Location is absolutely fantastic, a short 10 minute walk to Kilburn underground station. Close to lots of pubs, cafes and shops. about 35 minutes in to central London. Room was a good size, had everything in that we needed and if we needed anything topped up like, tea, coffee, milk and toilet roll....all you have to do is ask. Shower was excellent, lovely and warm, and powerful. TV was a great size. Staff very friendly, easy check in, nothing was too much trouble and would definitely stay again.

Whilst it was not dirty, just a little bit more attention to detail could be given to cleaning things like mirror frames and door mouldings as they were all dusty (as they are all intricate and fancy)...surfaces were all clean though, so it literally is just attention to detail. There was a big burn mark on the carpet that was in the shape of an iron...but again the carpet was clean. My only major criticism is that the toilet was positioned so close to the bathroom wall that you couldn't actually sit on it straight on and had to sit at an angle to the left just to sit down.

We were expecting poorer conditions after reading reviews, but the location and budget were perfect for my parents who needed a place to stay and convenient enough. Rooms were clean, staff was lovely. Good amount of shops and coffee places within walking distance.

My parents told me that electrics were not working properly, both USB and sockets so it was a bit difficult for them to charge their phones from the property.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the place itself was very clean and safe. It's location isn't too far from the underground and has most things you need within a small car journey.

The room itself was clean however, when we returned, there was a rather strong smell of tabacco from outside that mixed with the heat of the room itself. The bed was rather hard to sleep on but for the price you pay, it's good.

Room clean but small. Tv, Kettle, plenty of tea, coffee available. Bed comfy. Good shower. Good cleaner. 24 hour Reception. Location fine, close to shops, and 10 min walk from tube. Nearby Coop open late, as is International Food Centre over road - a good shop with helpful proprietor.

Walk up, no lift. Radiators stuck on boiling hot, or off completely. Waste of energy. Surely it's in hotel's interest to fit valves, preferably thermostatic?. Thin walls? Woken early by the exertions of person in next room - packing? Boarded up shops in evening give lugubrious feel to neighbourhood, ameliorated by the few later opening shops.

The location was great. Just a 10 minute walk to Kilburn tube station and 3 stops from Wembley. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Parking was available when we arrived early from Manchester. The hotel is very dated but absolutely spotless. The cleaners are obviously very thorough.

It is in desperate need of modernising but I feel the price reflects this so it’s good value for money in my opinion. Windows are very thin so the noise outside can be a little disruptive. Beds are a little on the small side.

All good. Excellent staff. Very friendly. Which for me is very important. Good job! Best value hotel for that night in London. One thing about the bed duvet and towel. It's only for specific people like me, with skin, that doesn't like too much detergent and conditioner. All stuff smelled absolutely beautiful, much better than many other hotels I've been to, and thus - giving me skin rash/ itching. It's bizzare person specific, so can't really say it's any kind of hotels 'fault'. Just a note for people, who may be affected. Secondary. Noise. At main very very busy road. Room 2A. For me it is advantage, to have 'white city noise', cars, traffic, upstairs walks, but for some people that may not be desired.

,The location was very good, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable, the shower could have been abit more powerful but everything was good . The staff very friendly and helpful, There was lots of places to ho and have a meal or takeaway at this location, cricklewood Station and Kilburn Station are only a 10 minute walk from the property, regular buses all in all very pleased with everything 😀 and you had your own front door key so you could enter the property at whatever time if you wanted a late night.

I can't say that there was anything I didn't like about the property.

very comfortable beds and great localisation. you can simply take one bus to go to city center. very nice staff!

it may be difficult to find the place because Google location is not accurate and shows place few meters below. also it was very hot at night because heating system is centralised and was switched on. opening the window is not the solution cause the hotel is close to the busy road so we had to pick between hot or noise.

The room was nice and cozy, the bathroom brand new (too bad they didn't provide soap). The location is perfect if you're visiting Wembley and well connected to other points of interest too. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops. The wifi worked smoothly and the tea-making facilities in the room were a nice bonus.

The traffic noise can be heard all night long. Bring earplugs if this is an issue.

- central location - 10 min walk from underground - polite & courteous staff - value for money - plenty of convenience stores, entertainment, restaurant, cafes etc. in proximity

- rooms are very close to one another, if you have a noisy neighbour be mindful you might not get much adequate sleep without any night aid. On that note - thank you to the reception who did try & resolve the noise.
