Fantastic location close to Kings Cross/St Pancras. Room was comfortable and Clean. Staff were very welcoming and polite. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out which was a huge help.

An option for a breakfast box would have been a nice touch, and a bottle of water in the room/or a glass to use. It was quite noisy between the rooms, ear plugs were needed.

The hotel was immaculate. Everything looked new and clean. I was able to check in and drop my bags after getting off the train at St Pancras, then head into the city. It was only 2 mins walk from the station. I was able to leave my bags for the day after I’d checked out too.

The bed was a little hard for my liking and I would have liked extra blankets in the room.

What a little gem of a hotel!! Five minutes walk from King's Cross. So clean, welcoming, and had everything you'd need for a short break in London. Rooms are compact but have been well thought out and very stylish. Really comfy beds, had the best 2 nights sleep I've had in ages!! Superb value for money and will definitely be our go to property when we visit again!! Oh!! And if you get the chance, you must see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - it's absolutely incredible!! Wizzo!!! 🫶🪄

There was nothing we could fault with The Howard Winchester. Didn't need a hairdryer whilst I was there, but not sure if there was one in the room. I'm sure if I'd needed one though and asked at reception, they would have arranged.

Every year I go to London in October and I have been in three different hotels. I liked the Howard Winchester hotel the most. It is very close to the train station and underground. My single room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff at reception were very friendly. I will return to the Howard Winchester hotel next year, without a doubt.

So close to Train Station, clean and comfortable

The hotel was ideally situated for our needs i.e. International rugby, various restaurants and bars nearby and in a quiet area of London. Room was very clean and well catered for in the tea department.

very convenient location in a period building across the road from kings cross st Pancras on a green quiet square. walking distance from Soho and all the cool bars and restaurants around Bloomsbury. friendly greeting. lovely staff, very clean. everything you need in your room helpfully provided an iron and ironing board 24 hour concierge. felt very safe snd welcome as a single female traveller.

small room (but it was a single) basic decor but if you don’t need anything fancy this was perfect for an overnight stay near the station.

The staff at reception were exceptional! They were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always had time to talk about what you got up to during the day. The proximity to King’s Cross St Pancras was also handy, the rooms were cleaned and tidied daily, which meant a fresh start every day. Will definitely be my first choice next time I find myself in London!

Though I’m not sure what other rooms are like, the single room is quite intimate (though if you’re a tourist this isn’t much of an issue as you’ll be out most of the time). The windows are also not perfectly soundproof so if you’re looking for afternoon downtime it might be difficult, although at night, outside activity is minimal.
