Beautiful and elegant structure, in true English style! The staff is very friendly, professional and guests feel at home, I was very comfortable during my stay and I thank everyone for the services I received, well beyond expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was wonderful, it felt like sleeping on a cloud! I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service, quality of the food was excellent, and very tasty! I would recommend this establishment to everyone, the proximity to Silverstone and the atmosphere of the English countryside are plus points! Thank you all, and see you soon!

The hotel is lovely, it is smart, well-decorated and clean, the staff were all delightful, professional, friendly, and helpful and I was treated with relaxed courtesy. The room was on the first floor and I had a temporary disability,(I had broken my foot and was using a stick and had a cast on, but forgot to book a ground floor room) the young man at reception carried my case up the stairs for me and I was supported by the staff during breakfast to get my breakfast and drinks, I was permitted to park in a disabled bay although not a registered disabled person, they couldn't do enough to help me, it was very kind. The breakfast was delicious, well made and hot, and the coffee was really good. The room was a superior king size and was lovely and had everything I needed with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet and private, with loads of parking. Will return. Thank you.

The restaurant was not yet open, so had to go to the pub nearby, however, this is due to open very soon so a temporary issue. There is no lift, it's an old building so it's not surprising, but it is a trudge to carry luggage up a flight of stairs, broken foot or not.

Such a lovely hotel! Had recently undergone a refurbishment. Looks small from the front, but has about 50 rooms. A real hidden gem and we loved our stay there. Room was so lovely, as was the breakfast. Staff all really friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely return there if we’re in that part of the country and would definitely recommend to friends.

Sadly they weren’t able to provide an evening dinner service, as still trying to recruit chefs, but the breakfast in the lovely restaurant was excellent. Luckily there is a very nice pub for evening meals within a very short walk.

Lovely location, very pretty and quiet with a cosy pub just around the corner. Option to pay for breakfast whilst there but we went to the pub instead so can't comment on that. We felt that not having the options for meals over the weekend was a bit odd, as we would have been stuck otherwise for food if not for us heading out. Otherwise the bedroom and bed itself was very comfortable, clean bathroom/toilet with the option of bath or shower. Reception staff all very friendly. Not far from Marshalls Arena which was ideal for us and the reason for booking our stay.

No meals provided during weekends and bar area a bit deserted.

I love the hotel. Just beautiful. I stayed there 9 years ago and had loved it, so on our 9 yr anniversary, I booked it for my husband and I. The bed was so comfy, and they accommodated my request for a ground floor room due to knee issues. I loved the roll top bath, goegeous. And the towels were spectacular.

The tea spoons were dirty, the shower drain was so slow, it nearly overflowed, the refrigerator didn't work, 2 of the 4 water glasses were dirty. As I said above, it was our anniversary, and I messaged the property and requested a little something in the room for our celebration, to which the hotel responded that they would love to accommodate (I would have even paid a little extra).Nothing was done. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. I come to England once a year and just want comfort and cleanliness. I feel sad that this visit didn't come close to my last one as this visit was more special.

A very good breakfast - although, not full buffet every day, but waitress/er service instead. Excellent situation near Central MK in very pleasant grounds. Very friendly staff and very helpful when we had to extend our stay for an extra week.

Bar tended to close fairly early and was "Card Only" service - not always helpful to older customers like ourselves who are more"At Home" with cash as well. Could improve with a fuller more formal dinning service in the evenings - would be sure to attract public into the Hotel.

The staff were excellent. Especially Mercy and Prince. Lovely location, nice pub at the end of the drive. Due to a health issue they went out of their way to accommodate us with a ground floor room. Had trouble with TV and Prince came to the room within 3 minutes to fix it. Requested a sheet as it was too hot for the quilt and again provided within minutes. Mercy came to our aid without us asking when she saw us struggling with our cases, she then helped us book in and took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed.

Lack of sockets by bed for charging phones/tablets. Breakfast did not have options for an omlette or similar. Arrived at 9 a.m. and had to request croissants.

I was greeted very politely and felt welcome. The house is beautiful and I like that there is information about the history of the building in the foyer. My room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The mattress was firm.

The pillows were paper thin so obviously I used both plus a bed cushion to sleep on. Just my own preference of course as some prefer to be almost flat. The hot water took several minutes to come through, long enough in fact for me to call reception from my mobile (my room had no telephone). Unfortunately no one answered despite three attempts. In the end however hot water arrived! So if you are in room 307 be patient, it will come!!

I really cannot fault anything! Hence why I ticked amazing for everything!! Amazing, clean, amazing staff what more to say I would highly recommend, there is absolutely nothing to fault! I only didn't tick amazing on location because it was an hour walk from the bowl but a straight path just depends what your there for. But the hotel was beautiful and faultless and hope I'm welcome next year x

Location from the bowl is a long maybe 1 hr walk on the same lovely path but not so much a 'dislike' and maybe there's quicker routes but I'm not complaining. Perfect.

The decor was perfect for the house, staff were very pleasant. The room was perfect

The fridge in the room did not work and as it was a very hot evening we really would have appreciated a cold drink in the night. The duvet was very heavy, really needed a sheet. Considering the cost of breakfast would have been £17.95 I was expecting a wonderful breakfast with choices. It was very basic, everything was self-service, in addition it was cold and the ‘hot’ water for tea and coffee was lukewarm. We were very disappointed. Premier Inn breakfast offer much more for less cost.
