Lovely house about a 15 minute walk to the centre of perth Room was small,but had everything you needed,including an ensuite..bed was very comfy Great shower and tray of tea/coffee/biscuit They forgot the porridge pot,but not a big eater in the morning and was going for breakfast anyway The biscoff biscuit however,was delicious Only met the man on arrival,but he was nice and friendly

Nobody"s fault,but the extractor fan in the bathroom comes on automatically and the people in the next room went at 6am.. Apart from that,nothing to dislike

Paul was a wonderful host, extremely friendly and knowledgable about the city - and clearly cares a lot about making sure everyone has a brilliant stay. Even though there’s technically no breakfast provided there was instant porridge in our room which was a lovely touch, and he’d organised all sorts of discounts for food around the city. From the map I’d thought it would be more out of town than it is, but you’re a 10/15 min walk into the centre and less than that from a co-op. Would happily stay again if I was ever in Perth!

We could have used a full sized mirror in the room as we were off to a wedding, but that’s really clutching at straws - it was a great stay.

Room was very comfortable advised in advance breakfast not provided but there was small porridge pots and plenty of tea and coffee also bottles of water which were appreciated. Paul was great in advising on places to eat and very helpful

Everything was great if I was being picky I would prefer a small sink in the bathroom but do appreciate room is an issue would not put me off the sink being outside in the bedroom

The host was wonderful - lots of recommendations for Perth and a very genuine presence. Room was immaculate and so was the bathroom, with a generous amount of tea/coffee and instant pot of porridge. I slept very soundly in a the single bed, it was just the right amount of space for a 1 night stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet & great value place to stay in Perth!

Lovely, nicely decorated guest house with welcoming host. Ground floor room with two good sized single beds for my sister and I. The instant porridge sufficed us for breakfast, and there was plenty of instant coffee, tea and long-life milk. A bit of a walk into town - 10 minutes or so. Good value for money. I highly recommend this guest house.

The warmest welcome of any accommodation I’ve been in, Pete was so amazing and welcoming. They provided a small selection of items for breakfast, but also provided a discount to a local restaurant which was amazing, and also provided a great list of places to eat as well. Great location, a quick walk from the majority of the city. Absolutely lovely

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were given a quick and helpful tour of the room which had everything we needed. It was cozy and quiet, it came with a kettle and a quick breakfast of porridge, otherwise we were recommended a place for breakfast nearby and a selection of restaurants in town. We came by public transport, the bus stop is a short walk from the Guest house.

At check in, Paul took the time to show us the facilities around our rooms and explain about local eateries and discounts offered. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. You can regulate the room heating and I loved how cosy my room and the bed were. There is some parking out front and Paul even came out late evening to help us fit our cars in. Paul was friendly, helpful and informative. Top class service! I would definitely stay here again if in Perth and I highly recommend Dunallan GH.

The property was in a good location within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the city centre. Paul and Sharon are very welcoming hosts and were very happy to help. The room I stayed in was clean, cosy and very comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending Dunallan Guest House to anyone wanting to stay in Perth.

Very nice host, lovely accommodation with a roomy bed. Bathroom en-suite and therefore very small, but neat. Parking directly in front of the house. Only ca 15 Min walk to the city center.

As usual - no breakfast offered anymore. (you should try the Brown&Black's in the next town over though!) Bed was a little hard for our taste.
