I notice some people stated that the hotel is not 4 star, to clarify the hotel may need some upgrading here and there but it is still a wonderful hotel and location. The staff here make it 5 STAR plus. Special thanks to Lucia and Kayla. The reception and welcome to the hotel was fantastic, the rooms are clean and bed is great. The staff were always well presented and very helpful. The hotel is joined to Chino Latino and the bar staff are also fantastic. The reviews regarding noise I would say are a bit unfair, it is as loud as you would expect in a hotel in the city center, it would be impossible to have a silent stay in the middle of a city so try not to be put off by that. The ONLY grumble I could have is one that was not the hotels fault, which was a pair of loud drunkards blasting music waking us at 01:30, but unfortunately sometimes you get inconsiderate guests. This is not the hotels fault and I also remember my first beer. I highly doubt that happens regularly and it was probably just a case of bad luck in being woken up by them. We had a great time and a great stay PRIME location and once again GREAT staff.

being woken up by the drunkos BUT that is not a reflection of the hotel or it's staff so I guess taking that event off the table there is nothing we didn't like. DEFO recommend! *****

Location was great. Room spotless. Breakfast was usual buffet no choice of eggs and scrambled looked disgusting. so much so that the full dish was still there and no touched as we left a busy dining room.

We pre booked a parking space after getting the email advising us to do so the car park was hard to find so after ringing up and being directed pressing the buzzer to get in underground then to be told we wasn’t on the list and had no space the member of staff directed us to NCP car park opposite. At check in we was charged for the car park space we had pre booked. Which was infuriating to say the least. The member of staff apologised and took it off the bill. All this creating a queue behind me.

Really excellent location - right in the centre of Nottingham Central. Everything you could need (amenities, 24 hour supermarkets, lots of eateries, entertainment/bars and shopping) were within 5-10 minutes’ walk. Really loved being able to Chromecast in our room to the TV. Wifi provided was also really good, and the sleep was super comfortable. Complimentary bottles of still water upon arrival were a real bonus, as were the ELEMIS toiletries (shampoo and conditioner).

Only tiny issue was our shower glass panel wouldn’t open fully (caused by an issue with the rubber seal at the bottom, looked like it had warped/folded over time) so it made showering a bit irritating when the panel kept folding inwards towards the user mid-shower. But very small issue outweighed by the positives.

We liked the location of the hotel, was in the center and easy to get to. We liked these are a bar at the hotel we could get a drink at after we went out for diner.

We liked everything the only this was the parking, was told there was a space to park at the hotel and then it was full. So we got told to park in the car park across the road which was fine/easy to get to. Only thing was we paid when we got there instead of through the app (app is cheaper) as we had a message to say the hotel has a discount but when we got there they said they didn't off this anymore so if we knew this we would of done the parking on the app and saved some money.

We loved your hotel, we loved the location, we loved the staff, we loved the comfort of the room. but it is now time for you to leave the covid days behind you, if we stay at a hotel of this quality for two nights, we want the room cleaned, tea and coffee refreshed, bed made and towels if necessary replaced, biscuits and water supplied. (King Executive room) If you are deciding not to do this for covid or green reasons, that of course is fine, as a business you can choose to do so, but place that information on your advert, rather than advising after the cancellation period has passed and by email. so your clients can then make the choice to book or not. I know of course, if we had asked, it would have been provided but when on a busy weekend break, we dont really need to think about ordering amenities. This is an incrediable hotel and staff, just need to return to pre covid levels.

I stayed here for one night as I was going to the theatre to watch Tina Turner tribute concert, the location is excellent ,a short walk. Lovely bedroom with comfy bed and large bathroom. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Great show at theatre!

Booking.com states that there is limited availability in the hotel car park and you need to book in advance but that the hotel give a discount if you park at nearby car park, St James's NCP car park which is a short walk. This isn't true, the receptionist told me when I checked out they don't give a discount for other car parks anymore so this information should be removed as it's misleading plus the lifts in the car park weren't working when I stayed so I wouldn't recommend the car park.

The hotel and room were very clean. On-site parking was useful and breakfast at the weekend was 7am-11am (check out 12pm) so it provided enough time. Good location for attractions. Room had everything you needed.

The street adjacent to the building has multiple nightclubs meaning even on the 10th floor (the highest floor for hotel rooms) you could still hear the pounding music until 4am (Saturday night). Also, you must reserve car parking (£20 a night) and it’s only from 3pm (check in time) until 3pm on the day you check out. This wasn’t obvious when booking our stay as most people are out doing something still on the day they check out.

Clean and comfortable hotel, with welcoming and professional staff. We were lucky enough to have a room upgrade and to win a bottle of wine in the "lucky dip", which gave an immediate lift to our stay. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of shops, bars and eateries. Despite the position, it was nice and quiet, even on a Saturday night and with a main road adjacent. This will definitely be my first choice for any future stays in central Nottingham.

The private underground parking is rather constricted and it's quite easy to miss the turning off the main road! There are plenty of options though, and we chose to use the nearby Mount Street public car park instead.

Moving around the building, from reception to my room was easy, the hallway well lighted (i like light - I do not like dimly lighted hallway. The room is roomy, spacious and bright and the view is great. I will be back and will prefer even higher location. I was on the 6th floor. Next time I want to be on the last floor with a great view of the city. Everything about the room especially the bed was great! Just the way it should be. Staying at the hotel was refreshing and I would compliment the staff for a great service. Serving with a smile is worryingly disappearing these days. But your your staff were different. They were polite and cheerful. Great Service. Thank you very much indeed.

I can't think of anything I did not like.

super comfy bed, great bathroom and powerful shower, all of the basics that you would need...lovely Elemis complimentary toiletries...very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the room attendants.., Robert the concierge especially who allowed us to store our bags after checkout...nice selection of tea/coffee facilities and bottled water..mini fridge in room, nice decor...friendly bar staff.. a great brief one night visit..would have loved to stay for longer..speedy lifts too..

nothing really that comes to mind..maybe a physical copy of how to do things rather than digital for those of us that dont do tech and perhaps an improved free range of viewing options on the t.v
