Great location, staff were so friendly.

The triple room would have been tight for two but we had to sit on the bed and take turns to step across the room. Also all of the TV channels were patchy at best.

I always stay @wardonia, whenever I'm visiting London. It's close to public transport, clean, warm and has a small bath for each room.

This time the bed was terrible I have to admit. I couldn't sleep long or even good cause the bed was shaking and squeaking with every move- so annoying and uncomfy...

The convenience of the location which is 2 minutes from St.Pancras and King's Cross. It was one stop on the tube to my event which also helped. I had a painful leg so appreciated the distance more and the lack of steps to my room. It is good value for money. Obviously you are not going to have a huge room, but the hotel is great for short stays and the facilities are more than adequate. The location is great for transport, but if you were eating, drinking I would use this as a base for further exploration elsewhere.

It's a noisy area. Lots going on and as it's a big city and you are near a rail hub , it's OK. Breakfast places are near to the hotel.

Great location, close to Kings Cross station and easy to find. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Good night's sleep.

Very small room and bathroom. No desk. Couldn't get TV Channels and WiFi was intermittent.

Room - have stayed previously, so that should answer probably all the following questions. Small rooms, comfy beds, clean bathroom. We did the same in August, that time with my wife. This time with my son, and separate rooms. The rooms are great for one person, but in the 'english heat' of August 2022, as a couple we struggled to sleep. It's worth booking two rooms, and still cheaper than any more upmarket hotel in the area. And let's face it - you're only sleeping and showering. I like the 100 yard access to both stations - St Pancras and Kings Cross. It also wins over the other hotels in Argyle St due to being literally next door to McGlynns pub. Luggage storage is also a big bonus, especially with the CCTV in the luggage room. As an old bloke the stairs are a bit of an issue, but I can deal with that. Ethnic restaurants as a change from the 'over it' English food - we did a different cuisine every night, all within 5 minutes walk. Seriously a good hotel to slip out for dinner at a different place each evening. I'd stay at the Wardonia 9 times out of 10.

The stairs ... but that is to be expected !

Location is the biggest like. Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras stations for trains, underground and buses. Plenty of places to eat, get a coffee or a beer within easy walking distance. The hotel is very easy to find. Don't be put of by the small, dark reception area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The corridors are gloomy but the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although the rooms are small they include everything you need including tea and coffee making facilities. I've stayed here a couple of times now and have always been happy and comfortable in the rooms I've had. Luggage can be stored at the hotel if you have a later departure.

View from the room was awesome. Extremely close to Kings Cross Station and St Pancras, literally a 1 minute walk and then you’re just about there, very practical. Very quiet as well, didn’t hear any noise from inside the hotel or outside the window. Felt like a safe area and the reception is 24 hours which is handy and feels safe.

The room was quite small, cannot open your suitcase very well on the floor, but it is the middle of London so this is to be expected. The bathroom door doesn’t stay open it closes in on itself, once again this doesn’t really matter at all. You do have to take your suitcase up the stairs if staying on a higher level, but we knew this was the case before booking.

Excellent location. Two steps from king’s cross. Staff very kind.

The room was somehow smaller than I thought but fine. Maybe the fact that the window was hard to open made our stay a bit hot
