Comfortable room, lovely furniture and soft furnishings, and even the chairs were comfy, not just for show. Generous amounts of coffee (even a Nespresso pod machine!), tea and biscuits plus fresh milk on demand. Delicious breakfast, well worth the extra for the cooked vs continental, little touches like ice-cold water to hand, and my husband was delighted they had Worcester sauce for his full breakfast. I had the smoked haddock, which came with two perfectly poached eggs. Scrummy home-made seeded bread made with honey, and unsalted butter beautifully presented on a piece of slate, with optional sea-salt on the side.

Footsteps in room above woke me a bit early but I guess that's tricky to resolve in an old building with lovely bare floorboards. Quilt a tad too warm for me and it wasn't possible to open the window at the other side of the room to create a through breeze. WiFi not good at all. All fairly minor points and as we were staying just the one night, not long enough for these to spoil our stay. I'm sure if we had asked, most niggles would have been sorted, as nothing seemed to be too much trouble for this very welcoming couple.

We stayed here for a wedding at The Courtyard Venue and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved this hotel! The decor was really cosy and felt like home! The bathroom was also really really nice with a very unusual bathtub!! Mark & Michelle went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even offered to lend me straighteners as I had forgotten mine!! Breakfast was lovely, we had continental but was option for cooked. Hairdryer in room. Makeup flannel and little care kits such as a sewing kit, personal care (ear buds etc). Such lovely little gesture. Thank you so much Mark & Michelle! Very much recommended.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious with separate area for dressing. Good size bathroom with luxury shower gels and nice fluffy towels. Coffee machine and biscuits with fresh milk. Courtyard is lovely to sit out in with a pond and plenty of seating. Location is central Oswestry and free parking available on a first come basis.

We have stayed before in room 9 in the courtyard on main house side. This time we were in room 5 which is next to a pub. Music was very loud until 11.30 pm so not restful for a early night which was not the case in room 9. Not a problem if you plan to stay out till later.. Fridge in room would be useful to chill wine or beer to enjoy the beautiful courtyard.

Very clear instructions sent about finding the parking and getting checked in. A friendly welcome, lovely, very clean room with good facilities. An effort has been made with the décor. Stayed just the one night for work but got the impression nothing was too much trouble to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Didn't try the breakfast as I was in a hurry in the morning but sounded good. It's pretty central in Oswestry so plenty of eating choices and pubs and some pleasant evening walks. Would certainly go back again.

Couldn't connect reliably to the WiFi for some reason. I'm sure if I'd asked it would have been sorted out but 4G reception was fine so just used that instead.

The whole place is spectacular and really tasteful. Lots of lovely details in all the different areas. We had a room in the courtyard/garden and it was fabulous. The welcome was brilliant and the owner took time to take us to our friend's wedding venue just outside of Oswestry. Fantastic service throughout the stay. I don't think I've ever had a breakfast as big or as amazing as the one here. So much choice and attention to detail, made it so special and memorable. All b and b's should be like this. Great location in town and easy with parking spaces. We wish we had booked another night and hopefully we can go back again sometime. Highly recommended, it's a fantastic place.

a very well thought out room , good shower with two heads , good selection of soaps etc. tea/coffee set up supplied with fresh milk, Nespresso coffee machine and super quiet, warm . Secure parking out back and a warm welcome from the owners .

Their restaurant was closed but fair enough, I went to the Sainsbury's down the road though there are various restaurant options nearby most would involve a cardiac stent in later years, and as ive already got one I thought id get a salad.

It's a very central location (good), but also the main building is on a one way street out of town, which was really noisy on a Saturday night, lots of cars speeding up during the night, drunk people most of the night and then no chance of a sleep in as some scaffolding started being dismantled/errected nearby at 8 on a sunday morning. No fault of the accommodation, obviously, just an FYI you might need some earplugs. I would stay again.

we absolutely loved our stay at Sebastian’s, the owners are so friendly and welcoming. We booked the most expensive option and felt it was definitely value for money, we had a super king bed and it was so comfortable. We stayed in room 9, the room was spotlessly clean and all of the decor was fresh and modern. It was warm and felt luxurious. when we arrived we were given fresh milk for the room to make hot drinks. I liked the thoughtful touches like a flannel specifically to remove make up, sewing kit etc. Great little car park to the rear of the building. We had a fab time out with the locals in the pubs. We would 100% return!

Absolutely lovely place, very central with great parking at the back. We stayed in the top bedroom under the roof, and despite the heat, it felt lovely and cool. The bed was very comfortable, the decor was amazing with old features. Brilliant shower and bathroom, fully equipped room and a lovely enclosed yard. The owners were fantastic and very attentive. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend it. The town itself was nice to walk around too.

Comfortable, clean and warm room in a centrally located property. Very good breakfast and friendly host.

It was difficult to park. There was a car park behind the property but I wasn’t aware of this until after I had circled the town four times looking for a space but would help if parking information was sent at time of booking. Also the bathroom had a very damp floor.
