gorgeous design, brand new hotel so everything still stunning. has everything you’d need for a short stay in a really convenient vibrant location. feels really secure, warm and clean

not much, really minor stuff like the room lights can’t be dimmed and are super bright, there was no cups but we had a kettle and all the stuff to make tea and coffee so even providing some paper cups would be good. also the tv could use a Netflix app or an option to cast as there’s only 4 channels that all only show the news. tiny changes that would make this place perfect

Very modern refurb of a nice old building. Fairly quiet street and just a short walk to Mornington Crescent tube station (very exciting for fans of the BBC radio 4 series 'I'm sorry I haven't a clue') and Camden Markets.

The downside of the modern refurb is that the room is full of lights indicating where the light switches are, that the fire detector is working and, if that were to sound, where the door is to escape. Consequently, it looked like the Martians were conducting a night invasion of Camden. A previous occupant had bluetacked a piece of paper over the green exit light on the ceiling. God knows how bright it was before this but I had to upgrade it using a 'do not disturb' card. Red strobe lights scanned the room from another ceiling light, presumably a smoke detector. Couldn't do much about this (considered throwing a shoe at it) so, when I eventually got to sleep, I had nightmares about death rays from the Tripods. I recommend an eye mask.

The hotel was so clean and everything so well designed and modern. Our bedroom was small but that didn’t really matter as everything was so nice. I didn’t expect feather and down duvet and pillows, so that was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen. I wish I had been staying more than one night. The bathroom was lovely and spotless.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the property itself, I just wasn’t mad about the Camden area but then again I was only in London for an event somewhere else.

The hotel is wonderful, feels very new and safe and really nicely equipped, a really beautiful building very comfy and stylish. The rooms are well thought out although not large and the bathroom is perfect. Spotlessly clean and has all you need. Perfectly located in Camden Town, staff was extremely nice. I would certainly recommend a stay at The Wesley and I would also go again.

No breakfast vailable, but there are nice places all around. The following is certainly not a general problem, it just happened to happen in the night we stayed there, but I certainly didn't like it: The firealarm went off over a period of time in the middle of the night (turned out for no reason, a fault somewhere) and therefore I didn't get much sleep. Staff seemed a bit out of their depth in that situation (obviously need training for communication in these situations!) and I would have appreciated an apology or some sort of mention (or even refund?) in the morning, considering it's not a cheap hotel and I didn't really get what I paid for, was wrecked the next day because I couldn't get back to sleep after the occasion.

The room was small but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean! The bed was super comfortable and due to the amazing blackout curtains, we slept in later than usual. I was travelling with my daughter (mum and daughter outing) and we felt really safe - keycard entry needed for the main door, lift and corridor plus the additional extra security device on the room door. The bathroom was spotless with toiletries provided. There’s an iron and an ironing board (board under bed) which I thought was a great touch as you normally have to ask for one. Excellent location. About 15 walk from Euston station and another 10 minutes to the Electric Ballroom (the venue we wanted). The next day we went to Camden Market and it took around 15 mins to walk from this location. My daughter and I walked back from the venue at around 10.30pm and didn’t feel unsafe doing so. There’s a Papa John’s and a Domino’s within 1 minute walk of the hotel and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. I actually can’t fault this place and we will book again. Thank you

Nothing at all - great job. If I had a tiny request it would be for sweetener as well as sugar to be available. I should have remembered my own.

• Location: 3 minute walk from Mornington Crescent station, 5 minute walk from Camden Town Station and Camden Market. • Well-equipped: The room had a nice tv, air con, a safe, kettle with tea/coffee, hairdryer, iron, shower gel. Charging points next to the bed. • Safe: Was able to lock the door and secure it with a latch. • Quiet: Very quiet at night. • Stylish: The room looked nice and colourful.

• Cleanliness: The room was dusty, when I pulled back the duvet I could see flecks of dust all in the air. The bed frame was also dusty. I have asthma which was exacerbated due to this.

Located in between mornington crescent station and camden station, only requires approximately 30 minutes by tube to get to any of the major tourist attractions and popular areas. Staff were lovely and very helpful, the hotel on the whole was very quiet.

The room was clean but dusty. Like very very dusty. There was visible dust on all layers of the bedclothes and I had to buy a lint roller to remove some of it. The strange thing is, apart from the dust, everything else was fantastically clean. It’s just really very dusty.

Wife and I have come away very happy with our stay at the Wesley. Clean, well appointed, staff friendly helpful and efficient. My wife loved the table in reception with books available to thumb through. Plus coffee and water available too. Location for what we were doing was perfect. Band at the underworld, Camden market and Kings Cross for a restaurant. Plus of course the plethora of pubs in Camden. We will stay again at the Wesley!!

If anything, the rooms are small. But from our point of view, we didn't stay at the Wesley to stay in the room. We stayed at the Wesley to sleep, location and price.

It’s new so everything is new. Shower and bathroom was big enough to not feel claustrophobic. It was clean as well. Cleaning was done everyday. Toiletries are included. We had a kettle to boil some water with tea and coffee. It was very quiet, didn’t hear any of the other rooms. Bed was comfortable. Personnel was nice and helpful. Location was very convenient, we’d get the bus or the tube right next to the hotel and get to Leicester square in about 15-20min max

This is a new hotel, therefore not many reviews yet. Also meaning there are some glitches here and there: the lights would turn off unexpectedly, the safe was not working. The room is very small, we had only one cabin luggage for two and it was hard to find a place to open it comfortably, but I know the other hotels in London offer quite the same size for double the price when you get closer to the city center.

The hotel is situated right by mornington crescent tube station, it is in a quiet location. The building is really lovely. Our check in was great, the guy on reception was really welcoming and friendly. We came early only to drop our bags off but they told us our room was ready which was really nice. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable to sleep in. There was an iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee facilities. Reception had also offered if we wanted water or coffee that there were facilities in the reception area too. They held our bags on the next morning when we had checked out.
