The beds were comfy, the sofa was lovely, the large shower was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb, loved the pancake machine! We reserved a car parking space but were told that it wasn't available when I rang on the day, but the staff were super apoligetic for the mistake and paid for our parking for the inconvenience and when we got to the hotel they then went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a suite which was amazing! My husband unfortunately lost the key card to our room and they replaced the card no questions asked! We had an amazing stay and would definitley recommend! Had a great location in the city centre and really made our weekend one to remember! :)

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Only suggestion would be a toilet brush but I appreciate for hygiene reasons why there isnt one.

The hotel is in the city centre With a tram stop at the end of the road. My room was spacious and had a double walk in shower. All the amenities worked although there was no fridge in the room. The water pressure was good and the room service excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The restaurant room was very warm and humid. The food was ok but the hash browns were soggy and not crisp. There were no alternative milks available although vegetarian sausages could be ordered at breakfast. Coffee was from a machine rather than freshly brewed.

Everyone at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, particularly on reception and at breakfast. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel is in the centre of Nottingham so it is convenient for sightseeing, theatres, concerts or going out to pubs and restaurants.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Nottingham so there is some noise from traffic and city life! That wasn't a problem for us as we knew where the hotel was but it might not suit people who don't like traffic noise at night.

This hotel was brilliant, we arrived early, we weren't allowed to check in yet but was allowed to park my car in the car park. When we went back to check in, we were told we had been upgraded to a superior room free of charge and the room was amazing!! I was traveling with a friend so was quite happy when we saw that as well as the room being loads bigger, it had a sofa bed so we each got a bed. There was a coffee machine, robes, slippers and the shower in the bathroom was huge! Loved it all! The location was perfect as well as I was going to a gig at Rock City and this place is a 2 minute walk away.

We were upgraded for free to a superior double room free of charge. The room was extremely spacious and clean. It has a huge shower, the AC worked well and wasn't noisy and the bed was comfortable. Loved the free bottles of water and great tea/coffee facilities.

Obviously this is a city center hotel so you can expect some noise but the side of the building we were on had a nightclub right below us which didn't close until 1am and then had extremely noisy customers leaving it. We had only just got in ourselves so this wasn't too bad but with the hotel in general being in a busy location it might be worthwhile investing in more sound proofing or triple glazing the windows.

Hotel great location very central to all amenities. Room was good size, clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast is great value and quality. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable Happy with my stay here. Would stay again.

Only issue or negative comment is that the hotel needs to reevaluate its security. A random male managed to get access to the hotel rooms on my floor and was knocking on the door to try and gain access, pretending be a trainee receptionist late at night. They were not a guest at the hotel. On a positive note, the staff responded to this incident immediately, and when I re raised this when checking out they listened and informed me they would look into how to prevent it from happening again.

good location, close to NTU (where I had to be), tram stop, and downtown area. rooms were nice, bathroom newly renovated, with soap, shampoo, and lotion in wall dispensers rather than wasteful little plastic tubes. lifts work fine, good breakfast with good vegan options and lovely kitchen staff. mostly wheelchair-accessible facilities.

water pressure was really poor, and the front door was closed 3 out of 4 days so you had to detour via the garage entrance through massive puddles. pillows were too flat, no extra blanket in room (they did bring an extra duvet up on request though). no toilet brush. coffee machine in breakfast room not wheelchair-accessible (several steps up).

Room was a really good size, good warm shower, tea and coffee facilities and a safe. Reception were very helpful in storing my breastmilk and ice blocks for me so that I didn't have to dump all my precious milk! Very friendly staff, great value for money too.

Mattresses could do with replacing, they're getting a bit tired and misshapen. Windows aren't very good at noise cancelling the sounds of the city. General decor/condition of the room is a bit tired but again not bad.

Booked a Suite which was beautifully decorated and spacious. Plenty of towels and Elemis Toiletries too . Tv Speakers are also plumbed into the bathroom which is a lovely idea,when youre getting ready. Book the car parking at hotel as its easier with access to your luggage and the hotel. Breakfast has lots of choice and was pipping hot well worth it. Walking Distance to the Arena about 10 MIns so ideal for concert goers like myself. Fantastic Stay..

Nothing all was amazing

Room was spacious with lots of little extras like robes etc. The bed was comfortable.

There were crumbs, like bits of biscuit on the floor when we arrived. The shower gel was almost empty, not even enough for one shower. Fortunately we had some with us. It was really noisy outside. I don't know if there are better parts of the hotel to put guests where one of them is a child and they're less likely to be out partying. But it's a city centre hotel so I accept that noise is unavoidable.
