This hotel is a gem. Simple, comfortable, pleasant. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and the room has fresh carafe of water by your bed. Location was excellent in regards to being in Chelsea. Down the street from Sloane Square Tube and just a few minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Location had some noise, but not enough to impact my stay.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable ( ex, I asked what time shops open and the front desk did not know). But that did not impact my stay!

Amazing location and a very cosy atmosphere overall! We enjoyed the upgraded room and the breakfast options were delicious. Very close to the underground and close to a lot of attractions.

The location was amazing just a 2’ walking distance from Sloane square and the Sloane square underground station, so we could get around really easy. The breakfast was tasty, and the breakfast area was nicely decorated. But the absolute bonus of this hotel was the friendliness of its staff, everyone was polite and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Rovena for her politeness, her willingness to help us with any inquiries and some -to the point- suggestions of things to do and places to visit in London.

Dated room, in the not refurbished area of the hotel. No fridge in the room so he had to ask the (polite) staff to take our medication in and out of the hotel’s fridge twice a day.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and room facilities were complete. Iron and hair drier are even available. We had an “a la carte” breakfast which was very great. The location is great for both shopping and access to metro station. Also very close to Victoria London which is a main hub that can get you to the Gatwick airport in 30 min. Quite a few bus stations around that can take you to attractive locations.

We stayed in the “cosy” room which is very small and is mainly suitable for one person. Therefore the bed is small and if you are above 175 your legs might not fit in the bed fully. This room was overpriced! The hotel is by the main street (can be good and bad) so many vehicles pass by during the night.

Very cosy room, comfy bed, very elegant decor but simple and functional, Molton Brown toiletries, *delicious* restaurant and bar in the hotel on ground floor, very nice and friendly staff - will definitely return. Great shopping around the corner on King's Road, very nice pilates studio at the corner, tube stop right there and also a short walk (15 mins) to Piccadilly with a direct tube to airport.

Heating didn't function the first night but as soon as I called staff it was repaired the 2nd night. Also the water pressure in the room is not great.

Great location, near many nice restaurants, shops and walking distance to Harrods, Hyde park. The underground station is 3 min walk (Sloane sq), 0r 15 min towards Knightsbridge (y6ou can taka a direct train from it to the heathrow, 50 min) Very comfortable location. I took bigger room and for me it was perfect, all in all a lit bit small, but still enough space for everyting. Big waredrobe, my favorite Molton Brown in the bathroom, comfortable bed/

There were some construction works at the hotel, started from 9 am. But the walls are not that thin, so not too loud at all.

Comfortable room in a good location. Night staff were very friendly and helpful to my wife who's had some serious health problems recently.

Room a little small but makes good use of the space as far as possible. Only one toilet roll during our stay even after room being made up. We had to ask for a second. There was a lot of noise in the early hours one night...we couldn't see anything outside and wondered if it was something happening in the hotel. Some staff at reception ok but could possibly be a little more friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is perfectly situated very near Sloan Square underground station and close to all the shops, bars, cafes and restaurants in Chelsea. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We left our luggage with the concierge while we explored the area and were also able to check in a little earlier than expected. Staff were all very friendly and hospitable. The room was very comfortable with all the lovely touches you'd expect.

The only thing I can think of was perhaps some more sockets for various gadgets to charge and the housekeeping knocked a couple of times (the first time at 8:30 am) even though it was a reasonably late checkout at 11am.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and good water pressure in the bathroom. very close to the Kings Road and all the shopping, cafes and facilities that a Traveller needs. Sloane Square tube station is just a short walk away.

The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, the reception is only ever manned by one person so service is a bit slow (but friendly and as efficient as they can be), there is no fridge in the room so you can’t store fresh milk for tea or snacks for when jet lag wakes you and you’re starving at 2am.

Check in went very well. Our bag was stored and brought up to our room as we arrived early. Communication was excellent from the hotel before arrival. This shows a more personal level of care which is rarely found in big city hotels. Our son has Aspergers so needed a quiet room,which was provided. Location was excellent for meeting up with our other son who is doing a PHD at Imperial College. A very enjoyable experience all round. We would definitely use this hotel again.
