2 minutes walk from King's cross Saint Pancras underground and railway stations. Direct underground line to Heathrow Airport (the trip takes around 50 minutes) . For central location the price was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Neighbourhood was quiet and safe. From the hotel description I knew what to expect (related to the size of the room, photos ideally depicting the reality) thus overall impression was quite positive.

I would recommend changing bath paper mat for something more durable.

I like the hotel location. Next to metro and trains stations. And a 30 minute walk to city center. I like the price quality. Accomodation was nice to. I'll make a reservation in the future if I'll return to London again. Staff was nice to. Very lovely people. Truly recommend staying here.

Well the bathroom is small, but for the size and structure of the building is perfectly understandable to be that way. I will not recommended for large people, it will be difficult to move when inside. The hotel dispose paper towels to put on the ground, for us using after we leave the shower, but they get soaked very quickly with water. I recommend the hotel dispose more normal towels for that type of using . The rest was fine.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us to store our bags there as we arrived a bit early. The rooms had a lot of storage options for how small they were, and the kettle and teas provided were very nice. The location is right down the road from King's Cross, which made getting around London super convenient.

As mentioned, the rooms were very small. The bathroom especially was barely big enough to turn around in. The top-floor room also overheated quite quickly in the summer weather -- but a mini fan included in the room did help mitigate this a bit.

The room was just what we needed, beds comfortable enough and the bathroom clean. What makes this hotel great is the location! Most likely the best in central London. It is next to King's Cross and St.Pancras underground and railway station. Perfect to use the tube and go sight-seeing in any direction. If you're up for a walk, it's 20 mins away from Camden Town, neighbourhood you simply must explore.

Our room was in the basement so no view for us but on the other hand we didn't need one as we were exploring the city the whole day. The only negative side for us during our stay were the road works in the street waking us up in the morning.

Excellent location near the tube. The room was clean , not that narrow as i expected from other reviews. The only thing that was really small was the bathroom s sink. We had a family room for 4 people, not very big but still there was space for our suitcases. Owners and staff friendly and helpful. Always hot water available. Very fair choice considering the cost. I would definitely go there again.

Notice that there are rooms under the street level, which was ok but i would prefer if Booking.com had informed us that we booked a room in the basement.

The receptionist was super helpful and very friendly. He answer all my questions and shared some city and transport tips that made my stay smooth. The location is perfect!! 2 main stations are near by to go anywhere by metro, bus or train, plus multiple stores and supermarkets to buy anything you need. Also, there's a super cute doggie 😍 that will upgrade your stay by letting you give her some belly and butt scratches. The room had all the necessary and enough if you're planning to be out and only using the room to sleep and shower. Space is quite tight, but at least it was comfortable.

The cleaning could be a bit more thorough, such as some vacuuming around the room edges and corners. If you suffer from overheating, better leave the blanket away because the heating is quite hot, and is not so nice due to the outdoor noises can be quite loud with the window open (cars, ambulance, police or drunken). Get some earplugs if you have a light sleep 🙄. The building has very thin walls and you can hear ANYTHING that happens in the rooms next door. I think this is just a general thing of London buildings 🤔, they're so old that walls are pretty much just wooden plaques 🥲.

Room was surprisingly spacious for a London hotel. I appreciated the family room having two single beds for the kids which is useful for kids that struggle to share a bed. Staff got the room ready early (11am). Kettle & coffee/tea/milk provided. Bathroom was a nice size, clean and modern. Very close to kings cross which worked for us as we arrived and we’re leaving from there. Great value for money

Room was very warm even on a cool rainy day. There was a good wall mounted fan that did the job. We had to sleep with it on all night which kept us comfortable but not ideal

The location and the kindness of the personnel working there are the apogees of this hotel. In general, the hotel is nice and clean, although you know in advance that it is within a certain price range for London which offers only certain amenities and room size. Despite that, the room is well organized, and was surprised to discover that I could even make tea and coffee in my room. Generally speaking, it was fit for the purposes I had.

There is no elevator, which means you may have to bring potentially heavy luggage up some flight of stairs. However, the personnel has offered me to help with my luggage (I had a massive one because I was laying over for a longer trip). Honestly, this is not a big inconvenience – there are at most four floors, and it won't be much different for comparable price ranges in similar locations, so you are not short-changed. If that offsets you, you should bring up your budget.

A pleasant and well maintained hotel, with very kind staff and exceptionally clean. The room had a very comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk and tea and coffee set. Location was great, very convenient for central London.

The room size was rather small (I found it hard to open my suitcase properly). The same applied to the shower room, which was so tiny that even the doors could hardly properly open. There was no lift, which made carrying luggage up the narrow stairs a bit difficult. Also, the walls were not properly sound isolated and you could hear your neighbours or noises from the busy neighbouring road.
