Bed was really comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location not a far walk from Oxford street and Hyde park.

Could of done with a a better dust down but not really that bothered about that. Room was clean enough. Breakfast that was included was very little to say it was to cover 2 adults 1 child. 2 cartons of apple juice, 2 oat bars and 1 croissant.

We had a great stay. Location was ideal and for us as an active family within walking distance of everything. Staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful...offering to help with luggage, transportation throughout the city, any help we needed he had all the answers. I travelled alone with my 2 children and felt completely safe. Rooms where beautifully decorated and modern. Control over the heating system which was great. Tea/coffee making facilities and replenished daily. Also daily housecleaning and fresh towels 😊 would highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The room is fairly good the bed is comfortable and the roof's room enough for only one person

The cleanness was not very good ( hair in the shower cabin, dirty mirror and on the carpet been nail is totally disgusting piece of waste... the windows has big gap and noise bang the doors TV didnot work with remote control especially when you wanted switch on and off and one of socket also another one you have to keep charging to start working When you book a hotel room imagine a normal hotel with reception as it was through on booking.com but in real no any table with hotel's name on the street only a pub where inside is the reception In the bathroom only one simply bulb hanging without frame

Excellent location for getting out to see all the sights of London. A short walk from Edgeware Road tube and also mainline services at Marylebone. The room is spacious, clean and warm with a lovely comfy bed. We travelled with our young daughter and it was spacious enough for 3. The pub was really nice and traditional with board games provided. We didn't end up having time to eat there but it looked to have some good dinner options. We received a very warm welcome and the staff did a good job of looking after us. A major plus was being just off Edgeware Road where there are so many incredible middle eastern restaurants as well as many other choices for dinner. There is also a Tesco metro, Waitrose and McDonalds all within spitting distance!

The breakfast was average. Having one vegan and one diabetic then the options were limited, bring your own soya milk!

Hotel very well located, near many bus stops serving the main axes of visits. We didn't want a hotel chain so this cozy side totally suited us. What a pleasure to be able to go down for a drink in the evening and snack after a long day of sightseeing without having to go out. Disregarding the negative comments, it's very good value for money: the bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean even if access to the toilets remains restricted. Admittedly, the carpet was not polished and there were a few scratches on the walls, but I didn't give a damn, it didn't spoil my stay in any way. Blame also customers who do not pay attention.

The stairs which are very very steep.

The location was in a very quiet, cosmopolitan area and 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park or Oxford Street. 4 tube stops from Kings Cross. The gentleman, Bhasga, who worked in the bar and served breakfast was so helpful and friendly. He offered my son free fruit and juice when we were going out for the day and was always cheerful. Although the rooms are above a pub it is very family friendly and has a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely stay next time we are in London.

Everything was great

The room is above a pub and very esy to find, so when we arrived we checked in and had a drink and a snack. The staff were very friendly and the food/drink was good. Because we had arrived early Suad made the effort to get our room ready early and within half an hour it was for no extra cost, which was important for us having a gig at Hyde park to get to. The room was a good size, Suad had already put the aircon on for us which was great, the shower room and shower were excellent with instant hot water, towels and shower gel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable with a TV and all freeview channels opposite the bed. Tea coffee and kettle provided. I pre booked a carpark literally 2 mins walk away £70 for 2 days which wasn't bad for London. The walk to Marble arch and Hyde park was no more than 10 mins so the situation is very good. The main streeet from the hotel is mainly a muslim area with some great restaurants, hookah pipe coffee bars, takeaways and grocery shops etc but Mcdonalds is also about 2 mins away and there is a Wagamama at the bottom of the street. I went and had Lamb and rice in one of the restaurants after the gig on Friday and the food was very good, unfortunately I think the waiter who initially didn't want to serve me must have had a bad experience with white males and wasn't very friendly till a colleague stepped in and rescued the situation. The other waiters were fine and I had chats with plenty of people from all walks of life, the street feels safe and you don't get bothered by anyone. I fully recommend staying here, we found ewveryone we met very friendly and that wasn't just the gig goers.

Nothing I didn't like, only the climb up the stairs to the room, but that's my fault for jumping around for 2 nights to Pearl jam!

Relatively centrally located, near Hyde Park. 5-10 mins walk to the subway stations. numerous shops in the immediate vicinity. The B&B itself is on a side street and is therefore very quiet. We slept very well. The air-conditioned room was very small, but it had everything you would find in a hotel room. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the very same every day and offered hardly any variations. A bit more variety, at least from day to day would have been nice. Although the room and bathroom were clean, the tablet with the coffee and tea making equipment was overlooked. Obviously the tablet was not properly checked and cleaned in advance.

The rooms are above a pub so good access throughout the day to drop off bags. Our room was on the top floor and the stairs were quite steep but the room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. There were three of us and the granddaughter had the bed settee which again was great.

We left our bags in the pub in the afternoon and I would have liked to see them put some where more secure.
