be even better.

The pool at the spa. I am a mum and understand fully the need for ‘child’ hours. But we visited this morning hoping for a swim and there were kids screaming, shouting, dive bombing and taking up the whole pool. We all have the same check out so it’s inevitable that all guests will use the pool in the morning - I do not believe children should be excluded. I do believe however that they should not be allowed to completely take over a pool area in a spa area and yell at the top of their voices.

Unfortunately, I was not happy that after settling the bill in advance and I also gave them extra £200 to cover any extra expenses like minibar and food they attempted to charge me more than £1000 which is crazy my booking was already including breakfast and extra deposit was put on hold for any extra’s and my stay was paid in full in advance . I would appreciate of they contact me in my number 07491341821 to discuss this any sort out any discrepancies . Because even my bank can’t fathom how a hotel for two night only exceeds £2000 its insane .
