The room was very well thought out, and had everything I needed. /might have needed. Hot modern shower, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board, mirrors, windows which open for fresh air, a TV which worked properly. Clean and efficient, very well done. Nice floor too, and good 'finish' to the room.

The girl at check-in rapped 'photo ID' but I didn't have any photo ID, and she seemed very displeased, although then accepted the matter. On morning 1, the nice chap asked if there was anything I needed, and I said no, all was great, just the bin to be emptied please. He made a note in a large book. When I got back at 6pm, the bin wasn't emptied (but never mind!). On check-out at day 2, the next chap just took the card off me without a word and that was that. The staff were 'hit and miss'. Saturday morning chap was best, and also helpful about trying to book an Uber.

Very friendly stuff, they arranged an early check in and we were permitted to leave our luggage through the day as our flight was quite late. The location is fantastic as you have easy access to bus and tube and it is surrounded by many cafes, super markets etc.

There was no in between cleaning service during our 3 day stay nor they changed the towels. Also in the mornings the water pressure was low and in one day there was a complete stop of water supply for more than 45 minutes. We made a written complain which was answered the next day and we were told by a member of the staff that it is common as "many residents shower the same time" which is unacceptable.

A great budget hotel. The room was a good size, very clean, mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. It was handy to have a fridge and there were tea and coffee facilities. Check out time was 11:00am which was very welcome after a late night and we could store our luggage until we were ready to depart later in the evening. It was centrally located, short walk to tube and Baker Street is always handy for the connecting lines to other parts of the city. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly, I would definitely return here.

Gloucester place is a very noisy, busy road and there was no double glazing so earplugs would be needed if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom was a bit whiffy but I suspect this has more to do with London's ancient sewer system than the bathroom, which was very clean. It didn't trouble us but if you are unfit, ask for a lower floor as the lift is very small.

I would recommend this to everyone asking, we were happily surprised as it exceeded our expectations. The room was quite big and had lots of space, mini room for luggage and a wardrobe. It’s a great location, near both underground and Oxford Street just a short walk away. The air conditioner was a life saver in the heath wave that struck London. We were here for 2 nights but next time I’m back in London I definitely know where to stay! Lovely staff as well and the late check in worked perfectly fine.

We liked the place really much, but the only negatives we have to point out is that the elevator only holds one person at a time - but this wasn’t a problem, we never had to wait long. Secondly the beds we’re quite soft and unstable, but we still slept good. Other than that, all good!

Nice hotel in a very central location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas. Baker Street metro station is 5 mins away, airport buses to Luton and Stanstead airports as well. The room was small but spotless clean and the bed very comfy. Same for the bathroom, very small but spotless clean with great shower. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but in the room there is a kettle with complimentary tea/coffe and a fridge with milk. Besides, there are many cafeterias around. Communication with the hotel staff was excellent, late check-in and self check-out can be easily arranged. Good value for money!

The room was very small, but it was ok for a short staying.

Very good location, Oxford Street was within short walking distance. Room was very comfortable and had surprisingly lot of space. We had all we needed- fridge, iron, hairdryer, water kettle. Hotel was clean and nice, we couldn't hear neighbours at all. As we arrived late, check in was organized with lock box, this was quick and easy process. Our housekeeper was super helpful.

As window was on street side, we could hear the street noise.

Central location. Close to Baker street underground station and at 5 min walking distance to Oxford Street, the longest shopping street in Europe (or y he workd). Even New Bond Street, China town or Picadilly Circus can be reached at foot if you're ok with a 30-40 min walk. Consider this rather an apartment or aparthotel then an hotel. Hardly any reception attendance - we only saw someone at check-in - (although call button available for attendance from a distance ) No problem for us. Heating was working fine in our 2 rooms . Clean rooms and hotel in general. "Good" value for money in our case during the expensive X-mas period and considering hotel prices in central in London. Coffee, tea, fridge, hair dryer and ironing board available

No room service but also not really a problem for us. No breakfast but plenty of nice coffee shops at Baker Street. (We went to Gail's bakery). Pictures of the rooms should be updated at the hotel website as reality is better than pictured. Check customer pictures on google.

Surprisingly practical room in a superb location. The decor was a little tired but the room had everything I needed (+ fast WiFi) and the bed was comfortable. The guy on reception was really nice (and tried to phone me when I accidentally left an item behind). London is crazy expensive but for such a central location, this seems like value for money. No breakfast but plenty of cafes nearby.

Some things (notably the toilet) could have been a little cleaner. The bed was quite small - I was glad I wasn't sharing it.

I found this hotel value for money. It's located in a nice area of London, accessible by many bus stops and the underground. Surrounding it are many restaurants and cafes, as well as a Tesco and Waitrose. Very convenient for travelling. They were also very nice and allowed us to leave our bags after check out until the evening. The rooms are big enough and clean. The neighbourhood feels safe.

The only probem might be the very tiny elevator that can fit 1 person with luggage/s or 2 small people.

It's a budget hotel (so don't expect luxury!) but it was really clean with room having its own shower. It's about 15 minutes walk away from the Royal Academy of Music, waxwork museum, Regent's Park and plenty shops in nearby Baker Street. Considering its location the price is very reasonable and even though the check-in was 3pm we arrived really early and the staff said that they'd work on our room so that we could get access two hours earlier! (They might not be able to do that all the time!) Staff were great.

When we went the weather was Baltic and although the room was warmish perhaps having an extra blanket available would be worthwhile. (We were okay as we packed dressing gowns!....but for other guests?)
