- The location of the hotel is quite convenient and central. There is a bus stop “Chancery Lane” directly in front of the hotel entrance. There are train stations “Temple” and “City Thameslink” few hundred meters away from the hotel. - Buckingham Palace, London eye etc are 20 minutes in one direction. London bridge is 20 minutes in another direction from the hotel. - Staff is nice and helpful. Reception is open 24 hours. - We opted for Queen room with window. It was a nice clean room on third floor. - There is an elevator - Complimentary tea, coffee options are available in the room. Complimentary drinking water can be taken any time from the reception. - Toiletries like soap, body wash, towels, toilet roll are provided in the bathroom. - Decent wifi - Variety of tv channels

- There is no privacy for bathroom and toilet. The glass doors don’t close fully, so you can always see the person taking sh*t or taking a shower. The glass door are translucent and one can easily see through. - The breakfast is bit too expensive. It’s 10.50 £ per person per day.

In our first room, our air conditoner didn't work properly and we were offered new room with a window and working air conditioner. Plus we got one complimentary breakfast. Our new room was okay, but window curtains didint go all the way down, so we had to use little bit of imagination to get the room dark at night. Plus we were on a ground floor and we had quite noisy upstairs neighbors. Loud noises at 1 am for example. Also, the view from our room was just a brick wall, so there's no point paying more from a room with a window- if you are between rooms I would say that the room wihtout window was just fine. Staff is very friendly and nice. Location was great, only about 400m to underground station, and 25min walk to central. Rooms are veeeeery small, but was fine for a 5 night stay.

I loved the room and the view of the London rooftops. It had plenty of hooks to hang things up. You could open the windows which was nice. The location was convenient to a couple different transit stops options and easily walkable to St. Paul's, the Millenium Bridge, and other sites.

I like my showers on the cooler side after being out in the heat. It would have been nice to get cooler water in the shower. It was like they had installed the scalding water preventor backwards so you couldn't get cold water in the shower. You could get cold water in the sink so it was available.

The room was larger than I was expecting it to be, I was very happy with the size of the tv and, tea and coffee supplies in the room and my partner was happy with the the small stuff like the hair dryer and and the fresh towel.

This isn't that we didn't like it the room or hotel, but it is that we were a little uncomfortable with the glass screen around the shower and toilet at first as we had to make sure that the blinds in the room were closed before we used the shower or went to the bathroom/ WC. Thankfully as a couple were comfortable with each other but I could see this not being for everyone.

Staff was really helpful and kind from the booking to the check out. I asked for a small birthday surprise for my husband and the Z Hotel team went beyond my expectations: super nice room decoration with a cake and heart made from towels, flowers and a chocolate bar. Also, very close to many touristic spots and super easy access to any kind of transportation and facilities. We had a great time and I super recommend.

We did not have any bad experience during our stay. Maybe a small fridge available in the room would be nice for keeping some snacks and drinks fresh (specially during the warm days).

Very cute small hotel in the city center of London. Close to public transportation, amenities around, walkable distance to main attractions. I was in the single bed room, tho the room itself was quite small, it was compact and suitable for the 3 nights stay, and it felt very cozy. I also appreciated the EU socket next to the bed and little kettle station, where I could make a coffee/tea in the morning, and bottle of water was provided (it was refilled on a daily basis).

There was no wardrobe (you can hang clothes only on the hangers and hooks on the wall), and I would think also about better place for drying of the towels (the hook on the side of the mirror doesn't make it a service).

Just be aware that there is only a sliding door to the bathroom, so less privacy compared to a completely separate bathroom. Would only recommend staying with family or very close friends ;)

The location was excellent, the room was small but as it was only me it was perfectly adequate. Very clean and modern. Blind provided good black out coverage. Price was good for location and standard. Would definitely recommend ear plugs for this location as it is a very busy road and of course general hotel noises early on can be disturbing!

very clean, great location, very nice and attentive staff.

I realize now, not having been in a Z before, that minimalism is the idea. Still, the room was oppressively small. it literally required one of us to climb over the mattress to get into bed, and what space there was on the other side was useless, hard to make use of. There was neither a closet or any place to put baggage. And no reading lights? Come on. For half the price, as some kind of dandified hostel situation, maybe. But not at the rates you charge. The heat control for the shower was erratic and hard to get consistent. in short, looked cool, was a pain to spend the night in.

Great playlist, but I could hear it from my room as I was near reception and the corridor door was open. It made a difference when they closed it, but asked to be moved and they were accommodating :) Staff were great, pizza was delicious, great shower!

being picky.. could have had body lotion as part of the toiletries pack. Prices of rooms can vary, I was happy with what I paid this time, and think thats what it's worth, but I have paid way more before, I guess due to demand in the city where I was at the time- so price will definitely have an effect if I book again. (The membership option could be an option to consider.)
