Nestled in the heart of central London's posh residential district, South Kensington, lies a gem of a flat that we recently had the pleasure of staying in. Newly renovated, this home is located on a bustling pedestrian street adorned with charming restaurants and bars, perfectly capturing the essence of London life. Its proximity to the tube station made commuting a breeze, allowing us to easily explore other parts of the city. The interiors are thoughtfully designed to offer all the amenities one might need. From the pristine bed linens to the comfortable mattress and plush pillows, it's evident that a lot of care has gone into ensuring guests have a memorable stay. The kitchen, a modern haven for cooking enthusiasts, is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and utensils. We particularly enjoyed the cosy atmosphere of the living room, making it the ideal spot for family meals. While there were only four chairs provided, we improvised by using an extra chair from the terrace, making it work for our party of six. The inclusion of bathrooms on every floor added an extra layer of convenience. However, a minor area of improvement would be the cleaning of the 50cm space before entering the house. It had accumulated some dirt and discarded cigarette butts, which was slightly off-putting given the otherwise impeccable condition of the property. In conclusion, this South Kensington flat is undoubtedly one of the finest rental properties I've stayed in while in London. The attention to detail and the prime location make it a top choice for anyone looking for a luxurious yet homely experience in the city. Fantastic apartment. Great location. Close to tube station, restaurants, supermarket. Definitely recommend.

It would have been great to have some dishwashing liquid, cloth and tea towel supplied. It was annoying having to purchase these things for a 7day stay.

1. The apartment has 3 floors (4 if you include the entrance stairs up). Fantastic! 2. Whats more, it's located on a Non-Driveway, dining and market street with awesome restaurants, mini markets and a nice corner pub. 3. During Saturday mornings, there is an awesome Morning Market on Bute St and plenty of fresg foods, pastries etc to try and gobble up. 4. Its super close to the Museums, about 5 mins walk, so the kids loved it! South Kensington station is just 3 mins walk. 5. If you're renting a car, literally theres a huge carpark lot next to the street where apartment is located. Although pricey, plan your parking hours accordingly (i did 12am to 7am and cost me £45) to avoid paying more than £50 for parking. 6. The facilities in the apartment is great. Theres 3 toilets so no fighting if you've gotta do no 1 or 2. Thanks again for the great place.

1. Balcony at night, there is cockroaches coming from below the wooden decked floors. I did my part by buying an insect spray and waging a 1 hour war with them. Scary for kids & women, Fun for Men only. 2. Perhaps consider getting a knife sharpener so guests can sharpen the kitchen knives. Kinda blunt. 3. TV is wee bit too small for such a big TV Hall and rooms. Maybe consider min 50inch TV for the main TV Hall. Had to squint my eyes to watch the tv showz.

The location was great. It was a good apartment/ house that could accommodate easily 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was ok to. The living room has also enough space.

The cleaning. The cushions of the armchairs in the living room and the pillow covers from the couch, were very dirty, with all kind of spots. I had to wash them, in the first evening that we arrived. The dishes were also dirty with all kind of traces of food inspite of having a dishwasher. You could realise very easily that the cleaning staff did not do their work.

The layout was perfect for us. Master bedroom separated from the other two bedrooms worked really well for two couples with one toddler.

Being central is great from the perspective of access to galleries, the tube, Hyde Park etc but being in a commercial zone meant noise at all hours of the night. We’d travelled from the southern hemisphere so, funnily enough, didn’t bring tea towels, dish wash or clothes washing liquid with us. Would have expected at least the first two to be provided. Property could also have used a good vacuum - in particular given that the beds are all very low to the floor.

The space is amazing and it could not be better located. Apartment exactly as described. Easy check-in and good communication.

Check-out is early - 10am and there is no grace period. If you need to stay any later there is an additional charge - £25/hour. They will not allow you to store your luggage there even if you can retrieve it before others check in. I don’t like being nickle and dimed for an expensive property. Also please be aware that they will not release the lockbox number until you allow them to place a £250 pound hold on your credit card for damages. This also seems unreasonable. That being said, the hold was appropriately released. I incurred no extra charges.

It’s was absolutely beautiful, very clean with a full kitchen. There was a grocery store right around the corner and a great bar on the same street. Seriously excellent location!

I am 22 and paying for this stay, but they made me add basically a chaperone who is older then 25 a day before I would arrive in London. If my husband was the same age as me we would’ve been screwed on a place to stay one day before arriving, so I’m kinda annoyed about that. Not a big deal but the door was a bit hard to find as there are about 10 different apartments on the same alley way between restaurants but we did find it within a few minutes of looking at all the doors. Also, prepare for a climb if you are staying on the top floor bedroom lol. But a good leg work out to burn off the beer.

Fantastic apartment. It was very spacious & comfortable. The location is excellent. It's really clean. I will definitely try to rebook when returning to London.

It really is a gorgeous apartment. We found the apartment extremely warm, the temperature gauge didn't work. We had to turn off the heating in the hotpress. It had no hindrance for us. However, there are three flights of stairs in the apartment. This is not apparent in the description & might be important to some people booking. It is a busy little street, with lots of lovely coffee shops & bars etc. The street is noisy in the evenings. The bedrooms are each a fantastic size. It would be great to have one of the rooms as either a triple room or a super king bed that would split in two. Please put a safety chain on the front door.

This property is in a great location very close to South Kensington tube and many buses. It is spacious and bright and very comfortable for 4 people. We had an issue with a shower head and this fixed very promptly within 1 day! Exceptional service!

The only negative I have is that I think for the price a few more items could be included. Whilst you are given some toilet paper, 4 x teabags and sugar, 2 x coffee, dishwasher tablets x 2, washing tablets x 2 and some very small body wash and shampoo I think it is not enough if you are staying for longer than 2 nights! We stayed 5 and had to purchase a lot of things. If it is a longer stay they should supply more. No staples were supplied not even salt and pepper supplied!

Fantastic location, very close to the Tube station. Comfortable for 3 couples or larger family.

Getting check in instructions was complicated and required several phone calls and emails. This is a problem when being on the road .... Apartment was not cleaned at check-in time, which was very inconvenient when arriving from a transatlantic flight, however Stayo quickly sent someone out and offered a late check-out to make up for the inconvenience. Apartment itself was great but minimal equipment in the kitchen. We would have loved a coffee machine and instructions on how to use the washing machine. Also, there was an unpleasant smell on the first floor.
