The main reason for stay is a place to sleep in central London. Arrived at 10:30 pm and left at 7:30 am in the morning. What’s need was a pleasant room to sleep It’s very hot as there is no Airconditioner. Although they provided an old fan where front part came off on switching, we managed to fix it ourselves but it’s still very hot. Not worth in summer unless they add air conditioner Carpets look very old while the rest of the apartment is very clean No plugs on the side of bed. They arein the middle at the back of the bed and the bedside lamp on one side is not even connected For the price we paid, it’s not worth wasting time on these things especially when you want to sleep comfortably.

The amount of space in the apartments was great. Had all the basics.

Supposed to have a two bedroom apartment - we're a family with young children and expected to be together, as a family! We were given separate apartments. The bathroom lock was on the outside of the door! Quite noisy being next to a lift. Lights in the bathroom wouldn't switch off

Bed size was great. Apartments were clean and spacious! The apartment faced a very quiet alley street in a clean and safe neighborhood. Conveniently away from the crowds.

Washing machine struggled to dry clothes properly.

Car park closed so nearest was 10mins away, the room was very hot as air con not working, opened windows to compensate but this let to being woken several times between 11pm-6am due to city cleaners and delivery drivers being rather noisy outside.

Brilliant location, quiet courtyard but right next to St Paul's Cathedral. Rooftop terrace with views across the Thames to London Eye - would be lovely to sit out in the summer but unfortunately we were there in windy, rainy January!

The property was well appointed with nice beds, furniture, appliances and decorations. The TVs were modern and the space was great. The entire stay the reception people were friendly. We appreciated the breakfast bags they include. You just go to the front desk to pick them up.

The property is very near St. Paul's Cathedral, so you get the bell ringing every fifteen minutes. Also, they were in the process of renovating/upgrading HVAC, so the newly installed heat pumps were not operational yet. Since it was in February, it wasn't an issue, as we were able to open the windows to help cool down the place at night.

The reception staff were extremely professional and very helpful. The property was overlooked by security cameras which we found to be reassuring. The kitchen facilities were excellent - including dishwasher and even small bottles of milk for our arrival.

The lift was out of order (although the staff did offer to carry our bags to the accommodation). The light in the ensuite bedroom flickered all night. Reception said they would look into this. The door handles were very difficult to turn and on one occasion one of us had to be "released" from the other side. This is obviously a safety issue and the reception staff said this would be rectified.

Beautiful apartment and great location. We received an upgrade as staying for 6 nights. Staff were excellent. Breakfast in a bag was a bonus and appreciated.

Issue with plumbing - lost hot water for several days, but alternate shower arrangements were available. Toilet running constantly for 48 hours, but was fixed eventually. We ere told that cleaning, new towels and linens etc would be refreshed mid stay due to the length of our stay but this didn't happen. Instructions for how to use the stove would be good as it was also the microwave.

The location was very central, close to trains and public transport. It was not easy to get to the location when we arrived but it was due to the time of arrival (rush hour). Otherwise the experience was lovely.

It wasn’t entirely quiet at night, others staying at the property walked through the courtyard and were loud. We had the windows directly into the courtyard so it was amplified. The woman at the front desk was also a little bitter with the cafe staff, saying that she wished they would help her when there’s multiple customers as she always helps them out. It could have been a conversation for later when there were no customers waiting to check in.

This is a wonderful property. It is conveniently located near St. Paul's Cathedral and two Underground stops. Cabs routinely sit in front of St. Paul's if you need one. The Native Cafe has delicious breakfast and lunch and even serves beer and wine. The property was clean, comfortable and had a nice kitchen with coffee machine and tea pot. Tea, coffee, milk were stocked at arrival. There is a washing machine and soap was provided. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The only negative was that the 5th floor unit was hot. The air conditioning system was under repair, so it was necessary to sleep with the windows open. There is a very loud clock a the Cathedral that chimes every hour, 24 hours a day. Luckily I had ear plugs to allow me to sleep.
