A very clean studio, nice location with easy reach to the bus station and subway

The keys did not open and the assistance I got was poor-- I was directed to another hotel to get help. It took me 4 hours to check in because of this only to learn that I had to exert a lot of force and turn the key in a particular direction to open the door.

Lovely studio apartment clean and comfortable

30 minute walk to the nearest tube station, however a new railway station is being opened in autumn 2023 that is just 5 minutes away

The housekeeping lady (staff) was excellent 👌

Security was not good enough that anyone could walk in. I didn't like people knocking on my door at least four times at night, also demanding the staff that they want to stay in my room. Couldn't sleep that night due to loud music coming from the room next to mine.

The air con was a huge bonus in the hot weather, it's compact but had everything you needed. Near bus stops, and shops. It had tea, coffee and sugar, and shampoo, shower gel etc. The big bed was super comfy and had plugs and usb stickers by the bed. My daughter used the chair bed she said it was OK but could of been better.

Could of done with a bigger ironing board, i struggled with the small one. And more hangers for clothes. Tbh i think I'm looking for things that could have made it better and there really isn't anything. Maybe an option to get a welcome basket at an additional cost maybe would be an idea for future thought.

I was very happy with my stay here - looks just like the pictures. The place is clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a short stay.

- The front door locking mechanism seems to not work, meaning you'd come back and it would be wide open. Seems like a bit of a security risk. - The location is a little far away from places and the shops in the immediate vicinity are very product-limited. - I had an issue with my room keycard not working upon arrival, however, this was very quickly resolved by staff so I cannot fault their excellent customer service. - The WiFi was very intermittent and kept dropping out.

Clean, was self-catering, warm, comfy beds & soft bedding. Was just what we were after for a family stay in London for 3 nights. I would definitely recommend and when we come back to London, we will stay here again.

Was hard to find, especially in the dark. Then I remembered someone mentioned on the reviews that it was up a side road behind a petrol station. Would have been helpful if this had been stated in the information sent out when we booked. As it confused our taxi driver. Also, whilst the kitchen was lovely. It would have been helpful to have more cutlery, plates, etc. Also, there were no baking trays. We had to buy our own.

The room was very bright and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundig hills. The transport stops 50 meters from the building, you can get into city center in 40 minutes. The kitchen equipped with microwave oven, water boiler, electric cooking plate and a small fridge so it is absolutely perfect for a couple or small family also.

The only negative thing I can say is that the kitchen was lack of some utensils (cutting knife, some cutlery and a dish dryer) but it was manageable. One more thing: there were 3 beds in the room but only 2 chairs. So one of us had to wait until someone finishes eating.

Booked the studio’s as the they were only a bus journey away from Wembley Stadium. The studios were compact, clean and modern and great value for money. The accommodation is set behind a garage so very convenient for provisions. Communication re: door entry was through email with telephone numbers in case of any issues. I would definitely recommend staying at this accommodation if you are going to Wembley Stadium or that area of London.

Just to be aware renovations are still underway to parts of the building. Although this didn’t impact on our stay.

Good location with bus stop just outside to many tube options. The room was comfy and the kitchenette had everything I needed, the toiletries were lovely too. Good TV with access to netflix which was lovely. Check in was also very easy with clear instructions regarding access to the building and getting the room card. I would recommend and stay again.

Some of the plugs didn't work on the wall by the bed and there was some traffic noise, but overall it didn't bother me. Also I booked for one person but I had both a double bed and a single bed, it was fine but would have preferred a sofa instead perhaps to watch the TV.

I honestly wasn't expecting a place to be this decent for this cheap. I expected a lot worse but was gladly proven wrong. Also, I came to the hotel as a writing retreat and to spend time away from people / the noise and business of everything and this place really gave me that peace of mind.

I didn't like the fact that with room service, they only made your bed, they didn't vacuum/broom the floor which meant that if you had eaten in your room and dropped crumbs, they wouldn't be cleaned.
