Staff were friendly and welcoming, property clean and location was good. Accommodated an early check-in which was appreciated.

Booked a room for three people however, no duvet or sheet available for the sofa bed so had to go and ask. Only 2 towels and 2 gowns. I would have expected the room to be prepared for three people rather than two so this was disappointing. Whilst this isn’t the Hotels fault unfortunately my daughter was mugged about 100 yards away from the hotel, a motorbike mounted the pavement and she had her phoned snatched. I understand from the police that this is a real issue at the moment especially in The Bloomsbury Area, given this it would be helpful to make people aware.

The reception staff at this hotel provided an experience beyond anything I have encountered in all my travels. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and competent. The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, close to all necessary amenities. The room is of a decent size, though the furnishings are not the newest, they are still in good working condition. We encountered an issue with the shower, but the staff promptly resolved it within a few minutes, even at 10 p.m. This is a level of service I have not experienced in any other hotel; usually, they would make you wait until the morning. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide range of choices. Another positive detail is that during breakfast, you can easily grab takeaway tea or coffee and some pastries. Since I had a night flight, the reception helped me find a solution to make my day comfortable. Overall, the service is excellent, and I will definitely return when I am in London.

For the breakfast I recommend avoiding peak hours. When we arrived on a Sunday around 10 a.m., the place was packed, and there wasn't enough seating. The staff seemed stressed. I ordered pancakes, but they brought me French toast with bacon without confirming if it was okay to replace it. As a vegetarian, I had to reject this substitution. They apologized and brought me something else, ultimately resolving the situation. For a peaceful breakfast, it's advisable to come outside peak hours.

The hotel is in a great location, lobby, reception and restaurant all look great. Our Bathroom was nice size and great shower. The breakfast was best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a uk hotel. Most of staff were friendly and helpful.

Bar was closed when we returned from the theatre at 10:40pm. So we had to leave the hotel to go to a local pub for a drink. When we got back from the pub we decided to order a couple of drinks from room service. The person taking the call wasn’t very helpful, said could only have bottles! So we ask for bottle of beer and a vodka and lemonade. He then said a bottle of vodka? So we said no a measure of vodka. He said he would try? What arrived wasn't even a measure of vodka and it had black bits floating in it.

location and friendly staff

bathroom drain blocked and single bed was extremely disappointing. phoned in advance to ensure single bed was NOT a fold away bed but sadly was. after three weeks travelling decided to spend the extra in a nice hotel to have a comfortable bed only to be given a camp/sofa bed. was not pleased. lifts were terribly slow-one was out of service and no ice on the 6th floor. stay fell a little short for the price and photos.

Blown away by the exceptional quality of this hotel! We selected this hotel by location and general reputation of the Radisson hotel line. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had towel warmers, full size toiletries, universal electrical adapter, robes, slippers, soft pillows and down comforters, Egyptian cotton sheets, mini fridge, water bottles, rain shower head...In a spacious London room. Plenty of room for our 11 year old on a cot. The whole hotel is clean and artfully appointed. The gym is fantastic...free weights and rowing machines, stationary bikes, and treadmill mills. The location is unbeatable for access to central London by tube. It's quiet and tucked away from the busier streets, in walkable distance to grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, tube, and the British Museum. Would definitely return again.

the place is really nice place and comfortable, inside the structure is well looked and all the staff are also very kind. The breakfast is international and for all tastes, nothing is missing, from yogurt to beans, there is fresh focaccia, jams, and then you can order from the menu they bring you and this is also included in the price of breakfast. The hotel is located close to two underground stations, one of which is Covent Garden on the Picadilly line, which is also easy to reach from Heathrow Airport.

Few sockets to charge cell phones near the bed. I recommend bringing English sockets with you, otherwise you won't be able to charge your devices. Alternatively also USB sockets.

The hotel is located right next to the British Museum. Important sights can be reached on foot. The hotel has a large, bright lobby. The check-in was quick and easy. My room was equipped with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this category.

My very cold room was on the ground floor with a view of a brightly lit inner courtyard. A very brightly lit spotlight was positioned right next to the room window. That was not very pleasant. You had to keep the curtains drawn all day long.

Reasonable sized room - good bathroom. Location was good, close to British Museum, Covent Garden etc and while we were on the first floor on a busy road there was no exterior noise. Very good breakfast buffet and can get orders cooked - eg French toast, pancakes etc. Was a bit hard sometimes to attract attention to get tea or coffee served.

We noticed some sound of the music coming from the restaurant/bar below us (mainly in the bathroom!) - not enough to bother us but as we were at the far end of the corridor we wondered whether it might be noisier elsewhere on that floor.

Lovely building & room, central location.

Our friend’s bathroom very tiny & difficult to get in to. Our main gripe was that my husband had to ask for his coffee five times after it didn’t arrive when he’d initially ordered it in the breakfast room, taking our whole breakfast time to arrive. I asked for my coffee after I’d eaten which didn’t arrive at all. We told the head waiter who took our room number 2003- but nothing was done. The very low chairs in our part of the dining room were so uncomfortable & felt like a primary school. Strange Roman blinds in room which didn’t block light out or fit well. Lastly very loud & strange choice of music in the bar at night. Not a relaxing experience.

The hotel is perfectly situated, really close to theatres, covent garden etc. The building and lobby areas are beautifully decorated and everywhere was very clean. Staff were amazing, we were upgraded to a premium room as we had requested a twin but there wasn't a twin room available, we were also given complementary breakfast which was delicious. The restaurant, Bloomsbury Street Kitchen, was gorgeous, one of the best meals I've ever had. I'll definitely recommend to others and will stay here again whenever I'm back in London.

The upgrade to a premium room was very kind and greatly appreciated, however I think if you can't guarantee a twin room this shouldn't be an option when booking. If offering a twin room as an option when booking, a twin room should really be reserved. I also wouldn't have said the premium room was very "premium", the hotel is gorgeous but rooms pretty basic. But clean and comfortable enough and still great value for money.
