Very friendly, funny and helpful reception staff. Really great value for the amount of money we paid. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view (of the river). The beds were comfy and warm. Good location near the town but far enough out that the cost is half the price of similar apartments in the middle of town. Perfect for a night out etc. I was a bit worried about the security deposit and the parking after reading other comments but I got the deposit back within a week (very normal for hotel and car bookings) and we just parked around the corner on the street for free - so I think some of the bad reviews here are being a bit dramatic haha

the decoration was a little bit corporate and plain but it really isn't a big deal. Location is a little rough around the edges but again for the price you cant really complain!

Spacious, neat, good facilities

The bed was a tad uncomfortable, hallways smelled like weed (not noticeable once inside the appartement luckily!)

The receptionist accused me and my friends of doing balloons when no one was. He said he heard it outside the door and didn’t see it. I told him to go in and look if he wants but he refused and said he’ll call the police to get us out and we won’t her a refund. He didn’t call the police but there were no balloons and we went by the rules of the apartment so it wasn’t needed. We were all black and he was Asian so he saw black boys and accused them of drugs when we were there for the night just for my birthday. Don’t appreciate this and I think it’s literally utter disgusting behaviour and not a good look for the business and he’s the face of it. It was also the first five minutes of being in the flat.

I wasn't aware after not reading the small print you need to pay a £150 deposit on arrival.

Clean and spacious. Couldn’t fault anything, staff were brilliant and I’ll definitely use them again when planning our next catch up.

Overall, the place was amazing,tidy, spacious, and amazing staff

The location was good and easily accessible and on the whole fairly quiet to say it is mainly student accommodation. The young Polish guy on receiption during the day was excellent extremely helpull

More housekeeping during the stay instead of zero. Bins should have been emptied at least every other day. Shower gels should be in secure usage canisters and not just half used random bottles that people could have done anything in. Very unhygenic especially in the COVID age.

Nice easy location for us close to where our concert was and an easy walk back for us. Nice spacious apartment.

Wi-fi wasn't working in our apartment - we did not report this until we were leaving on the Sunday as we hadn't realised until we returned from a concert late on the Saturday evening so it may well have been a very easy fix. Balcony door would not lock after we opened it upon arrival to allow in some air. Reported it straight away but was not possible to have it fixed as it was the weekend - we arrived Saturday and left on the Sunday. The apartment still felt safe and secure though and the door did close, it just wouldn't lock

We liked that is was split level and we liked the space in the living room area and it was clean. A beautiful view outside and it felt very private - we had a relaxed stay. Good value for money.

The double bed was small for two grown adults. The details of the booking said there were two bathrooms which is why we booked it but there was only one bathroom. Only two chairs in the dining area when we were 3 booked. No side tables provided to put your glass. The place also needs a mirror that is lower upstairs and not set for very tall people - it was not usuable.
