Beautifully situated holiday park. The park and hotel are immaculate and the staff extremely friendly and helpful

My room was not serviced unless I hung the Please Service notice on my door. I didn't expect clean linen but it would have been nice to have my bed made, cups cleaned and tea/milk replenished.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a great sea view.

although we only stayed 2 nights we were only given enough tea an coffee for 1 day and had to ask twice for more

Beautiful clean hotel ..lovely kind and funny staff ..Must mention .Angie and Ann house keeping ..Angie made me smile with her boat design on the toilet tissue end ..Sam and rachel front of house .Kevin the chef mark the life guard and of course lovely emma who was on holiday .But came in for an event ...You are all such hard working lovely people ..Thank you all so much for looking after us ..The carrot cake was the best i have ever tasted ..Will we be back of course we will ...You are all a credit to the hotel bar and swimming pool ...

Lovely village of corton ..Fab rooms lovely food and staff ..Loved the swimming pool..

The location is great, easy to get to both Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. The room was very comfortable and clean and looked modern in presentation. It was very hot weather and a good fan was provided in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is lovely with great sea views and access to local pubs nearby. The pool was good too. The breakfast was fabulous, very generous, I had to ask for a kids size on the second day as it was a bit too much for me. Overall a great base for us and clearly good for families looking for a one stop holiday venue.

We didn't know that breakfast doesn't start until 9am. We are very early risers for work usually, so this is quite late for us. Dinner is also only served until 6pm which is too early for us. We ate out elsewhere in the evening.

Lovely hotel, good facilities. We had a sea view room which was nice with the juilette window. ( just a shame the weather was bad). Room was clean and tidy. Looks like it's all just been refurbished to a good standard Mini arcade, vending machine. Bar area, had plenty of sitting, (pity they had run out of some food off the menu) but no biggy. Live entertainment on a Saturday night which was good. (Just a heada up there do let the locals from the village in ). But didn't bother us and can understand why they do (keeps them going). Would definitely go back even thou not much on the doorstep u have to drive out. But great just to chill 😎 Forgot to mention has a swimming pool with a separate charge to use.

The room was modern and clean and spacious, one of the nicest hotel rooms weve stayed in. the pool was great especially for kids, playground good, the location is nice it overlooks the sea so very peaceful, however theres no beach access. If you drive 2 mins down to Corton beach or walk thats where access is and the beach is beautiful and quiet. Its more like a complex rather than a hotel, it has 12 hotel rooms and the rest are lodges etc, with a shared bar/pub type restaurant with the usual type of entertainment, it has an arcade room. was fine for us but some people may be put off by this. The fried breakfast was amazing :)

The evening meal.. really not good, not fresh and a-shame, we would have gone to the pub over the road if we knew. i would not recommend eating there other than Breakfast as that was great lack of staff on reception and checking in at the bar

A nice hotel situated in the cute little village of Corton. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. And no exaggeration, they were the best 3 nights sleep I've had in years. Withing walking distant to the coast, for a nice evening stroll - which I did on two occasions. Also within walking distance of the beautiful Corton Woods - where we spotted many a rabbit and fawn. There is a decent park on site, if you bring children and a lovely pool - which unfortunately we didn't have time to make use of. A small arcades area on site too. The Chinese takeaway across the road is top notch! Room services were of very high quality and could be done as often as you wished. They remade the bed, cleaned, topped up the coffees and toilet rolls, emptied the bins etc. Easiest, and fastest check in I have ever experienced. Having a sea view just made it.

My partner did comment on the volume of the music on the Saturday night but surely to be expected with entertainment area and bar on the floor beneath us.

Beautiful full English breakfast. Tasty filter coffee. Great location. Very clean. Very quiet.

Explaining what’s on offer at breakfast would help, did receive a menu but only choices of hot food on it. Would have had cereal first if know it was available. Not offered any juice till 3rd morning. Not offered any coffee refills till 3rd morning. Breakfast was served a little late for 9am to 11am. 7am or 8am would be better so we could have got our day started. Pool times were restricted too 9am till 4pm didn’t fit in to our times we were at hotel. Would be nice to use early morning or late evening! Shower area was not very big & height if over 6ft not ideal.
