One guy at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and the area seems nice to me and it was very close to the nearby underground station and lots of stores and restaurants.

Building just needs some renovation and maybe needs a little extra attention for cleaning (saw a small dirty spot on a wall). The beds also were kind of old condition but was still okay to sleep on. Would be better if there was a mini fridge in the room too.

Location was very good - walking distance to National Express, local bus station, Northern Line. We caught National Express from Stansted and to Luton. If you take the Northern Line to Brent Cross you're a 10 minute walk from the shopping centre and if you go the other way, it's about 20 minutes to Euston and from there you can go anywhere.

Accommodation was a little dated but you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and it was clean enough. Bathroom was good, beds were good - definitely warm enough. Would stay there again.

I always stay here when I visit it certainly isn't the Ritz but its clean warm & comfortable. I found the staff friendly & helpful if you engage with them & the big bonus especially for London is it has a car park you can use. The area its in is safe & close to the shops & tube.

There are areas that could be improved but you have to bare in mind the biggest assest this place has is its cost compared to other accommodation in London .I shall be booking here again for my next stay in London.

The window of the bathroom could not be closed. Once notified, the receptionist was very helpful, nice and professional. He immediately showed me another room but that other room had other issues: mould, drafts, cold, small and dark. Therefore, I stayed in the original room which anyway wasn’t cold at all, there was also a small heater available. The bathroom, especially the bath and the shower head, was old; in fact; there were two separate taps, one for hot and one cold water. The reception area looked old, dark and cluttered, not very welcoming. Besides, the main door was closed, there was a bell but they would usually answer to a phone number written on a piece of paper on the door.

Room warm and comfortable. Clean room, bedding etc, and nice hot showers. Cleaners lovely and helpful.

I had to ring the property several times before someone picked up. I told him I was outside. He put the phone down. Then a few minutes later he opened the door. I had a feeling I had woken him, even though it was only 2.15pm. He was okay and polite, but not very forthcoming. Then i couldn't get the TV to work. Unfortunately, there was no-one around to help.

great location for catching the bus or tube. no complaints with the room other than it could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up. hot water all the time, and i mean hot! great to have the bath and shower, just all looks well used but in a busy city hotel this is what id expect. its fine for a base to rest and wash so what more does anyone need because the point of being there is to be out looking at london not the inside of a room. glad to have the kettle and fridge and there was a tv which i couldnt get working but if id have been bothered enough to ask at reception im sure theyd have helped me out. they let me check in a little earlier than planned and didnt charge me so im super grateful for that. short walk to a busy road of shops and cafes and the tube and bus station, pretty good for the price i paid for two nights.

The hotel is in a charming and calm area. Golders Green station is close. The staff helped me with my late arrival and were comprehensive which I really appreciated. I had forgotten to take an adapter with myself and they provided me one. I am very satisfied with the hotel overall!

Lovely leafy quiet suburb, hotel warm and clean. Minute walk from main road and bus stop and a five minute walk to Golders Green tube station.

Did say iron and hair dryer. Wasn't in room. So I guess I needed to ask for them? Not an issue though. Did have a fridge which was a bonus.

Very clean. Nice staff. Bonus was bench press outside. Safe and secure. Good transport links nearby. Didn't rush me during checkout. Great value for money.

Radiator in the bathroom was permanently on and this was quite unpleasant at times for how hot it would make the room. Shower curtain doesn't reach far enough down, means a lot of water bounces out onto the floor in the bathroom. Not a huge issue but could be a slip risk for someone less cautious.

It is located 5 minute walk from Golders Green tube station. It has all the basics you would need for a short stay. Comfortable bed and clean linen.

The floor would need a deep hovering, but considering the price and convenience, it is a very good option to stay for a short stay.
