Probably our best stay ever! Amazing historical small hotel. Beautiful, thoughtful, best breakfast ever we had in any hotels (included). We were absolutely impressed with the quality of this place. Location couldn’t be better too. 3 min from Market square. Owner and staff are so nice! One thing to mention for future travelers. Check in time required before 9pm, but it is hard to find in the description, hope they’ll update. If you planning to arrive after 9pm as we did, please call the property upfront. Otherwise owner live nearby, but she prefer heads up. And this is totally understandable.

The hotel is in the perfect location for a solo traveller. Located near Victoria train and underground station. It is a decent value for money for a leisurely stay on a budget, especially compared to other hotels in the area or in Central London in general.

There is a shared bathroom with other guests This wasn't usually an issue however there were times where it got irritating. The windows weren't well insulated, however a heater is in the room. Despite the positive side of it being perfectly placed in central London, given that the windows weren't well insulated you can hear a lot of noise from the street. Thin walls also, bring earplugs!

I stayed in room E3, it was on the first floor and easily accessible for me (I'm an abled person). There is no elevator. The room was quite small (we did not have suitcases but small backpacks) but it had everything necessary for a 4 night stay. A mini fridge, an electric kettle, some tea and coffee, a hair drier, a shower and toilet, hangers, a small locker for the clothes. Very convenient! It also has a tv which was nice since we could watch some Griffins there!! The hotel provided us with a couple of towels and one they we left and came back and found our bed with new clean sheets and new towels. In the bathroom there was also shower gel and hand soap. The room had heating so we really enjoyed the warmth after being out in the cold. The hotel is not even 10 min walk from Victoria Train station and 5 min from Victoria coach station. Super central.

Unfortunately we could hear people that were going up and down the stairs. Maybe a sign that invites people to not talk loud could be an idea for a solution?

I came across a special discount offer which is why I booked here. But I knew not to expect too much because for Belgravia, London, the price per night was too cheap. On arrival receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, she gave me a room with ensuite although my booking was for a room without ensuite bathroom. Later on I hung out with the night receptionist for over an hour, another great guy. Morning time housekeeping staff greeted me with a nice good morning. and the Location was superb! Oh yeah, first night I slept for 12 hours non stop (there was no noise or discomfort whatsoever)

Honestly one corner of the room ceiling and a bit of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint

Bed was very comfy, room was clean and stocked with tea and coffee. Pleasantly surprised by the skylight windows in my room, was really cool to get natural light in basement room. Stay was wonderful, staff helpful, definitely will book again. Lovely neighbourhood, very safe, surrounded by cute shops, cafes, gourmet eateries and Sainsbury supermarket. Mins walk to Victoria coach station, Victoria train station (where there is a tourist information centre) and easy access to tube station. Very convenient to take a train direct to/from airport. About 10-15 mins walk to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace.

Some furniture were very old.

For the price, and looking at some of the reviews…I thought this might be a seedy motel, but I just wanted a place to sleep, and my own bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised! Belgravia is a very posh suburb of London. This is an old townhouse converted to a boutique hotel. Yes, it’s dated and the toilet is tiny….but if they upgraded everything….you’d be paying heaps more to stay there. it’s a 3-4 minute walk from Victoria Station, which is brilliant for getting around London. but also Buckingham Palace is within walking distance!! just an excellent location…and affordable! Oh and no lift!

i loved the location it is around the corner from Victoria coach station & tube my room was an economy double, the room was ok & at the end of the day i had a comfy bed shower room was compact but did the job i would stay again because of the location

the property is a bit tired, there was a thick layer of dust on the curtain rail, i could have done with more storage i only had a little hanging rail & only 2 hangers so had to live out of suite case also could have done with something additional at the window as not very private only had curtains you also only had paper cups on the tea tray not very inviting

This is a typical London Center Hotel. Do not expect too much, it is not an AI resort at the south sea. Small clean rooms, steep steps with carpet, very quiet. All you expect is there – the towels, hair dryer, tea boiler, tea, and coffee. Anything else is around – the Sainsbury's supermarket, bakery, railway station, etc. are a just couple of meters away. Good enough for a good sleeping and afterward enjoying the great city. Great location, you reach the most popular sightseeing places by feet. The price is quite low for the location. Before and after your stay, you can keep your bags at the reception.

- Sometimes you need to use shared bathroom, especially if you are above 1.85 cm in height. The bathrooms in the rooms are tiny. - The heating is not great. It is electric and dries the air. The house is not isolated well, and the rooms cool down quickly. You will not freeze, though, the electric heater does the thing.

The location is great. Close to Victoria train station and Victoria Coach station. Also Victoria subway. There is a Victoria place where you get to stores, food and supermarkets. The housekeepers kept the room nice every day.

The property need renovation. There are some decayed spot on the window and wall. And no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, it will be quite a bit of work.

Location is very good, very close to Victoria station for both, underground and train. A super market around the corner and a lot of breakfast places are in the venue’s surroundings. The hotel is located at 10 minutes walking distance to Buckingham Palace.

Room is narrow, for three people I warmly suggest the quadruple one. It has no view since is in the basement. Very clean though. In the end it is enough since you just use it to sleep.
