I absolutely adored this hotel! I ended up staying three extra nights in London due to flight cancellations and so happy I found this gem of a hotel. It’s in the perfect location in Belgravia, on a beautiful street near Eccleston Yards and the Victoria station. Close to many great cafes, restaurants, shops, and cute neighborhoods such as Kensington and Chelsea. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. And although it faced the street it was very quiet throughout the day which I loved. Also, a special shout-out to the staff who were all so lovely and made it so easy to extend my stay each morning. Cannot wait to be back!

Not that I didn’t like this but noting that there are no elevators in the hotel.

Wonderful boutique hotel in lovely Belgravia. Small but beautifully equipped single room. Gorgeous cafe onsite and more eating and shopping close by. Around 10 mins walk to a couple of tube stations. Victoria coach station two mins walk. A real find and competitively priced in a very expensive London with so many overpriced mediocre hotels. Bonus is it’s a hotel that feels vert welcoming, safe and cosy if you’re traveling alone. A wonderful stay!

All wonderful but be aware that bring a period property stairs to rooms on upper floors are narrow and steep

Lovely, unique hotel in a fab location. I had a very small single room, which was actually very cosy, although if I was there for more than 2 nights would've been too small (no place to put clothes!). Beautifully decorated and furnished though. I enjoyed staying here.

The insulation in the windows is almost non-existent. It was very cold in London the week I stayed and you could feel the cold draught through every window - not very energy efficient or environmentally friendly! The sound also carries between the rooms quite a bit.

Lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful part of London I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff when I arrived very early to check in, My room wasn't ready, so my bags were stowed whilst I went shopping and I was pleased to see they had been taken to my room when I returned. I requested a quiet room and I wasn't disappointed, although it was quite a trek up the stairs to the top floor! The room was spotlessly clean and although small, it had everything I needed. Anything more than one night may have been more challenging in the single room due to the lack of wardrobe/hanging space.

The fact that the hotel bar closed at 4pm so I was unable to get a drink before dinner. This could easily be closed to the public but left open for hotel guests.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff were extremely friendly, and accommodating. The hotel lobby and rooms were very beautifully designed and comfortable. There are very cool cafes and shops close by. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to check out the wonderful restaurant next door, but it looked amazing. I was easily able to walk to Victoria station to take the Gatwick Express to catch my flight out in the morning. I enjoyed this hotel thoroughly. I would 100% stay there again.

It was charming warm and pretty . My room was small and cozy , perfect for what I needed . Every thing was spotless . Best part were staff were amazing , the was a girl called Tara at reception who was as charming as the hotel . And all the staff were so efficient and pleasant . Will definitely be back . Location was great for my purposes in London . Area feels nice and safe too .

It’s an older building so you can hear the people in the nearby rooms . But that’s to be expected

The location is perfect! Beautiful boutique hotel in one of the prettiest areas of London. The restaurant in the hotel is called The Buttery, open only for breakfast and lunch. The food was delicious and the garden tables are charming.

No elevator and our room was on the third floor of narrow staircase but staff helped w bags. Small rooms but charmingly decorated. No air conditioner but they do give you a fan.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely decor, good-sized room that was very clean with nice crisp bed linens, charming neighborhood within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and public transportation. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I would have liked a mini-fridge and one or two extra folding luggage racks in the room (as our room sleeps 3).

Beautifully decorated and in a great spot close to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace

We were on the top floor with no lift which is very cool as a beautiful old building but a long way to carry suitcases. No air conditioning and we were very hot overnight But there was a window that opened Quite a small room but we managed as only there one night Would definitely stay there again

This was my first stay at The Lime Tree and I booked a single room. Very friendly staff and a really pretty well designed hotel. Lovely room, very cosy with fresh designs. Small single bed and you could hear noise from outside but it didn't disturb me. Fantastic area with many restaurants, good gastro pubs and bars.

No lift, okay for a short stay but not good if you have heavy luggage.
