I have no idea why the rating is so low but it was a great stay and I even had a heater working🤣 You can get here by bus at 2 pounds - the stop is outside, it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood there is Lidl on the way to get some food. Check in is remote - you get your room number and a code for the keys - the locker can be tricky - push harder to open. Towels and linen were included in the rate, soap and shampoo. They even provide a small tea pot, that was very lovely along with coffee. The rooms and property are a bit outdated and it’s not that fancy of a place but among all the variants in Manchester this was the best. You can also use a kitchen to heat smth.

The kitchen could use some work and cleaning

The room was very clean. Couldn't fault the cleanliness. Everything was ready and perfect even when we got to check in early which was handy. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Location was close to a mcdonalds and about a 10 minute drive to city centre.

The rooms are a little worse for wear. The shower was a bit tricky to use going from ice cold to burning hot without even touching it. The bathroom was very small. As a slightly bigger person I struggled with the size. The bathroom door was also hanging on for desr life as its hinged were loose. We had to lift the door to open or close it. The cleaners tried to come in the room before our checkout time which was a bit freaky and they were all hanging out in a room under the stairs with the door wide open which caused us to struggle going in and out of our room.

I had no breakfast. Did not know there was any.

Could not reach out to anybody when I needed help. The key to the main door was nearly broken when I had it, and found it difficult to open. Had to wait for about half an hour before someone entering let me in. I calledthe phone number and sent a message for help but had no answer.

Everything was nice and cosy, just what we needed for the weekend. Was surprised by the ensuite, thought it was going to be communal, so was happy with that.

The front door was very sticky and hard to open, we had to ram it to get in. And the door for the ensuite was quite awkward and creaky, not the best when you're trying to be quiet and the other is still asleep.

Room was clean n neat. The view was good. Very easy checkin n checkout policy with no human intervention. Comfortable room n near the public transport. I can recommend this place

There is no drinking water in the room as there is no nearby convenience store. The room is on 3rd floor so if u have a lot of luggage u need to climb it till 3rd floorm

Fast and great communication from the management,and also i love the willingness to go above and beyond for their guests! Very quiet inside the house can get a great nights sleep on the comfortable beds leading to a great stay

Personally for me there is not much i don’t like about the property

The facilities weren't bad. Definitely worth the money for me and my daughter to stay for the night. However, we had difficulty booking a taxi to the Arena for the Back Street Boys concert.. Upon investigation we found out that the Rooms are barred because someone skipped a fare EIGHT YEARS ago!!. This should not reflect on the hospitality of this venue and should be brought to the owners attention. It was only thanks to a lovely taxi call receptionist from Main Line Taxis we got organized.

It wasn't that we didn't like anything at all, however, the kitchen could have been a little bit more stocked with crockery and cutlery; many some paper towels etc: just a few more basics. Make it feel a little more homely. When you're staying for just one night, you want to travel light.

I like the staff, they were helpful and friendly.the room was clean, comfortable,cosy peaceful and close to town centre.

Some clients will smoke weed in the smoking area.as my room window was just above.wich the smell was unpleasant.

Great location, ample parking outside, fast check in, clear communication. Nice clean room had a homely feel. Heating was on, great supply of toiletries. Hot shower. Met the owner in the morning who was lovely and took on feedback. The shower worked on the opposite nozzle, so for hot you had to switch it to cold, but a hot lovely shower.

Absolutely everything. Tidy, spacious well equipped room. Clean towels and bedding, comfy double bed with extra pillows, tea and coffee for welcome. Great communication with host upon arrival. Reasonable price, close to Manchester City Centre, patio area outside to use for visiting smokers and non-smokers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

I have nothing to complain about, stay was flawless but very short. Would come back in future. Great bed and breakfast, with friendly and eye catching interiors.
