The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the room was clean and beautiful, the facilities were over and above what you might expect and the location was perfect for my needs. I came by myself with my guide dog and we were treated just as any able-bodied guest, I didn't feel as if we were intruding/being somewhere we wouldn't be welcome, they couldn't have been more welcoming! I felt like I was very much at home in my space and I will definitely be returning as soon as I possibly can.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay, other than having to leave!

A massive thumbs up to the reception desk when I checked in with family on the 11th of August 2023. I have no idea about his name but he was a gentleman who was approachable and he tended to our needs especially since I have a autistic child. Another big shout out to the lady in the evening/night shift Tatiana pardon me if my spelling is wrong. I cannot fault these two super nice human beings who simply tended to our smallest needs.

It was noisy but I cannot complain since Rock City is 1 min walk. Not exactly a big issue though

What can I say, we paid £80 on a Friday evening, wasn't expecting alot to be honest as it was so cheap but it really was a great experience. The room was great, spacious, had a small kitchen and a little sofa. It had aircon and big shower and everything you needed. It was clean and modern. Staff were great, very polite and check in was easy. We parked in the car park across the road where we got 40 percent discount. We even got 2 pizzas delivered at our door for £14 at 2.30am in the morning, after a night out that was truly appreciated. Even better check out wasn't until 11am the next morning and you got a grab and go breakfast with your stay. It definitely was a great stay.

Absolutely nothing, everything was spot on.

Convenience breakfast offering. Having an equipped kitchen. Having liquid soap and shampoo. Having a hair dryer. The little shop for essentials also a bonus when you need a bottle of water for the night or a snack

Next to a nightclub. Shower would cycle through hot and cold. Very bad odor coming out of bathroom sink and made very loud noises as if something blocking the drain once you turn the tap off. The plastic chair which made a lot of noise on the parquet floor; we could hear our neighbors’ chairs as well when they were using it in their respective rooms

Really lovely rooms - I like the dark accented rooms and the practical kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean and cosy. The best part, however, was the staff: they were super friendly and helpful: when I wanted to do some cooking they were kind enough to borrow me oil and basic spices from their own kitchen. The location is central right next to one of the city's biggest rock venues and countless other pubs. I liked that I could pick up a basic breakfast every morning as well.

Everything was pretty much perfect

very quiet rooms, spotless fully equipped incl hairdryer, iron, kitchen pots/ Delph etc. plenty of parking spaces in a very secure car park ( metal shutters no one could get in without a keycard even on foot). you can leave the car all day £10 per day . bed was extremely comfortable, nice dark curtains so no waking at 4am because of light issues in the summer. in a quiet but very central area so no traffic noise. couldn’t hear noise from other guests ( I was top floor in the corner). grab and go breakfast which was a nice surprise . amazing staff . patryck ( apologies if I spelled it wrong) was so helpful

Nice rooms with well eqipped kitchenettes which would be great for anyone having to stay a bit longer for a course, job or meetings etc. We stayed one night to see a gig at Rock city. Perfect place to stay, literally just a few steps away, right by car park and easy walk to pubs and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay here again! No steps in at front, hotel has a couple of disabled spaces outside the front. Good lift service.

Things I would change including cooked breakfast are available elsewhere nearby and didn't alter our enjoyment of staying here. Breakfast is provided in the lobby for you to take back to your room and included juices, hot drinks, pastries, butter, fruit, yoghurt etc. Nice quality items and very acceptable choice!

Everything!! This place was amazing. You get a whole little apartment with a fitted kitchen. For a fraction of the cost of a night in local hotel chains. The beds and the oh my gosh! The pillows where the comfiest EVER!! Everything was very clean including the bathroom. Good selection of tea, coffee and pastries for breakfast.

Nothing much to complain about. Could do with butter, jam and spreads available with breakfast. Preferably i would of liked a bigger room. But a brilliant size. Not too small. I would of liked a bit more light in the desk/ mirror area. To see better when putting make-up on

The fact that the room has it's own cosy kitchenette and looks really clean. Most of the staff seem friendly whilst few wont make an eye contact, but overall the hotel was nice.

On the last day I was woken up abruptly from my sleep by a very loud drilling noise coming from the room next door. Upon enquiry I was told they were carrying out essential work. I do not understand why guests weren't informed that essential work will be taking place in the morning, even despite paying extra money for late check out.

We booked 48 hours before arrival, message on booking.com said 72 % of accommodation not available. We had a choice of very expensive or here. Lucky us. Arrived early, said hi at reception and asked when would room be available. Charming staff member asked if that was our car outside and immediately gave me a keycard to access the underground car park. Advised me to park, then return to reception, in the meantime she would check if a room was ready. On return, room ready, automatically gave us two keycards. Mentioned car park charge (£10 for our stay, car park next door to hotel, secure shuttered entrance requiring keycard access), breakfast timing, checkout time and asked if we needed any further information. Our room was lovely, lots of different light options depending on reading, working, resting. Plenty of sockets, including next to bed & USB outlets. Spacious. Nice bathroom, loved The White Company toiletries. Location is walking distance to shopping centres, Castle, Lace District. Our room was lovely and we were not disturbed by any noise during our stay.
