There was know breakfast

The only thing didn’t know about the outside staircase and had my mother with us who is 84 and is unsteady on stair , so wouldn’t return with her but would go back are selfs .

Lots of good things in this property; check-in was a breeze with codes provided in the message on the day and staff were prompt with any queries or requests. The room is nice and clean and the ensuite bathroom is a nice size with a spacious shower, there was also a lovely little thermostat in the room which we used when we got back from a long day walking and it was glorious to be cosy and warm. We had a studio room with a great little kitchenette which we used to make breakfast, and there were lovely cafes nearby and a Park to walk around nearby which we enjoyed. We were initially worried about Parking but there were always lots of free on-street parking spots available further up the same road, and we never had any issues.

Only a few small things to note. The studio room is quite compact, which you can’t tell from the photos. And the kitchenette is great but, there is no space to eat unless you perch on the bed, we didn't mind these too much as we just had toast or porridge with a cup of tea.

Cleanliness and room facilities. Good quality mattress, bedding and towels. Key code access and communication was very good. Free drink vouchers were a nice touch. Good job the windows opened really wide as it was hot when we stayed. Fan was very useful. Good check in and out times.

Access - steep steps up to rooms. Shame the Wolf Inn doesn’t have its own parking, although there is parking nearby. Noisy traffic due to busy road - to be expected. Some noise when the bar closed as customers left, again to be expected due to being a bar and it’s location. This wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Shame no breakfast offering.

Nice clean, comfy and easy parking access as im disabled it’s imperative that parking is as close as I can’t walk fare

Nice clean comfy QUIET which I loved and very close to access all Oulton Broad Facilities We had 2 bad experience’s in 2 different accommodation prior to this. Both really depressed from these accommodation’s and our holiday was ruined We easily booked “”WOLF INN …accommodation so this was a Blessing finding your place when was searching for a while till we found you. We was lucky to get accommodation as it was a Bank Holiday Everything really simple to book online and paid online and we were set to go Your place was immaculate but we could not lift our mood to go out but great to wake in a nice clean bed and no stress staying all day Thank you for a lovely stay and will definitely book you again in future ❤️💚🧡💜💙💛❤️

There was everything you could possibly want packed into the room somewhere! I was taken by surprise when cleaners came into my room when I was out on Saturday (I wouldn't have left it in such a mess if I had realised!) but that's more to do with my lack of travelling experience and I used the 'do not disturb' sign on the Sunday. , I'm really sorry I didn't come and say hello, I was volunteering at the First Light Festival which kept me super busy and exhausted when I got back!

Far too many cushions! They look pretty but I was hard pressed to know what to do with them all when I wanted to go to bed. I didn't want to put them on the floor but all the cupboards were full of things already. The main light switch for the room was a bit hard to locate as it was half hidden behind the TV. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. All very minor (except the cushions!)

Love the style of the bar and the hotel rooms. Within walking distance from Oulton Broad North train station nearer than Lowestoft train station.. Beds comfortable, great room, good prices for room and in bar, drinks vouchers if staying in hotel.. Rooms beautifully decorated.. Location brilliant next to the river and other cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance..went on the boat trip, was lovely very scenic. Loved it our group enjoyed the weekend. Can't fault it. We will be back 👍😘

Its not something I didn't like, just have to be careful going up outside stairs if you have leg problems.. Once upstairs rooms worth the wait.. Best to ask if any ground or first floor rooms.. Theres also an apartment to rent. Nothing to complain about.

Clean and well equipped, great value for money. Free drink voucher left on pillow was a nice touch . Door Code access was easily utilised so didn’t meet any check in staff but did have drink in the very busy bar downstairs! Good shower and bathroom area we had twin bedded room.

The stairs were very steep leading up to flat entrances. Tricky if you have mobility issues! Parking was close but would have been easier if there was a drop off point to unload suitcases etc before having to park up. On a very busy road so lots noise at night if you leave windows open!!

Lovely place to stay, beautiful location, great friendly bar with a great selection of drinks, fantastic coffee, Staff were brilliant (Josh). Excellent WiFi, The room was small & bed was a standard double but room was incredibly clean & modern, even a couple of complimentary drink tickets(great touch). Our first time visiting the area, will definitely be coming back & most likely will stay at The Wolf Inn again. 2 very happy customers

Room & Bed were small with little lugage storage but I'd happily stay here again, a chunkier couple may have an issue

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good for our travelling plans and right by Oulton Broad which made for a great walk. The apartment was not large but lovely decor and good use of the space. Good communication by Wolf Inn about access codes, Wi-Fi etc for the apartment.

This is only a helpful suggestion but, as the address for Wolf Inn is Bridge Street, it might be good for them to emphasise that the wooden access for the apartments is in Commodore Road directly behind Wolf Inn. It did cause confusion for us at first looking for the entrance on Bridge Street.

I appreciated the constant contact of being let known on what’s going on before and on the day of check in. The bar staff & Josh was fantastic. Those drinks were out of this world he made for me. Very friendly and chatty which made our stay enjoyable when interacting with the staff :). Appreciated the cleanliness of the room we stayed in and when we went out our room was all cleaned ready for use again. Room felt very warm and cozy. Love the decor and colours used to make it feel more cozy & homely.

Only downside was being above in room 4 where you heard the music did struggle to sleep. Window was missing a window handle to open/shut the window. Would love to stay again so hope to get put in a different room that would be greatly appreciated & sample more drinks explore what Oulton Broad & Lowestoft has got to offer.
