The hotel was nice, clean hotel with all the basic things you need. The staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was quiet and had all we needed. The hotel is situated quite far from the tube station, but the buses go near and are easy to use.

As the hotel clearly states, there is no breakfast served at the premises. They do have a deal with the neighboring cafe but that did not look too inviting, and we did not try it out. - This is not to say, it could have been good. Should you want to eat near to your hotel, there are not too many options. The only thing about the room,we were not happy about was the shower. Water came out dropping and wad easily too hot.

Really pleased with this hotel. Second time staying there. We booked a family room which was a good size with two double beds and space for a travel cot. No breakfast but there are so many options on your doorstep such as a wetherspoons and lots of cafes, it's not really a problem not having it in the hotel as it is so well located. A fifteen minute walk from the entrance to Alexandra palace and not far from a bus stop. Several shops close by for essentials too. The rooms may look a little dated but it's an old building and everything was very clean. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off around midnight whilst we were there but I have to say, the staff were brilliant and were up on our floor checking all rooms very quick and efficiently. Thankfully it was a false alarm and we were reassured we didn't need to leave the hotel but they were very thorough checking all rooms and polite so extremely reassuring considering it was the middle of the night. Everyone we encountered was very polite and helpful. Parking is helpful but spaces are tight and there are only 5 possibly 6 first come first served. There was space to unload and then move your car to nearby on street parking or you can see some car parks on Google maps which are not far but just bear in mind. We needed to ask for a parking permit as we weren't given one immediately so make sure you stick something in your car as the signs say a permit is required.

Walls are thin so you can hear neighbouring rooms and guests arriving back very late. Obviously not easy to control but just something to be mindful of if you have young kids.

Great value for money and very good walking distance from Alexandra Palace. I stayed at this hotel for an event there and it's a great budget option for this. It also has good transport links. The staff are very courteous, helpful and hard-working.

Squeaky floor in the room and not much noise insulation between the room and corridor. But you have to remember that this is a budget hotel and you will not necessarily be paying a high premium price, so these kinds of minor issues are to be expected for the price you're paying. Breakfast is not available on the premises (but can be bought at Jenny's Cafe which is recommended by the hotel and is a one-minute walk from the hotel).

simply everything, me and my mum visited in February 23 stating to attend a gig in ally pally, we couldn’t fault from the moment we drove up outside to the moment we left the whole trip was made by our stay. location is fantastic, staff couldn’t anymore welcoming or helpful if they tried, check in was easy, fast and no flaff, parking right behind the property. both receptionist I encountered couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried. clean, comfortable and accommodating. priced well for location and amenities. the gentleman I didn’t get his name who checked us in but went above and behind and also arrange a taxi to the venue for me and my mum evan tho it was last minute and busy. defiantly stay again.

Reception staff friendly and check in process quick. Was able to check in earlier than planned. Parking excellent - lucky to get a space just outside our room. Room and beds very clean. Location perfect - for visiting Alexandra Palace, also it is on a quiet street and yet 2 mins walk to some really nice restaurants. Hotel was quiet- good for sleeping

Room advertised as a large double, but it was very cramped. An extra single bed had been put in and made moving around for 2 people tricky. Paper cups for the tea/coffee! Were we expected to have only 1 each? Had to reuse them (not nice). Never seen that before. Only one glass. Shower room was very small and cramped. OK for one night only. TV remote poor, buttons not working. Sound from TV very poor quality.

Friendly, clean and basic but we would happily stay there again for another Alexandra Palace show. The location was great for Ally Pally, 10 min walk. The cafes and restaurants on your doorstep were great too, lots of choice. We paid £190 for 1 nights stay in a family room with 2 double beds.

The location was great for restaurants, cafe's etc but there is no underground station nearby. Breakfast was not included but there were plenty of places to go in the immediate vicinity.

Location was perfect for Alexandra Palace. We parked in the council car park a few minutes walk away, which uses the ringgo app so we didn't have to leave the hotel to pay for parking in the morning. Rooms were clean, warm (radiator that you can control) and quiet. Towels and toiletries provided. The staff were very friendly. Loads of great places nearby for eating and shopping, Muswell Hill is a sweet little place. We drove over to Hampton Heath for a little walk on our way home (15 minute drive away).

Bathroom was pretty small but very clean and the shower was hot.

Roseview is my automatic choice when I go back to my old neighbourhood. It's consistently clean, welcoming and comfortable. It's fairly basic, but I like that in a hotel. MUCH better than the "luxury " hotel I Bath I paid four times as much for last month! Pleased they now include a mini body lotion in the toiletries.

Would have liked an extra blanket now nights can be chilly. Kettle lead too short to reach the socket from the cabinet so had to boil it on floor.

Clean room. All the bits & bobs you need...even a wee fridge! Quiet, warm & decent security/doorlock.

Bathroom mirror light did not work. Shower needs a soap dish. Shampoo/soap sachets are non-user friendly...find wee bottles?

Hotel is in a great location close to all shops and cafes but most importantly (for us) an easy walk to the Ally Pally. Price was reasonable for a night when there was a big gig on. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable, very comfy bed and good shower. Yes, it's a bit dated but it has tea,coffee, kettle, fridge, iron, fan, etc - everything we needed and was really clean so I don't care that it doesn't look modern.
