Breakfast was great. Loved the fact that it was included in the price. The selection was very good. The tables were cleaned so quickly - ready for the next guest!

No Irish Television channels! Yes, thats right! Although not strictly in the Republic Of Ireland - RTE TV Channels should be freely available in Northern Ireland. Yet, none avaiable anywhere in the hotel? Make sure to ask at the Desk - WHERE ARE THE IRISH TELEVISION CHANNELS?

The staff were exceptional and friendly and I felt looked after. Well done to everyone.

The design of the room was grand, with the hooks on the wall and mod cons like connecting your phone to the TV. My one common complaint with a lot of hotels is atrocious lighting for ladies doing their make up. Ok, I don't expect all hotels to have a magnifying mirror but putting downlights over the main mirror in the room plunges your face in darkness. At least 50% of your clientele are females and a huge amount of us wear make up. Please look after us with decent make up lighting.

I like the location it was close to Ulster University. The staff were very kind especially Karen who have been very patient with us since we came too early for check in she was very nice considerate and very professional thank you Karen for all the help.

I can hear the housekeeping activities and voices coming from outside the door especially when someone passes by and were chatting even the banging of the door

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. On arrival the gentleman on the front desk made us laugh and started our stay off perfectly. We then ventured out to explore the local area (everything is within walking distance) The team were more than helpful to point us in the right direction and even gave us a map! We were so comfortable and felt very safe. We had a drink in the evening, atmosphere was very relaxing. We also had breakfast in the morning where there was plenty of choice! After breakfast we were allowed to leave our luggage with reception for a bit of last minute exploring with ease. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back!

The corridors to find your room can be like a maze but apart from that cannot fault the place!

Super modern large room, a superior room they call it. Central location with easy access to all the things that you want to see and do in Derry. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful despite this being a very busy tourist hotel with coach loads of people arriving and leaving every day.

Cooked breakfast that can only be described as adequate. The rooms have been designed by some hipster who never goes on a touring holiday, Large areas of empty space with no drawers for clothes and only 6 hangers to fit your clothes into a "slot" there is a telephone but it is on the floor as there is nowhere to put it.

The room was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep with blackout curtains and air conditioning for the unseasonably warm weather at the time. The location is convenient, as it is close to all the places where we wanted to spend time in Derry. Kevin at the front desk was really friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even delivered a couple of dental kits to our room because we had not planned to spend the night in Derry. We didn't take advantage of it, but there's a nice big bar in the lobby for hanging out and having a pint or two.

Hotel is in a great location for walking around this lovely city; it is pretty modern and like the American version of this chain. We found it at the LAST moment while driving in Northern Ireland and were glad to find a vacancy (bank holiday). Check in was easy and staff very friendly; the room was modern and clean. We walked around town to find dinner and explore - Derry City Walls. We returned to the hotel for the evening and stopped in the bar for a night cap; we ended up meeting some locals and had a wonderful time. This made our Derry visit so memorable!

There is nothing negative to say - as expected in a CITY CENTER HOTEL the parking was across the street. Not a big deal at all.

This is my third time back at this Hotel. The room was spacious and Spotless. The comfort levels, location, and Big TV adds a bonus to the stay. The Bathroom facilties are always stocked with Dove which is fantastic. There was a lovely view of Strand Road from our king-size room. The staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to solve our query we had efficiently. The cleanliness standard of the hotel and the breakfast offered is always a selling point for me.

The staff throughout the hotel were first class. The man who managed the housekeeping end was a perfect example of hospitality and customer service at its best. All of our interactions with staff were pleasant and that is hard to find nowadays. The facilities were good and clean. We will definitely stay there again and we go away to Derry often because it’s where we went to university (long long ago!)

The breakfast dining space is too small for the size of the hotel so it is hard to get a table and the logistics of the buffet area don’t work well. That said, the staff do an admirable job of clearing and cleaning tables in seconds and clearing up/ restocking the buffet area to make it work as well as it can. Very happy teams even under stress. The breakfast was delicious.

great location

1.breakfast was average. there was cereal and some continental brekkie but the hot food was quite poor. it was eggs, bacon, beans, potato bread and bread. where was the veg? I asked and got 2 quorn sausages. I expected some tomatoes or mushrooms at least. 2 some chairs in the lobby were also stained. 3. the room I had was tiny. we had our child with us so there was a room out sofa bed in the room but there was no counter space for us to put anything on really. it was a squeeze.
