The staff were excellent accommodating my late check in. My booking was easy and fuss free. The quality of the bed linen was very nice. Parking is right outside the door.

There was no where to hang clothes although there was a huge what appeared to be sliding iron wardrobe doors, I could not open them ? The route I had to take was through the countryside, very dark when you don’t know where you are going, I’d suggest you check it’s location. If you are not a confident driver. When you do reach nassington it’s a quaint village and worth the journey.

Very nice location, pretty river at the bottom of the garden. Large, comfortable bedrooms. Nice breakfast in the comfortable dining room.

The pub restaurant wasn't open the night we stayed (a Monday), but the staff were very helpful and directed us to a very nice pub only 5 mins drive away.

We didnt get chance to try breakfast as we left at 05.30!

We needed more time to have tried dining at this pub but we were only staying a very short time

The bar area really nice and staff friendly good selection of beers breakfast was very nice and plenty of it

Room was very cold heating came on but wasn't on long ,New year's eve buffet was very basic for the money we have stayed before and the pub menu and food was extremely higher standard

Breakfast was good. Room was great and service was excellent.

Perhaps there was miscommunication in the breakfast timings but that was not a problem given the reason for my stay.

The room was very cold. The heating went off as we arrived and although I told the staff about it, it never came on. The room was freezing !! It was New Years Eve and a very cold night. The morning was worse. The hotel was apologetic but it is shame they didn’t do anything about it.

The room smelt of smoke and no towels. Had to go and ask for these. The breakfast service was not great. Very slow and my breakfast was brought out and eaten before my husband’s. When questioned the waiter said it wasn’t his fault it was owner wife cooking with a broken wrist.

Wasnt like the pictures .cobwebs over the entrance door very dull interior very dated marks on mucky walls iron burn marks on carpet .very noisy boiler in room .came back to room 11.ish no one around to complain .so didn't stay! got in at days inn 5 mins away £59 100% better than the £102 we paid for this not worth it .had stopped in another b&b the night before the same price including breakfast .very poor for what they was asking for plus was 20 extra for breakfast .days inn at £59 was a Palace compared to this and days inn arent good .that bad my partner refused to stay 😕😕
