The room, where it’s located, beautiful hotel and special thank to Hassan who welcomed us very very very well.

Most of people working there were either unpolite or even a tiny bit rude (luckily we met Hassan first and made us have a wonderful experience), the mattress with a hole in the middle

Very clean, super comfortable and amazing staff. Bed and linens were incredible. They gave us a Christmas gift, it was super sweet. At the reception there was water and cookies always available. There isn’t a front desk reception, which made us feel more like an informal and warm welcoming.

Small shower, but it was totally fine. Bathroom door was made of glass, not very privacy but it was fine for a couple.

Location! Location! Location! Close to the Tube, many places for breakfast (the hotel does not serve breakfast), supermarket, Primark, Oxford Street, Covent Garden (15 min walk) and more.

2 things - 1. On two mornings (out of the five we were there) there were terrible drilling sounds very early in the morning. The hotel manager and the maintenance team didn't know what it was about and where the noise came from :( 2. 2 shopping bags "disappeared" from our room :( :( I contacted the reception and they said they checked with the housekeeping, but could not find it. Disappointing and a bit of a bad end to a pleasant stay.

superb Location, we were able to walk for most of our sightseeing, nice room, incredibly friendly staff (especially Hassan!), great bakery next door, great interior design of the room and hotel

all in all this was a Great place to stay. our bath tub was clogged the first night and the hotel immediately took care of it. some points could be improved though: for the price of the room you expect certain amenities: a fridge, storage space in the bathroom, a bin in the room. we only had house keeping once (we stayed 5 days, they only offer house keeping every third night) and I think every two days would’ve been better, no complementary water (you can buy some in the entrance for 4 pounds I believe)

Great location, could walk to lots of great neighbourhoods nearby. Room had comfy bed. Bonus there was a bathtub! Got a free cookie from the front desk.

Wasnt a fan of the check in process: they had sent a link and needed to fill in details in advance which may be handy for some people, but if you're travelling around on the road and miss it, you have to stand around in reception and check yourself in on your phone, staff won't check you in. Windows quite small, and couldn't open fully. Room size was a little small but enough for us and maybe standard for location.

The Bedford Corner Hotel is in the perfect location, close to soho and the British museum, with a great bakery breakfast option downstairs and lively nearly pub. Checkin was seamless, and 24/7 staff at reception made the experience easy. Free cookies at reception was a welcomed surprise. The room was spacious and warm. House keeping is completed every three days, a positive for people looking for a more sustainable stay.

You could feel two separate beds together, suggest extra mattress topper to ensure two singles always feel like a double. Glass water bottles at reception were available at a cost of 4 pounds each, unfortunately the only water source in the rooms is from the bathroom tap. Mini fridge doesn't work. Note: there was free cookies available but not free water?

This is a lovely hotel in a great location for tourists. Close to Soho and Covent Garden. Close to Tottenham Court Road station. Our room on the second floor was a good size for two people. Beautiful room. Very clean. Gorgeous bathroom. The room overlooked busy Tottenham Court Room but this was not a problem because the windows are double paned with soundproof windows. You can hardly hear any outside noise when they are closed. We were there during a very warm week in June, but the air conditioning was wonderful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. Incredibly great value for the price.

Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like!

The regular double was small but cozy, quiet (twice in four days I heard voices through the walls, but muffled; there was no street noise), squeaky clean and comfortable. If you need a desk/chair or a big double bed for two, you'll want the larger double, but this was perfect for a solo traveler. There's a small open wardrobe with hangers; the bathroom sink provided ample shelf space for toiletries. The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful. (Pro tip: the on switch for the white thermostat is hidden up on the upper right.) Price okay for the perfect location (theaters, British Museum, food options, and other central neighborhoods walkable). Cookies great. Would return.

Tub/shower in my room (314) might be a little high/narrow for larger or disabled guests, but it looks like other rooms offer walk-in showers. I didn't have a problem with door codes because I was presented a key card at check-in, though it stopped working at one point and desk staff had to reprogram it. Wifi might be a bit weak sometimes but I'd brought my own so had no worries.

Great location, friendly welcoming staff, very clean. Very comfy bed (firm rather than soft). Free home made cookies in reception when we came in for the evening which were delicious.

The door to the bathroom was full length glass. It has a kind of embossed design to provide some kind of privacy but a blind on the inside of the door would have been good. There's a Nespresso machine in the room but because the pods provided are cheap alternatives and not branded, they just crumble in the machine so don't work. Not a deal breaker as I had coffee bags with me so got my caffeine hit in the morning! Neither of these would put me off returning and I do recommend the hotel.

+ Location: located at Bedford Square you need to walk 5mins to get to Tottenham Court Road or even 5 mins to get to Goodge Street. The Bus stop around the corner was closed these days. Nice and easy walks, perfect place to do some sightseeing an come back to the room for a break or change clothes before visiting a musical or theatre play. There are many possibilities for drinks/snacks & modern restaurants or traditional pubs (loved the one next door!) Our breakfast options were Gail‘s (same house/delicious) and PRET A MANGER (we fell in love! healthy, nice breakfast and snacks , good coffee, good prices!) Also some shops like Waterstones, Saintsbury, Muji , Mountain warehouse etc are nearby. Oxford street and Covent garden are a 15-20 mins walk away- of course you can take a bus or the underground as well ;) + room: we booked a superiour and had enough room for the two of us. We both loved the bed and the duvet (thanks for the 2nd one we ordered before. We slept like little a log!) And isn‘t it pretty important to sleep tight and nice when you want to discover a (new/big) city?! :) The TV was able to connect to Netflix etc so we could watch german TV shows during our breaks +staff: they were very nice and helpful. Please keep on rocking guys! + Bedford Corner Hotel offered free water all day, wi-Fi and a luggage storage

- no descriptions in the room e.g. for the heating/air condition or any news about the area etc. - no hook to put on the huge bath towels - bathroom door with a glas (we personally didn‘t like it) - not enough clothes hanger for two people and a 3 nights stay because there was no other place to put in the jackets…
