Wonderful hotel, with the most amazing and welcoming staff, from the moment we arrived to the minute we checked out. everything was just what I like from a hotel, the location was perfect for us. The decor and of course the food just fabulous, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, thank you to all the staff for making our stay just amazing, see you all soon !!

we love Charlie’s restaurant in Brown’s hotel and have been frequenting it for a few years. We decided to stay at Brown’s after our wedding in Old Marylebone Town Hall and a meal in Charlie’s. The staff are always so lovely and helpful……they treat everyone with equal importance. The studio suite (kindly upgraded) was large with two seating areas, separate dressing area and two bathrooms. One is a full bathroom……the other is a shower room. Huge comfortable bed and large sofa to lounge in. All in all the room has great design, classic modern with great eye for detail.

Albermarle and Dover St can be quite noisy in the evening.

The staff were very attentive. Superb room facing out onto Albermarle Street. Attractive decor throughout the hotel.

As an English couple we like our tea, so there was a little disappointment not to see a kettle in the room. We did eventually receive one only after room service produced a hot water flask and hot milk. Prefer not to have unexpected gratuities sneaked on to our bill. Breakfast was perhaps slightly limited e.g. no mushrooms with the cooked breakfast and there didn't appear to be any cereal, fresh fruit, cereal, or yoghurt on offer.

We travelled to London to celebrate a special occasion and we needed somewhere special to reflect this. Browns was absolutely perfect, from the moment we arrived till we jumped in the cab to Liverpool St Station. A wonderful treat and our stay could not have gone better.

The staff and the hotel all excellent to mention anything else would be nitpicking and small minded!!!

Everything. This is a well oiled machine. The staff are delightful, the rooms beautifully appointed and the restaurants offer healthy options. It is in a different category to Salthouse Hotel in Northern Ireland where I recently stayed but smaller hotels could really learn from Browns

The ambience when you arrive is perfect. We were greeted with a glass of Moët and the staff were so attentive to our every need. The room was perfect and the birthday cake and bottle of champagne accompanied with a hand written birthday card was the perfect touch from the staff.

The restaurant staff seemed to attend to people that had either previously stayed or had been there for more than 1 night. It was our first visit the Charlie’s but we were left to sort the menu and drinks out for ourselves, as the staff were busy chatting to other tables.

it’s Browns and iconic! A destination hotel. Amazing service, great customer service from ‘modern down to earth staff’ that were not overwhelming! The food in restaurant was 1st class. As a smoker I had to pop out side for a cigarette a few times and had a lot of great conversations with John the doorman about many things! I think I would return to the property just to resume those chats!

Executive room a little small and a little tired! Although the bed & linen was so comfortable! you could not fault the cleanliness! Some ‘bubble bath’ would have been nice? But the shower gel did the trick!

Everything about the Brown's is spectacular...truly amazing. Food and drink are superb! The dining and drinking locations are perfect. Every single thing was exceptional...food and service. A perfect stay.

great location and very friendly staff. the bar is fantastic with good wine selection.

I am afraid the property need some updates. The floor creaks when walking on which can be annoying when people passing in the hall way.

The whole hotel is charming. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and arrived hot , served by courteous friendly staff.

The fact that cigarette smoke was flooding into Donovan’s Bar each evening from the door to the street as people stood outside smoking. The door was kept permanently open. I went up to my room early because of this totally preventable problem.
