Central, easy to find, nicely decorated, good products, small but nice

Quite noisy but they did provide earplugs. On my last night someone tried to get into my room and 12.30. Repeatedly tried the door handle and pushing the door, and I found it quite frightening. The fact that there wasn’t a concierge meant I had no one to call. Hairdryer didn’t work.

We stayed in a medium room and found that it was a great size for two people. The location of this hotel is fantastic and the bakery downstairs is a great perk. Comfortable temperature, comfortable bed.

The location was great. Right by Oxford street and close to the subway. The little personnel that was available was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. Water, coffee and tea available in the room free of charge. Enough hangers and towels. All you need for a short stay and if you are gone all day anyways

Let’s begin by stating that all hotel rooms are small in London, unless you are willing to pay a lot more. The one thing I was really missing is a place to put things in the bathroom. The washbasin is tiny and it’s hard to use without splashing water everywhere. So in order to put your cosmetics, toothbrush or anything, you’ll have to place it on the floor, which is not very sanitary, even though there would have been enough room for a console or a shelf . In the room was not enough space to open my suitcase fully, so an old fashioned suitcase rack would have been nice. Suitcases do not belong onto the bed!! But again, all affordable rooms in London are small. That’s just a few things that I’d change to make it better. Overall everything was nice

Modern and clean bedroom with good WiFi, REN toiletries and coffee machine

PIN code entry into building /no reception system was bit complicated initially. 2 keypads so not clear which one to use.. Someone was on site and came and helped me out in the end .

Perfect location at the heart of London and close to Regent Park. Good value for money while the room was pretty small.

They changed cleaning policy and did not clean our room for 5 nights. They removed little attentions such as cookies and newspaper in the entrance.

The staff was very friendly and kind :)

The room was very tiny even though we didn’t took the smallest one, there was barely room for our bags. There is no room cleaning during the day which was very weird to us (usually in hotels you get your room cleaned and get fresh towels). On the first day we left our towels on the floor because it was still wet and we wanted it to be replaced. We arrived at evening and saw that there was no one in the room. We asked for a fresh towels at the reception and they only had face towels. Very frustrating that we couldn’t take a decent shower after a long day. We have been told at reception that the staff clean the rooms once a week- we stayed for six nights.

We've really enjoyed our stay in Numa. We've spent a total of 10 days there, so it felt like a home by the time we had to check out. The location is spectacular - you're very central, yet not on a crazy shopping street, so it's pretty quiet (as much as central London can be quiet), and we heard no outdoor noises and slept very well. The room is rather spacious by London standards, the bed is very(!!) comfortable, and there's a little tea&coffee station which we enjoyed a lot on mornings. We're coming back in November for a few days and booked with Numa again :)

The cleaning was scheduled every 5 or 7 days which is fair enough, but when it did happen, it wasn't done that well. For example, the sink wasn't washed (and nothing else in the bathroom I assume) which would have been nice since we drank lots of teas and coffees and poured the remains in the sink, which left minor stains. Nothing critical and we could have cleaned it ourselves, but would be nice if the cleaning crew did it. They've also left the cups and glasses that we've already used when they should have been replaced. To be fair, we didn't report this to the hotel staff, and it could have been an honest mistake.

Excellent location, and loved the generous discount with brilliant bakery next door - much better value and higher quality breakfast than you'd get in a hotel. The decor was cute and layout of room nice, and lovely toiletries.

The room was just a bit noisy - there seemed to be some loud fan outside the window. The air con didn't work very well and was also too noisy. There was also a lot of light and sound bleed from the corridor. The price is also steep for what you get - but this seems to be the case across London. Would like a filtered water station in foyer since the water provided in the room was only on the first day.

Numa was perfectly situated for our trip! So close to the theater and shopping street. We did pretty much everything by foot. The bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean. We had a kettle and a Nespresso machine in our room and converters for our electronics which we appreciated (uk-eu/ch). The whatsapp-chat is helpful if the hotel wants to get infos to you, but not if you want any infos. You have some discount at the bakery next door which is amazing!

We left our luggage at the hotel the day we did check in since we arrived early. When we got back to pick it up when our room was ready no one was around. After about a quarter hour I textet on whatsapp to ask if anyone is around, but you don‘t write with an actual human but rather with some kind of AI I guess which wasn‘t helpful at all.

I liked the location of the accommodation, it was an easy place from which to access other places. I liked the neatness of the room, especially the bathroom; there were no wet hair or wet thread anywhere in the bathroom, it was clean and white. The water pressure was just super okay.I also liked the fact that there was an elevator, made it easy to move luggage. The television worked, the airconditioner was working superbly. The room had heating facility also. The Bed was nice, it was firm without being hard. I loved the keyless entry into the property and the room, I did not need to bother about keys, the digital check in and entry worked wonderfully. I liked it all.

I don't really have anything but I would say they should get mini refrigerator for the room. That's all.
