Amazing location for the price. When the receptionist saw my partners white stick (he's partially sighted) she immediately put us in a room on the ground floor so we didn't have to negotiate the stairs. The accommodation was fairly basic but that was to be expected considering the location and price. We stayed 8 nights and the room was serviced three times during our stay. Will definitely book again.

Didn't like the fact that cigarette butts were continually being thrown down outside the window from rooms above and the smoke wafted in, maybe a stricter no smoking policy would be nice but probably difficult to manage. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, I guess that would impact on the price, but a quick Amazon order soon sorted that out.

The staff were very helpful and generous. I used a luggage service for the first time and the staff was very communicative with me regarding the service, The location and wifi were perfect for my needs. The lobby decor was BBC funky. I loved the view from my room.

This property feels like it has been neglected by its owner. The bathroom in my room was dark and damp and the built in desk was falling apart.

Accessible in all nearest Landmarks of London. Aside from reasonable price of this Hotel. The staff are all accommodating and respectful.

The heating of their annexed is hard to control. Need some maintenance on that part. But reassured the staff will do their best to make you feel comfortable. They will guide you for other alternative rooms that suited for your needs.

The receptionists are nice and they are operating fast. The tv set was ok, having many tv channels. The room and the bath was clean enough. But the best feature is the placement near British Museum, less than one hour of walk to almost all the London top attractions either Westminster, The Tower, The Eye, s.o.

It would be room for much more cleaning the dust, washing the windows, fixing the unstable water temperature, and maybe some renovation.

Cannot believe the value for money for the location of the room! Central London, we walked to everywhere we wanted to visit without needing to use the tube! I was a bit sceptical after reading previous reviews, however the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely! We will be definitely booking here next time we come to London!

The only down side for me and it's only minor was there was no kettle and no glasses to have a glass of water, however because of the location and the money you save without having to get the tube, I didn't mind buying a cup of tea in the morning!

No sound proofing, could here other guests talking Was fantastic room.was warm but a little too warm There was a kettle but no mugs or coffee and milk We had to go up a lot of stairs to our room Didn't like having to press buzzer to be let in the building each time The beds were low down and quite small ( twin room )

It was insanely close to everything and had suck a cute charm to it. The banisters, the rooms, even the carpeting was cute.

I wasn’t allowed any guests. Wasn’t planning on having anyone stay over but the front desk was a bit too much into my business.

located in a really good place easy to find all the attractions and hot spots if your a good lover you need to walk to china town and visit four seasons staff was really friendly you could go and come back as you please 24hr shop within a minute walk and very good value for money

Room was clean and comfy. Staff very welcoming and friendly and said hello and goodbye everytime I left the building. Fantastic local connections as well as food options.

Still only one plug socket so you need to bring an extension if you wish to charge your phone and watch tv.

Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Perfect room. Even helped with luggage without me asking which was appreciated due to my disability. And a great location in central London. Stayed a few times, happy to stay again 😊
