Rooms & beds really really good. Service was good. Everything was clean. Thank you. Ideal location in Camden.

Bar in the evening. We asked for two beers, the person said the bar was closed, so no tap-beer, but we could have beers in bottles. That was ok, but we had to pay by card at the reception. Two minutes later, three other persons arrive at the bar, order tap beer and pay by cash.... That was silly from the bartender! To add to that the beers in bottles were quite warm. Bad experience at that hotel bar.

We enjoyed that everybody was so helpfull and polite, and in a good way, not in a exhausting way, if you get me right. They were to loved, because of they were acting normal. Very good comfortable beds, and the room was clean and nice. We use to get our bodies not in shape after a night in hotellbed, but this did NOT happend at out stay in Holiday Inn Camden <3 Our special favorite was the woman who worked at the breakfastarea. She was taking good care of us, in a normal and human way <3 We really liked her! Also the one guy who always remembred when one of us, the mother, needes glutenfree bread for breakfast. Also offcourse the people in the lobby! As a previous waitress for many years, I really really really DO found of when people are themselves and are polite, but also friendly authentic <3 So, yes, we are coming back, we just don`t know when yet : )

Everyting was exellent, though the coffee in Norway, we are used to stronger coffee, the double americano tasted like boiled coffee with not enough beans to it. But it can be that english cofeestandard is more like tea, than we are used to in Norway. We fixed it with choosing a large americano at the machin and adding double shot in it. So if it is our norwegian taste or if the machin is making too weak coffee, ew don`t know : )

We were very lucky when we arrived at the hotel, the staff behind the desk upgraded us to the VIP experience. So we got moved into the Penthouse Suite which was lovely. Had a balcony view, room service, bath AND shower facilities. It was really nice to get that kind of treatment especially as we were first timers. The staff were all lovely and polite and friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

The only thing I noticed was that the price was rather steep for a Monday, especially as looking on the day it was being offered a lot cheaper, I'm guessing they weren't full at all but surely to entice people in the first place the prices should be low and competitive.

The room was exceptional and perfect for us as a couple with a small baby. We love the location, aswell as the hotel itself. It was our second stay here and an excellent second stay too.

Loved it all! My only suggestion would be for the restaurant to have highchairs for smaller babies (our baby is 10 months old). The baby seat we were offered at breakfast was far too big and baby kept slipping out. The staff were very helpful to assist with propping baby with a pillow. However, our baby was overall quite uncomfortable. Not a problem for us though, as our next visit, our baby will be much bigger. Just something to bare in mind for other families staying.

We liked the friendly welcome and prompt check in service. The ease to get to and get into the room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We made our bed each morning but the housekeepers did an even better job and changed towels if we needed. The breakfast selection was plenty and lots to choose from, the staff were very efficient and cleared tables quickly. We used the bar a couple of times and had a good selection. The toilets in the bar area and restaurant were always clean. Hotel is located in an excellent position, 5 minutes from tube and right next to the bridge that takes you straight into Camden market. Check out was quick and as our train home wasn’t until 4pm we could leave our bags and collect later which was excellent. Close to plenty of places to eat and drink.

The air con wasn’t the best, after returning in the afternoon /evening after leaving the air con on the room was still too warm to get to sleep. We had the window wide open which cooled the room down. Our room was 3rd floor right over Weatherspoons so the noise was loud until early hours, for us it wasn’t an issue as we slept like logs and it never woke us but may be an issue for others. However this would definitely not stop us from returning.

Penthouse room with fabulous view over half of London! Unfortunately bad weather prevented us from sitting outside to enjoy the view. Location - perfect for our purpose. Bed - sumptuous and comfortable. Cleanliness of our room and all the other areas - excellent. Best of all was the staff - from arrival at reception, to the bar and breakfast room, and the chamber maids. Super pleasant, friendly and efficient. Oh and the breakfast was very good.

We have decreased mobility and the non-availability of the black cab service was a problem. We did have some minicab firms we could call - we do not use UBER - but maybe in a future visit, we will have to (this is a general London problem - not a hotel problem)

Although I think this person was a trainee- she wasn't ready for front of house reception a negative to the whole stay - the opposite to our arrival and your usual standards. An incredibly rude young lady when we checked out early on Sunday morning.. No acknowledgement , didn't speak as she was looking at the screen, for a long time ! Very sad face - no answer when we asked for a taxi to the station-- she just walked off and fetched someone to talk to us We like this hotel - have stayed before - great position in Camden- such a shame

Fantastic location! All your necessities are within easy reach. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Camden exudes a lively and vibrant atmosphere, making it an excellent destination. The room was wonderfully spacious, complete with a Juliet balcony that allowed the refreshing summer breeze to flow in. Our request for a late checkout was met with no hesitation and no extra charges. Highly recommended! :)

Staff were so welcoming smiles and warm personality’s, easy fast check in, they were amazing at getting me back into my room once I checked out and had forgotten something. Greeted when coming and going from the hotel, really knowledgeable about local facilities. Room was clean and warm shower was great lovely soft towels, great location for the roundhouse and market.

View of a brick wall, if it were longer than a night it would have been a bit disappointing.

The location was excellent. The staff brilliant.Was comfortable and clean.

The noise on the first night was terrible. 1:30am - 2:30am constant shouting and screaming from the corridor and the next room. Called reception two or three times and even went out in the passage myself. This was a little frustrating as my family and I had just spent 17 hours on a plane and needed a little sleep. Staff seemed limited in what they could do at the time. And the next day merely said that as it was a Friday night that it was to be expected. Well for the money you pay for a night - I do not see how that can be acceptable. But in fairness they provided us with breakfast - which was a nice touch. Thank You guys, I know you are doing your best in the circumstances.
