Staff were so friendly. The studio room we booked although small, was clean with plenty of fresh clean towels. The bed was large (king size, or thereabouts) and extremely comfortable. The staff so kind, building quiet, safe and warm. The continental breakfast was wonderful, consisting of fresh bread, brown & white, fruit juices, an array of cereals, fresh milk, coffee, teas and hot chocolate. Fresh fruit, biscuits and yoghurts. More than enough for two people.

The TV although not used much was extremely small with limited channels. The large duvet appeared to be on the bed the wrong way, possibly due to duvet cover not being big enough, hence end without cover tucked into bed. Duvet should be turned so longer either side of the bed. Which would stop one person taking all duvet cover during night 😃 Bed linen very clean and fresh smelling so not a big problem at all.

It was just amazing. I was given a studio which was fully equipped with its own kitchen, well stocked with a variety of cereals, plenty of milk, bread, jams, yoghurts, butter, teas and coffees plus toaster, kettle and microwave. The location is just fabulous. You are in the heart of the most desirable area in London. Belgravia. The bed was so comfortable and clean. The room was beautifully warm, the bathroom was large and spotlessly clean and it was an absolute joy to stay there. You're a 2 minute walk from all the bespoke shops with their flower fronted facades and delightful breakfast places. Lots of classy restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Definitely returning!

Nothing to dislike.

The room was compact but ideal for my length of stay. We did have a leak from the radiator but this was dealt with swiftly. Linen was clean and fresh, even had an additional fan and electric heater if needed. The shower was a little tight and we were advised that the hot water was looking to be upgraded - had to let the tap run for a little while. Nothing major really just like being home waiting for the hot water to kick in - it was fine. The breakfast was plentiful, not buffet style which can end up with clients being wasteful. Breakfast cooked to order with loads of options available.

Can't think of any bad points. Our stay was just fine.

Perfect quiet and quaint location to London. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast wifi. Hot water/shower and warm/heated room. Secure building/room. Basic but clean and fresh carpets and bed linens and towels. Close 10 minute walk to sainsbury supermarket, Victoria station. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants, pubs around. Mini bar fridge with kettle, coffee plunder and microwave. Breakfast items replenished daily. Hairdryer. Maids service cleaned the room daily. 10 minute walk to Tate Britain Gallery. 25min walk to Hyde park. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable good sized beds.

We stayed in family room in basement and clear smell of damp, bathroom fan very noisy but didn’t clear moisture well.

The B&B is in a great location especially as we were visiting Chelsea flower show. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room is quite small but breakfast overall good. Our bathroom door had no handle on the inside so the door could not be closed properly which could be awkward for some people. Also we would have preferred a mirror in the bedroom, there was one in the bathroom over sink then a full length mirror on the inside of the bathroom door but nothing in the bedroom itself, also a kettle and drink making facilities would have been appreciated.

The smell which come from breakfast room

I love the breakfast. The closeness to the coach and train station. Place to store luggage and my mobility scooter. The social space within the hotel whereby you can wait enjoy facilities for example warm drinks.

Not catered very well for disabled people. No ramp on entrance to the building. I had difficulty with steps yet given a room where there steps involved. Would of liked a room on the ground floor. The booking did state that the hotel was disabled friendly , parts of the hotel was but not where it was needed the most.

We arrived early about 10am to request luggage storage until our check in time, the receptionist checked and since our room was ready they allowed us a free early check in! After a red eye flight that was the nicest thing they could have done. The breakfast room has fresh and made-to-order full English breakfast that is included so we didn't have to spend any extra money on breakfast out. The location is perfect for catching public transit at Victoria. Overall we were very happy with our accommodations for the price we paid.

The rooms are not glamorous, they are nice and comfortable and are appropriately priced for what you get. The facility felt very safe. We were on the 3rd floor with a narrow staircase (no lift) but are able-bodied so this wasn't an issue for us.

This B&B had a superb location to London Victoria Coach station and all sights nearby Buckingham Palace, Pall Mall Serviced daily if you like that,., very helpful staff good breakfast Many travel books to do research in the lovely sitting room
