Breakfast was included in the room deal and was generous and excellent, with a varied choice of very good food. Although I arrived at the last minute the waitress arranged for porridge to be made specially for me and served me at my table. The staff as always were very friendly and helpful. A minor maintenance issue was dealt with immediately. My room was very comfortable, particularly the bed.

I overslept on the first morning because my wake-up call was missed. In fairness I had booked this very late. I support the hotel's sustainability policy, but I found it difficult to see and understand the room thermostat. As I was only staying for two nights I did not mention this to staff or have much time to work out how to adjust the temperature. I should prefer a radio in my room rather than a TV, but realise that I am probably in a minority.

Nice hotel, good location for restaurants, bars and only a ten minute walk to the train station. Polite reception staff. Clean and well maintained. Varied selection of food for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Ample Parking is opposite the hotel. It's not free.

Parking was very expensive, which was disappointing when you are staying at the hotel. I was offered a discount parking of £8.00 for 24 hours, by Leonardo Hotels in an email. Although I wasn't able to take advantage of the discount because the hotel did not know anything about it and I was unable to validate it.. The Hotel staff said that parking was £5.00 a day ( which was wrong). I ended up paying £88.00 for parking for three days. The Hotel offers Room Service. They expect you to register a payment card before ordering, instead of just putting it on the bill to pay on departure. Also there is a charge to delivery it to your room of £6.50! So really it's NOT room service. You can get food after the restaurant has closed at 10pm, then food available again from 11pm.

The air con was great especially with visiting on the hottest day of the year. The staff were friendly, plenty of towels and pillows in the room and the room and bathroom were a great size

The bath is very shallow and there were some ingrained stains in the sink and the toilet but it wasn’t too bad. The only difference between the double room and the superior room were the snacks that you get. Two packets of premium biscuits, two mini bars of green and black chocolate and two bottles of water (still and sparking). They were lovely but wish I had known that that was the only reason the room cost was £10 more.

Professional receptionist, Mae was helpful and made a good impression, got into our room an hour early as we are both disabled. Beautiful breakfast fresh good quality food. Food could have been warmer, toaster had to adjusted as it was just warming the bread. Lovely friendly waiting staff. Bar food and staff were excellent especially the Margarita pizza. Lovely tasty base, cheesy and fresh. My half chicken breast in lemon was so delicious. First class staff. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the hotel 3 years ago and some good improvements the staff are very well trained and professional.

Lifts were grubby. The tap in the bedroom was very stiff hard to change from cold to hot. On our two days the rooms were not cleaned as it was late afternoon when the cleaners arrived I asked for the bins to emptied, tea etc topped up and fresh towels. We were in the room at the time and we said that was alll we needed as we did not want to be disturbed. Outside seating would be an assest.

As on my previous stays at this hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was very comfortable, clean and thoughtfully designed. This time my room was on the ninth floor, so was not overlooked or disturbed by noise from the square below and had a dramatic view over central MK. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of food. Being able to leave my bag in store for several hours after checking out, so I was able to enjoy the day without having to carry it.

As in my last few stays I had trouble with the room keys when I first arrived and had to go back to reception, where the receptionist explained how to use them. The coat hangers and ironing board were rather high up, as I am not very tall.

the room was excellent and spacious clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. the breakfast was good.

the only thing I was disappointed with was breakfast on Saturday morning I had to stand and wait for a table for about 20 minutes. In the time I waited tables were not being cleared as it seemed that there were defiantly not enough staff to deal with the morning rush. Once seated I went to get breakfast to find that there were no eggs so I did my toast which was fine but the coffee machines were not working properly and had to wait for them to be repaired. I will add that the staff working were very pleasant and professional there was just not enough of them.

Executive King Room was lovely, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty - we went down at 9am. Staff working at breakfast (Mon 7th Aug) were also really friendly and helpful along with the Manager that was at the reception this same morning. Location was perfect for going to the National Bowl.

We should have been able to check in to our room from 1pm, yet we had to wait until 4pm to get a room. Reason we were told was due to the hotel being at full capacity - but surely this is the aim of every hotel? It doesn't make sense to not have enough staff on the housekeeping team to ensure the basic check in times are achievable. Never experienced that before at any hotel running at full capacity.

We have stayed here before. The hotel is approx 10 mins walk from the station and near resteraunts and bars. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Reception area impressive. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom had a bath with shower also. Room had an iron and board, which came in handy. A reasonable stay for the price we paid.

Asked for a triple room if possible with three beds but they could only do a single and double. Carpets looked tired throughout the hall area and was tea stained in our room. Shower curtain was flimsy so bathroom floor got wet. Aircon quite noisy.

The breakfasts were excellent. I arrived quite late one day and a member of staff saw me looking at the empty porridge dish so arranged for the chef to make some specially. I only wished I had more time to make the most of them. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. When I did not respond to the wake-up call a member of staff came and knocked on my door. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The bed was particularly comfortable.

I had difficulty with the plastic room key when I arrived with luggage but another guest saw and helped me. I also found the room rather chilly when I arrived and had difficulty with the radiator thermostat.

I liked that it was nice and spacious and very clean, the room already had a kettle and iron/ironing board so that was convinient. The distance to the market wasnt too long in car, maybe 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and our rooms were together so that was good. It was jus a one night stay so it was decent for what it was.

Sleep was abit uncomfortable but its probably coz its not my bed, and i also had my child sleeping with me, so i kept waking up to make sure she was sleeping well.
