Beachside Suites

Supplied with tea coffee and milk and biscuits.perfect location with ample on street parking and a single parking bay. Accommodation was immaculate,modern and perfect for four adults. Balcony was a sheltered sun trap with beautiful sea view.

Fewer emails checking we were still coming after I had emailed about entry key and parking. Shower was weak and the door did not close fully. The shower head did not fit the holder properly but these were very trivial faults and did not detract from the overall stay.

Arshad met us at the car and helped with our bags, very kind and welcoming! Showed us around and we asked for local recommendations which he gave us. Brilliant! Well presented, exceptionally clean, amazing facilities including dishwasher and tea/coffee plus milk and even some biscuits! Such a kind thought which we really appreciated.

The apartment was wonderful, and I couldn't recommend it enough!!! Personally we would have liked a bigger / comfier sofa in the living room, and perhaps a larger TV. But that's because we didn't have great weather so when staying in would have been good.

We loved everything about our stay in the penthouse. The views from every room were amazing. My Dad who's 90 adored the bedroom and having 2 bathrooms really helped. The kitchen was well equipped and lovely touches such as fresh milk, biscuits and tea and coffee were so welcomed. It was great having a roof terrace. First night celebrations with fizz overlooking the sea. What more could we have asked for. It was a very special weekend for my family made all the more special with the kindness of our hosts. Will be back! Thank you so much

That we had to leave

The apartment was self-catering, so I provided my own excellent breakfast As stated, my room was a very good size, and I liked the general decor and specific decorative touches. The view from the lounge is terrific

The ONLY negative issue was the car parking. It wasn't clear to me that parking is not possible immediately outside the building , and other spaces filled up easily. Also, the very good motion sensor light kicked in a little slowly as I climbed the stairs . However, I have no need to ve negative about anything. It was a lovely stay.

The room was extremely clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Location was ideal for the seafront and town centre. Owner very friendly and checked in on us to see if everything was ok.

The room however was a little dark as the windows were high up and no natural light came into the room. We normally book where there is a cooked breakfast and I dont think my husband realised this when we booked. However nice selection of cold breakfast items and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge. This however is not a negative but would not want to spend more than one night due to the room having no natural light.

very well located, spacious and well equipped apartment. Plenty of room to relax with stunning views of Minehead bay and North Hill. The curb natures and fittings are of a good standard with comfortable beds and sofas. Arshad greeted us on arrival and was available for any questions throughout our stay.

Only minor issue is the low water pressure in the showers, however we are aware of the water shortage issues in the region and this would certainly not prevent us staying again in the future.

Large 2 Room apartment, bathroom supplied with everything necessary. kitchen area had all facilities needed and included gifts from hosts to get the holiday off to a good start. Comfy seats in bedroom and lounge. TV in both rooms. Excellent position just a few steps from the Esplanard. Good eating places around and short walk to main shopping area.

Nothing springs to mind.

Breakfast was simple and left in the room and topped up every day. There was a fridge which was a help. The room was in a good location on the old town side of Minehead nd close to the esplanade. The check in was by way of a code and this was explained well in an email. The owner did pop in to see how we were getting on and to see if we needed anything else, he was helpful and friendly. The room and barhroom were furnished to a high standard.

Everything was good. The only thing was that our windows only overlooked a side passage so the room was slightly dark. Not a criticism, just an observation.

Wonderful few days in a comfortable and spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed. Great location near beach and town. Lovely gardens a short walk away. Wonderful view of beach and sea from balcony. Would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Nothing really. No on site parking but plenty of free Street parking outside or nearby.

Friendly helpful hosts good continental breakfast lovely and clean room, good location just off the seafront and close to a lovely park. the public house The Quay just 3 minutes away serving good food. 10 mins stroll to the main road with shops, bars cafes. Free parking outside on the road.

the photo advertising the room shows a patio door, unfortunately this doesn't open which was a shame as we like to have access to outdoor space and this was one of the factors I booked this room for. that was the only negative otherwise all good.
