excellent location very good service

we received a very disappointing room ! very small no place to put our lagagge no closet to put our staff , can’t move on the side . we asked to replace the room and had to add additional 250 pounds 50 per each day !! price per night ebony up totaling 370 pounds per night - very expensive the elevator hotel was terrible! slow you need to wait long time till it arrive. we climbed every day to our room . you order the elevator it goes always from basement B to 4th floor and than going down to our floor in the second floor-strange and not efficient last day breakfast service was terrible. we had to wait 45 minutes till waiter reach our table to get our order one waiter only servicing . Why ? not managed !!!

The location was perfect right in the middle of everything especially all of the shopping and pubs. The restaurant was really good and the breakfast was well worth the price in a cool, trendy spot. The rooftop was cool but nobody was ever up there so we did not spend a lot of time up there other than checking email on our laptops. The bed was comfortable and despite being near a very active club, it was super quiet in our room. We got a peek at the room directly across from us (#103 I believe) and it was much larger and brighter so if we go back, we will request that room or we won't stay again as it was twice the size.

Our room which faced the back of hotel was very tiny and super dark. It made it impossible to gauge weather since you can't even see the sky from the window. There was literally nowhere to put both of our suitcases and there is NO table / desk area to set anything, including a laptop to check email. So we ended up just going up to the rooftop at a coffee table to check email.

Vibe/location/Jacuzzi/boutique hotel that is friendly not stuffy. The artwork plus a few gorilla's watching/looking out for the Hotel Guest's are fab... Full English breakfast is recommended for the tasty Cumberland, my son loved the black pudding. Very efficient service.

Sunday 5pm checked-in, no bar staff on ground floor bar, wasn't obvious until waiting 10 mins with empty bar. Spoke with reception and went to rooftop bar waiting 15 mins, no bar staff. This is not the fault of the lovely 1 and only bartender who we finally met working solo between all floors.

Breakfast was delicious, room service was prompt. Customer service was top notch. I truly appreciated the close proximity of the hotel to the tube station, restaurants, pubs etc.

The size of the room was incredibly small. There wasn't a small table to put the room service we ordered. The handle on our door was broken. There was a broken light in the shower ceiling.

The location was wonderful as was the breakfast in the onsite restaurant. Staff was incredibly nice and having the option for a rooftop area with music where residents could go at anytime was a huge plus. The shower gel in the bathroom was also spectacular in smell, very spa like. I completely enjoyed it.

The bed was incredibly soft and the fan in the bathroom didn't pull out much humidity so with no shower door, the bathroom stayed muggy.

I think we found a little gem. Yes the room was small, but we were paying a lower tariff to reflect this so that was no surprise. The room size was clear on the booking and pointed out when checking in. Location was brilliant and the staff very friendly. Recommended.

Nothing really. Didn't realise that all measures in the bar were automatically doubles, but apart from this all was good.

Excellent service and location, room big and comfortable. Very unusual and interesting atmosphere. Clean and had enough storage space, and it's rare to find in many hotels today. Breakfast was good and enough and its not bothered that choice was limited per person.

If I want to upgrade breakfast the price of this very big and I don't think fair

By London standards a spacious room -although I did specifically book the larger size Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. 20 yards from Regent St,100 yds from Picadilly Circus - - some mind find it helpful to know there is a Catholic church very close by. Tried several breakfast items, all OK and reasonable value. Very quiet rooms fresh drinking water, decent shower room -lots of instant hot wate5 good quality linen/towels and for our room bath robe slippers tea coffee/fridge/safe as expected Good wifi We didn't use the roof top bar or nightclub - there was no noise from either Adequate power points for personal devices

A few issues with the lift - it happens. Mattress is firm - suits me but may not suit all Bed tends to creak a bit due to mattress being under and rubbing on base of headboard Much of the hotel dark wood so some corners look gloomy but the corridors are well lit as is the bar/restaurant and the room had white walls so OK No view. At 400 pounds a night without breakfast its not cheap - but there are no hotels in SOHO with rooms of comparable size and standard that match the price. No parking, but you have to be mad to voluntarily bring a car to central London.

The location was unbeatable

The breakfast was, lacking. There was a cup rather than a pot of coffee, and the continental breakfast was not great. Would love to see a reasonably priced upgrade to a cooked breakfast with a pot of tea or coffee. Don’t get me wrong - we will be back, though having to seek an off site breakfast was less than perfect.

We had a small double room and while it was certainly snug, good use had been made of the space and furnishings were comfortable. We were out most of the time anyway and it's literally a 5 minute walk to Leicester Square. So central but on a relatively quiet street. Will be back for business and leisure.

Room slightly small but that was stated clearly in advance so if we were going to hang out in room I'd book larger.
