Very close to st. Pancras Station and Kings cross. Room was big enough for 1 person and had all the facilities.

The roadwork that's been going on opposite the road. But that's not the hotels fault. The room was right next to the door that opened to the hallway that leaded to the rooms. That was quite noisy.

A very warm welcome and a cup of coffee on arrival after a 24 hour flight from Australia was very much appreciated. Luggage storage prior to check in and having someone take my wheely bag downstairs to my room was also much appreciated. This beautiful heritage property is in a great location very close to Kings Cross Train Station which made it very easy to catch the train the next morning to Aberdeen. The hop on hop off bus leaves from this train station which was also very convenient. I really enjoyed sitting in the guesthouse lounge and the terrace and walking to a lovely park nearby. The cooked breakfast at a nearby restaurant was wonderful. Thank you very much for a wonderful one night stay.

it's a wonderful location and it looks really stunning. It gives you the real English vibe, with the narrow hallways and the old, squeaky staircases. The rooms have the basics that you'd need and the bathroom is perfect for a few days

There was a table and chair, which is good but makes the room even smaller than it already is. Also the beds take up quite some extra space which means there is little room to move between the beds and the bathroom.

Good location, next to King’s Cross station which was ideal for our onwards travel. Although this does make it a loud area at night. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and nice little bar area.

The room was very small and bed was a small double so my 6 foot partner did struggle. The bathroom was large but the toilet directly next to the shower made it slightly awkward to get in and out of the shower. The shower head was very low so my partner struggled with this as well. No lift which is fine as not many stairs but with a suitcase, the small narrow winding staircase was a challenge.

The best part is the staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Someone even carried my case to my room. The location for me is great. Really near the station as I travel by Eurostar. This is not a touristic part of London but the access to transport is amazing. The hotel is lovely, clean and beautifully decorated. My room on the 3rd floor was the perfect size for a city stay and had everything I needed. On another trip in June I stayed in a ground floor room which was lovely too.

Nothing! Just for info: Maybe for elderly people the stairs are quite steep up to the higher floors.

Hotel is so cozy and authentic! It’s very English style and rooms are made cozy and beatiful. All staff members are very nice, they all go an extra mile to make their guests happy. I booked a double room instead of a twin room by mistake and it was not a problem to change it at all. Rooms get cleaned every day and towels get changed every day. The location is marvellous with few minutes walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations, lots of restaurants and cafés around, very close to all London attractions.

We had a small double downstairs, room 008. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was plenty big enough with a fab skylight. I was too short to shut the blind which was funny but only an issue if you are both under 5 feet. Bottles of water and tea/coffee were a fab addition when we arrived.

The only in room issue we had was the flush on the toilet was so hard to push then had no pressure but as the rest of the room was so good we couldn't fault it for that. Oh and maybe a sign pointing the way back out would be handy, it's like a maze in there with lots of corridors.

Staff were brilliant (especially Emma on reception), such a warm welcome and were really kind to my 8-year-old son was was excited to visit London for the first time. Room was small, but comfortable, clean, and everything worked! Location is tremendous, across the road from KGX.

Room was comfortable for a single-night stay, but may prove less comfortable if staying for longer as a little on the small side. It is a busy area so can be a little noisy potentially but can't say I was bothered and had a good night's sleep. One aspect is that if staying in the summer it can be quite hot in the rooms and although there was a good fan, there is no air conditioning.

Lovely hotel in great location right next to the tube. There is no elevator though, so do not take the top Floor if you have any mobility issues, otherwise provides you with a nice workout depending on how many times you go up and down. Breakfast was next door at the other hotel, restaurant, you choose from a set menu, but everything we had was delicious and beautifully done. The small bar and outside patio was nice too.

Location was great, 5 minutes from King's Cross, service was good too, rooms were clean, not too small and nicely decorated. The bar is nice with an open terrace, but they could elaborate more the cocktail menu. There was a fan to help cooling the room, doubled window so not too noisy. Very good value!

Shower head was a bit weak to wash hair, the toilet seat moved a lot we almost slipped down. Otherwise, nothing special to say. Yes if you stay longer, there might not be enough storage space for your clothes. And not too much bathroom privacy if you travel with someone not especially close to you (you can hear everything going on if you see what I mean, toilet-wise)
