The facilities weren't bad. Definitely worth the money for me and my daughter to stay for the night. However, we had difficulty booking a taxi to the Arena for the Back Street Boys concert.. Upon investigation we found out that the Rooms are barred because someone skipped a fare EIGHT YEARS ago!!. This should not reflect on the hospitality of this venue and should be brought to the owners attention. It was only thanks to a lovely taxi call receptionist from Main Line Taxis we got organized.

It wasn't that we didn't like anything at all, however, the kitchen could have been a little bit more stocked with crockery and cutlery; many some paper towels etc: just a few more basics. Make it feel a little more homely. When you're staying for just one night, you want to travel light.

Great location, ample parking outside, fast check in, clear communication. Nice clean room had a homely feel. Heating was on, great supply of toiletries. Hot shower. Met the owner in the morning who was lovely and took on feedback. The shower worked on the opposite nozzle, so for hot you had to switch it to cold, but a hot lovely shower.

Absolutely everything. Tidy, spacious well equipped room. Clean towels and bedding, comfy double bed with extra pillows, tea and coffee for welcome. Great communication with host upon arrival. Reasonable price, close to Manchester City Centre, patio area outside to use for visiting smokers and non-smokers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

I have nothing to complain about, stay was flawless but very short. Would come back in future. Great bed and breakfast, with friendly and eye catching interiors.

The room and bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect size and stylish design.

There was a mouse in the room, and on the first night some of the other people staying there were playing loud music until 3am.

not the cleanest room ever but you get what you pay for sheets were clean and thats all you really need front door is a bit stiff took us a while to get it open

Very nice, comfortable clean and affordable, staff was very supportive, first time visit staying in Manchester would recommend and definitely come again.

Through no fault of its own, due to us not knowing the place very well had a poor experience getting there after the game because of the taxi, but once there was relaxed.

I did not get the room I booked for the first night I was told there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. However, they refunded the difference.

They tried to outsmart me thinking I would not realize I was offered a downgraded room from what I booked.

Nice location and on two bus routes. The rooms were comfortable with access to a central kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery). It was value for money and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby and other places to eat.

Comfy bed, nice clean room, straightforward instructions for check in and out. Good response when messaging the property. Would stay here again :)

The shower was a little hard to use properly & the TV channels didn't work at all. Only nextflix worked, which took a while to get on.

Great location to Central Manchester.

No milk supplied and only 1 coffee sachets each. TV wasn't tuned in and shower was difficult to operate and get hot.
