the location was good , staff are friendly but not problem solvers. room is good and well decorated , bed is comfortable and the room was always clean.

sone missing products in the bathroom staff didn't try to handle my request of providing a washer hose

The staff were amazing and accommodating!!! Really loved them all especially Andre and Mia - so helpful. The location is excellent - so central yet so quiet, and so much just around the hotel. I was in room 124, AC was awful...more of a heater than AC, one of the blinds in the room was broken, so I had to climb a chair every night to close it. Not a huge selection for room service BUT it was all delicious! The stay would've been perfect if the AC was working properly and if there was a toilet spray (shatafa) or bidet. You dont have the usual amneties you get with 4/5 stars (ie: laundry bag and toiletries, etc) and to be honest, for lack of a better expression, the hotel is 'fraying round the edges' so to speak but the staff are so great and responsive, it was clean and safe so I was OK with it. The staff really were great.

1) Excellent customer service - every single person is genuinely caring, want to ensure you have a great experience and deal with any issues promptly. 3 exceptional staff members: 1) Angelica was a particular standout - bar supervisor - Incredible positive energy, a multitasker on steroids, she is able to do many many many things at once :) amazing lady!!! 2) Another supervisor who worked alongside Angelica in the long bar.. he is Italian (I did not catch his name). He was engaging, focused on customer care 3) And Elena the front desk manager, she dealt with a query efficiently and fairly - very professional 2) We had a lovely room, very clean and maintained well. 3) Perfect central location

Just 1 thing... I have been coming to the Sanderson hotel for 15 years, the interiors and exterior now desperately needs a facelift, it is very tired and worn in parts. The Sanderson is not a cheap stay, so the owners should really invest in this unique hotel.

we were put into room 408 which has the loudest vent for pumping fresh air into the room which made sleeping nearly impossible! such a shame! avoid this room if possible!!!!!

Its still a stylish hotel but a lot quieter than it used to be and there arent a huge amount of facilities. However the location is unbeatable and the value is good now.

The staff is amazing great customer service

The Bed is small, no heating at bathroom very low sound control of T.V, and only hotel cables. The bedroom carpet is not clean.

Polite staff that were happy to help with any needs, easy check in and check out process in a nice welcoming lobby. Door staff were also very accommodating and kind. Nice bright room that was a good size with good lighting. Bathroom was clean and nice decor, was different. Comfy bed and good size Breakfast was exceptional and very nice setting. Would definitely stay again. Room service available all night - quick and easy service with very reasonable prices

Room service - pizza and fries were poor quality compared to the rest of the food in the hotel ie breakfast/restaurant Nothing else about the hotel we didn't like - will be staying again.

The room was spacious, being upgraded due to my Genius 3 status, the location was perfect, just by Tottenham Court Road station, and the in house restaurant Sushi was one of the best i ever had. On top, the staff was amazing, always tried to help, I have not felt well the last day, and they immediately offered me a late check out to allow me to be in until my flight time came and not get cold.

The room was large but it was definatly old, not one of the renewed one I could see on the site. The breakfast buffet a bit limited, I would have expected more choises of eggs and other hot options in such an hotel

the beer came very hot on room service. staff was very nice and friendly but there some little problems for a 5 star hotel, at first internet was not working but no one ever came to me tell how it worked and when it was back… I also could not reach by phone room service, nor reception, had to go down to order food, they said they would check my phone but no one came, when I left the hotel later I asked someone at reception to ask room service to pick up the tray but no one came and the food stayed there for over night… but I didn’t complain..

We stayed for a total of 4 nights. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Regent Street, Selfridges, Soho and Tottenham Court Road. We booked a Loft Suite for myself and my 2 teenaged daughters and the size was good. Enough space for all of us. The bathroom was also huge. The bed was also very comfortable. Even the roll-away bed wasn't so bad.

The hotel provided free water in the room but on the last 2 days, they only provided sparkling water. My children only drink still water, which was readily available at reception. It is a very modern hotel with dim lighting. I usually like traditional or contemporary hotels but after awhile I got used to it. The room service menu is also a bit limited.
