A room with windows may seem standard, but not to us. We designed a secluded space as your own private and lush oasis in the heart of the building. Who needs windows when you’ve got access to a place where you can have a lose-track-of-time late night, where showering amidst plants is standard, and you have a haven to come to prior an early train or post red-eye flight. At 19-26 square metres (205-270 square feet), it is fully equipped with all your Standard amenities like fancy fluffy down pillows, bespoke bathrobe, Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth Speaker and a minibar loaded up with tasty treats.

very cool. had a room without window but suited me as needed a good night sleep!

I find it odd that a hotel of this quality and calibre does not supply a complimentary bottle of still water. there was a supplement charge. every hotel I stay in (even lesser quality) tends to supply one bottle as standard. I found it slightly irritating but enjoyed my stay and room nonetheless. there is water available to purchase in the mini bar.

First of all the location is brilliant. 2minute walk from st pancras and king's cross so I didn't have to bother with taxis. Most of the major tube lines run through King's Cross undergound station so the hotel is ideally located if you're planning on visiting multiple parts of the city. When I walked up to the hotel with my very heavy suitcase (I'm a notorious overpacker) I was immeditaly greeted by a friendly porter who offered to help me carry my bag up the stairs. Didn't catch his name but George at reception mentioned he was from Hungary because I mentioned I might be planning a trip to Budapest later in the year. George at reception checked me in & was very friendly and told me everything I needed to know and being a fellow foodie gave me some great tips for restaurants in London to try out. I admit I was a bit intimidated to enter the hotel because from their instagram it looks very hipster and full of cool people and I am anything but, with a case of social anxiety but I am happy to say that all of the staff I encountered were very friendly, the porters in particular. I originally booked a cosy core room without any windows but was offered an upgrade for a discounted price and I'm happy I decided to upgrade to a queen room. The interior is very 70's/80's so you have to be into that style but it's not too bad. I had a room located on the side of a very busy street but it was surprinsingly quiet apart from the occasional sirenes from police cars/ambulance. It also has black-out curtains so ideal if you really need this to be able to sleep like me. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in when in London, I'm definitely booking there again on my next visist to LDN.

Exceptional hotel, great location for the eurostar. We had a very early start so welcomed how quiet the room was for an early night and good sleep. The beds are so comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough to help, all were polite and friendly and the tour at check in was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning!

Nothing really. We stayed on a Sunday so some of the bar/restaurant facilities were closed and travelling with a child so couldn't use the rooftop bar. All I knew from reading the website before I arrived, so wasn't a problem. The ground floor facilities seemed very busy/crowded (think there was an event on), so we didn't get to explore this time as we might have done, but will be back to do so!

Every drink and plate of food was just great (yes we tried every bar and restaurant, and the minibar!). This hotel is a destination in its own right. The staff were all fantastic, special shout-out to George at the front desk for making us feel so welcome. Don't miss the views from the bars at the top.

The room was huge and comfortable but I was staying with a friend, not a partner, and so a door to the shower area would have been nice! Thankfully the toilet was private. Also, I had to sit on the floor near a mirror to plug in my hairdryer, as there was no dressing table.

A really great retro design to the hotel formed from recycling a fugly old civil building high rise. Really great library bar nice for relaxing. I had a cosy room with no windows - it was well furnished with a long banquette sofa and big, red, vintage diner style table. Excellent lighting, especially over the sink which is a must to see oneself. Brilliant use of space and I slept in quiet, sublime darkness which is unusual for London. In room breakfast was prompt and a very generous vegan full cooked breakfast. I would definitely stay here again as there was a good energy and the staff were all friendly and exceptional in every way.

I loved everything. The building renovation and overall concept, the interior design, the food... And all the little details. Excellent hair drier, mini bar options, robes... The room's soundproofing was impressive. The staff were lovely too. Kings Cross has changed a lot since I had last visited, a good surprise.

Two burgers delivered to our rooms worked out like £60 with the service charge. Bit of a stretch but it was so yummy and a treat at 1am after a night out. The price we paid for the night was super reasonable. Unfortunately Décimo the restaurant upstairs is closed on Sundays and Mondays so we didn't get the chance to try it, as I've heard great things.

location near Kings X station. Comfortable room. The receptionist was very understanding and found us a quiet room. She told us her name but neither of us can remember. Room large and comfortable.

Very noisy at entrance which we did not hear in the room. The buffet breakfast was poor especially for the cost. I’d like waiter service. The coffee was undrinkable, cloudy, strange ‘stewed’ taste. Not a huge choice, we had better value in the Hub in St Matins Lane and they charge £5 not £22.50. There are steps up to reception, not great, where is the luggage lift? or porter?

Location was brilliant, and we had a fabulous view of St Pancras opposite! It was surprisingly quiet at night considering how busy the road was. I loved the style and décor of the hotel, but probably not for everyone due to the amount of red. The room looked kind of like it was designed by a fan of Star Trek in the 1970s. Bed was comfortable and shower was easy to use, but it would have been nice to have a heated towel rail.

Our room was not suitable for someone with coordination difficulties, as there wasn't much room between the bed and the metal legs of the table and seats, and anyone over 5 foot 10 needed to mind their head on the pendant light fitting!

Everything was wonderful! The bar downstairs is the perfect place to relax after a long day, with several different settings whether it’s a drink, dinner or sitting for coffee or tea, all surrounded by great lighting and small fireplaces which make the place feel very cozy. The room is the perfect size with great design though not overdone and has everything you could want, including a really wonderful bed and shower. Really great location right next to St. Pancras Station and the staff were super lovely at check in and check out. Thanks again to Anna at the Front Desk for being so nice, hope to return soon!

Nothing.
