Nice people, clean rooms and very good location. The beds offer additional privacy due to the added curtains. Great water pressure.

This is not made for tall people. I'm only 1.8 m tall and I barely fit into the bed lengthwise. The bathroom is also very small leading everything to get wet.

Good location with a tube station not too far away and a bus stop right outside the hostel. The room was clean when I arrived. I liked the smart technology with the locks on doors so a separate key wasn’t needed. Good to have the privacy curtain. Quiet room except when people were moving around at night/in the AM which is to be expected from a hostel. Despite the negative points I would stay here again.

I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm which was very small with one bathroom to share between us. Thankfully not everyone was in the room moving around at the same time otherwise it would have been tight! The bathroom was small too! It was clean when I arrived but when the cleaners came the next day they just emptied the bathroom bin instead of cleaning it all. I was on the bottom bunk of a 3 storey bunk bed, I’m small so it was manageable however it was pretty low to the ground. Only one usb socket in the bed to charge devices. There were plugs that could be used in the room itself though.

Kitchen! Such a big plus to have an amazing kitchen and common area for everyone to cook and relax, with pretty much everting we needed! Rooms themselves were cosy, staff were friendly, bus right out the front or the metro within 10 mins walk but pretty far from anything going on. Huge lockers in the rooms, cleaning done every day and made the place smell great.

Beds were soooo small! I’m 5’5 and I could just stretch out, my partner, 5’9 couldn’t stretch at all, and don’t even think about sitting up. I was on the bottom bunk and I had to roll out of bed as it’s just a mattress on the floor …

Very nice staff, Suzanna was really welcoming and friendly. The cleaning lady was also very pleasant and did a wonderful job every day. The hotel is very comfy and modern, the common spaces were spotless, and we could eat and use the kitchen at our convince. The entrance is very secure, and the area is quite safe, we didn't feel threatened at night in the street. We felt great, it is cheap, it's not a five-star hotel, but it exceeded our expectations as young travelers, we'll do it again!

Just someone who stole our can in the fridge, but it's not the hotel's fault. Also, the noise from other people in the room may sometimes have disturbed us but never avoided us to sleep.

Amazing kitchen facilities and beautiful outdoor terrace. I was only staying here while my flat was renovated and I’m glad I chose here!

I had an issue with bed bugs in the second room I was in, this is obviously because of people bringing them not the hostels fault at all. But I have had a bad experience with this in the past but was put at ease by the staff. It would have been nice to be refunded my last day as I was a little close to booking elsewhere but as this is the season for bed bugs didn’t want to risk worse tbh. Overall they handled this very well as once again it was not their fault

Amazing stay: great private room (Stayed in dormitory of other smart hostel before, was also good). Amazing breakfast, staff really kind, modern key system via app. Towels, soap, shampoo included. Great location 5min from camden market, camden town station and mornington crescent station. Shops and restaurants 2mins away. Still quiet street. Lockers available to store luggage. No party hostel which is great!

Tube was noticable during late evenings/early mornings but not too disturbing. Also people walking up/down stairs/on ground floor could be heard, but only at daytime.

The hostel has a great location, the cleanliness was impeccable, the facilities are pleasant, modern and comfortable (especially the beds and cushions!). Everything went well with the staff and we really enjoyed our stay.

We liked everything in general, but because the bathroom is small, you have to be careful when showering not to get everything wet. It would also be nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom. As for breakfast, we only had it at the hostel on the first day because for us the price was too high for what was offered.

Nice location with local markets but not very clean. Near to underground station. Easy to come and go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dorm was clean. There were cleaning personnel that were cleaning the bathroom every morning. Every bed in the dorm has its own curtains for privacy. It was my first time sleeping in a hostel and my main worries where if i 'd feel safe. I liked the fact that i felt really safe and quite comfortable. I would recommend it and i would go again at the next trip in London.

It would be nice if people could be more respectful and keep the dorm clean. I understand that in a hostel people often come and go but if someone makes a mess it's better to clean after. That was my only problem and it is not about the hostel itself but it is about the people who travel.

No fault to the hostel, but I had an early wake up call by someone’s phone alarm at 5AM.

The Staff was very nice and easy to communicate with! I love that they offer an “female only dormitory” option since I stayed in one and I was overall really happy with it :) everyone had their own locker to store their necessities so there was almost no chaos in the room! The nearest London Underground station is about a 10 Minute walk away which is completely fine.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small and it was quiet hard to properly move in it. The sink is very small so most of the time I splashed water all over the place when brushing teeth or washing my face.
