I wish I knew the name of the staff member who welcomed us and checked us in, she's an absolute star. We left our luggage a few hours before check-in, and she made sure it was waiting for us in our room when we returned in the afternoon. So that was one less worry. The hotel has an elevator, a cafe, a big restroom on the first floor, automatic doors. While the room was a bit small, the interior design was really modern and new. There were complementary tea bags, water, hot chocolate and instant coffee. They provided us with toilet paper and BIG towels (a major plus), as well as other toiletries like soap and shampoo. The shower was a bit confusing to turn on, but it looked really nice. There was also a big flat screen TV with countless channels and free WiFi. The location is also great. We were just walking around with no plans and reached Soho, Chinatown and Picadilly in a matter of minutes. Overall, a great stay. Once again, all the praise for the staff member who welcomed us at the reception. I hope someone can check the records and give her our thanks.
The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the lack of privacy because of the modern bathroom design. The sliding glass door doesn't close all the way, so not only can people see you, but everything can be heard. That's why I preferred using the first floor bathroom by the café instead of the one in our bathroom. Thanks to this gap, your roommates can also see you shower until the glass becomes foggy with steam. This is why the room is perfect for solo travellers.

Super smooth check-in with very friendly staff. Amazing location, especially if you like being able to just go out of the hotel and walk around. The room had all the necessary amenities and was spotless. For the price we paid, we definitely recommend.
Despite having a window, we felt quite suffocated in the room as it was super small. It's a great option but for no more than a single night.

Excellent location. Would definitely recommend staying here if you only have a few days in London, you can pretty much get to anywhere (shopping, restaurants, night life, tourist spots, theatres, parks, markets, etc.) by walking or by a very easy tube ride. The rooms were really quiet, considering all the activity happening outside.
The rooms are small and there are no cupboards. I think the room is ideal if you are travelling alone. I don't think I could've shared the room. However, if you know that you won't have too much space, and if you aren't expecting to spend too much time in the hotel room, then it is perfect.

Room was quite small but packed with extras like an electric blinds, nice shower and clean toilet. Amazing big and bright TV with ability to connect to other devices. Overall a great place to stay in Central London
Could hear the noise from nearby rooms and also from the corridor. Can't open the windows for any fresh air.

I really like this hotel, very good value for the price. Located very close to soho so that is comfortable. You have to get ready for the fact that it is quite small but it's really not a deal breaker, even if you're quite tall you can lay comfortably in the bed. The staff was always so friendly and helpfull. It was very clean and comfortable. Mind you that the toilet and bathroom are very close to the bed and you can almost see everything, so don't go with someone you're not extremely comfortable with 😅
I didn't really like the fact that we cannot open the window because, like I said, the toilets are very close to the bed and that can be a little bit uncomfortable. They told us that they upgraded our room to one with a view but the window was tinted from the inside so we couldn't see anything anyway but that's okay 😅 And the most important part is that if you can, ask for a room that is on the side of the corridor and not at the end of it because we bearly had enough space to open our lugages, and there is more space in the side rooms (we were in another one of their hotel before)

We were kindly upgraded to a bigger room with a window! The rooms are small but you are aware of this before booking. Despite being small, they are very clean and comfortable! Love the smart functions in the rooms for the blinds, for turning on and dimming the lights too! Breakfast is not included in the booking price, but the location is AMAZING and you are not short of options for food around you. The location would have to be the highest selling point!
Rooms are super tiny so be wary of that if you’re bringing big/lots of luggage as there’s no room to put them. The wifi also wasn’t great, my 5G worked better!

Clean modern hotel, welcoming staff, room was small but more than enough for solo travellers. The bed was very comfortable and they provided 4 pillows and a big blanket, selection of teas and hot chocolate in the room. Big tv on the wall. Cleaning services was also very good. They changed towels and made bed and replaced toiletries every day. They provided filtered water in bottles straight to your room and lemon water in the reception lobby. They even lend me an iron so I can iron my clothes for free. You can buy breakfast for around 5£, the selection is not big but they have some pastries and bread with cheese and bottled water or juices. Also, they had a complimentary cheese board and wine offer if you signed up on their website. The hotel is 10 minutes from Trafalgar Square and 15 minutes from the British Museum. Also there are many restaurants and takeaway shops around.
You couldn't open a window, so the ac had to be on all the time as the room got pretty hot without it, so there was constant humming noise from it - nothing that earplugs won't solve.

Decent sized room for a single traveller - would be fine for a couple that knows each other very well, as the toilet/shower is in a frosted glass cubicle in the room, so not too much privacy there! Large TV with a great selection of channels including Sky Atlantic, some Sky Sports, BT Sport, plus others. Decent bed, quite firm but still comfortable. Blackout blinds are a good touch. Great little control panel for the lights and blinds, and there is an air con panel to control heating/cooling in the room. Not a great view (looking into central space between nearby buildings) but I wasn't really expecting one - and having a room on that side meant it was quiet. Short walk to Oxford St, Oxford Circus, Regent St, and it is right in the middle of Soho - 5-10 mins walk to Old Compton St. Free tea, coffee and water in the room. Great hairdryer also provided.
To be honest this exceeded my expectations - having breakfast included might have been nice but that's about it really! If you were staying longer than a night or two the lack of storage space for cases/clothes might become an issue.

This hotel was fantastic, the price was really good for the location. The rooms are small but literally all I needed was a bed and a shower the rest of the time I was out. The room is well fitted and very modern, the shower is powerful and the bed is comfy. Nice big TV and a digital control on the wall for everything, complementary water is provided with tea and coffee. Breakfast is available in the cafe on first floor, tea and bacon roll is £5 which was really reasonable. The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. My request for a high floor was fulfilled so couldn't really ask for more!
The lift was a little slow!! LOL That's it!

The Hotel is right in the middle of Soho. From here you can get quickly to great Restaurants and also lots of other interesting places (the stations Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly and Oxford Circus are all close by). Check-in and Checkout went very quickly and smoothly, and in general the staff are all very nice!
The room is really small, so the toilet is basically next to the bed, with only a sliding glass door between. You could only open the window a tiny crack - the other only ventilation option was an air conditioner, which of course makes noises and pretty dry air. A bit annoying when you try to sleep at night.
