Very good location in Golders Green. The single took was the perfect size for one person and the bed was super comfortable. Every member of staff was friendly and happy to help with any questions or requests. Next time I’m in London I’ll 100% be staying there.

The only negative thing is that my room door was rather loud to open/shut, it probably just needs oiling. It just made myself feel more conscious about going out or coming back later at night. But very very minor issue.

Reception staff were brilliant. We arrived in Golders Green 2 hours early and phoned to ask if we could possibly leave our cases at reception. They said we could have access to our room way before the official arrival time of 3 p.m. and when we got to the hotel, they couldn't do enough for us. Without us having said more than "Hello", they upgraded us to a larger room without us having to pay an extra penny! Exceptional treatment. Loved the little fridge under our table. Hotel set back from the road and pleasant open views over the surrounding area seen from our bedroom window at the back of the hotel.

The room had most amenities that you could want, bed was comfortable and it had a kettle with some complimentary tea and coffee sachets. Shower and bathroom were clean and in the room. Close to shops and 15 mins from camden

Location is a bit out of central London (45m-1hr transport usually with no tube option). Old house so lots of creaks and noise if people are up and moving. No plug socket near bed (bit of a nitpick)

The property is very cosy, and has a few parking spaces out front. The room was setup very nicely, with en-suite, kettle with tea/coffee and bottles of water, and a large wardrobe. It included A/C and a moderate sized TV in the room. The bathroom was modern and very clean

The room we stayed in was at the front of the property, which is close to a main road (but not actually on it). Worth noting that light sleepers might find the late night traffic a bit annoying, but ear plugs would do the trick. It was also September when we stayed, so we opted for the window open and A/C off, which probably didn’t help with the traffic noise, but it was OK

The location was good for where we needed to be, easy access to Leicester Square for the evening as well. The room was nice, although small it was nice enough for the two of us for the night. The bed was comfy, shower was really nice and the tea/coffee facilities were good. Decent price for a nice little hotel outside of the city centre.

Upon arrival we were ignored for about 5 minutes, casual conversations behind the reception desk whilst guests are waiting is a little bit unprofessional. Saying this upon leaving we had a nice little chat with the man behind the desk.

The proprietor and management of the hotel are available and very considerate of any unusual requests. The location for the kosher tourist is unbeatable. The kosher and shabbat facilities are excellent. The breakfast is excellent, The hotel has the quiet personal feel of a boutique guest house

Not everything works. The safe was broken and the toilet flushed weakly with repeated attempts.

We stayed in Room 12. Overall the hospitality was excellent and the staff were very responsive to any alterations we needed such as the room was set up with a double bed and I requested twin beds on check-in. This was actioned immediately without any hassle at all. We also ordered the Mediterranean breakfast which was absolutely delicious and compliments to the Chef for this!

The room was on the small side but adequate for a one night stay. The only issues we had were the towel rail two fittings had come away from the wall so was a little unstable and toilet seat was loose and a little unstable. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay at the Croft Hotel.

This was a wonderful little hotel , in a safe area full of friendly staff and people. There was a direct bus route to Wembley Stadium for the Ed Sheeran concert. We had ground floor room , which was front of property. The noise was road works during day, but that only temporary. The windows have a privacy blind and a roman blind , so no need to worry about privacy. The beds were super comfy and en suite clean and fully stocked with essentials. Kettle, fridge , hairdryer , charger all in the room. This is a Kosher hotel , which we respected, and checked if OK to order in Just Eat and given plastic plates and cutlery, so all good . We had cereal and croissants for breakfast. A Kosher cooked breakfast is also available including fruit. If your priority is comfort, safe and friendly place to stay over while in London , this is it.

really lovely and accommodating staff great peaceful area out of all the busy streets yet super easy to get into central london just off from the main road where there’s a couple cafe’s and bakeries room was clean and comfortable. had hair dryer, soap, shower bits and cotton pads/buds which were super handy if you’d forgotten something would definitely recommend and stay here again

Location was fantastic for us as we had drove down from the Midlands, the hotel being a very short distance from the M1 ... we stayed overnight for an event at the Alexandra palace. We arrived midday and secured on premises parking. We found the room had everything we needed, the fridge was a good size and everything was spotless. We received a very warm welcome with interesting conversation which was not only relevant but also helpful for our trip... next time we come to london we'll be staying here for sure and we're already looking forward to it.
