from the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the most kindest and funniest man ever. You made me feel at home from the moment i walked through the door.. I was so nervous, with the thought of staying somewhere alone with my 2 children, waiting to meet my husband off a deployment, but you made me and my children feel so comfortable and welcomed for the 4 days we stayed. Also, breakfast was amazing, and rooms were a great size to fit all of us. Fab location, too, with lots to do close by. I would 100% stay again

My bed, in my second room. Stayed in two different rooms. The first one was to fit just me and my children, the bed was great, the room was great. But when we moved into the second room to fit 4 of us. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, probably needs a new one?, but the room was massive and love it.

A total pleasure from start to finish. All staff are friendly and you leave feeling like you've known them years, not hours or days as is the reality. We ended up staying an extra night after initially only booking for the night if the Muse gig. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Bar prices REALLY reasonable and not at all hiked up like other places we've stayed in b&bs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return

Breakfast was good. lady's on reception where brilliant and very helpful and friendly.

We was in a family room which was down stairs which was fine because all my children where old enough to use the stairs them self the only problem was the luggage the reptionist offered to help us on the way down. Also the first morning we was show to our table and with in 2 seconds was ask what we wanted to order she didn't give us much time to look at what we wanted and then all our breakfasts came out at different times having said that the second morning went smoothly and all our order came out at the same time I did notice the lady who sat us on the first morning wasn't working on the second morning. Also it was difficult to shower as the shower head kept falling and pointing at the floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Within easy walking distance to the ferry terminal. Restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Staff very kindly offered to take us by minibus to the terminal ( in the event we had to leave before breakfast due to re-scheduling of the ferry departure time, and walked to the terminal, no problem).

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We asked for a quiet room but were given one overlooking the road ( actually was pretty quiet overnight).

John greeted us with a smile and he started roasting me with his funny jokes like a standup comedian for the first few minutes. I enjoyed it really well and I was really tired after driving and visiting some places that day. We booked The Duplex by Pureserviced first and we got late for the check in and then found this amazing place. Breakfast was nice, got plenty of street parking nearby and the room was also good.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were ok but due to be up dated. We were told this so it was fine. The staff from the cleaners to the owners were absolutely fab so so friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Would defo recomend and stay again. Friendliest hotel we have stayed in in years 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Communication from the host was amazing, as I had travel problems getting there for the first night. The room is beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The location is a few minutes walk from a food superstore and various food takeaways. The room is well equipped with mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer, hair straighteners, some plates, cutlery and wine glasses. Just a beautiful room.

Truly brilliant staff who did all they could to help and provide a service.Great location. with the view of Plymouth Sound a matter of minutes away Room is basic but very clean and full English breakfast plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel as a great base to explore the joys of the beautiful city of Plymouth.Thanks to the staff and management for a great stay

Fantastic location and easy to find. We were in town for the Muse concert and we were given information on how to get the stadium and they were even keeping the bar open later - came in handy as the stadium was a chaos with drinks. All the staff we met were very friendly and courteous. Service at breakfast was very efficient and fast.

Always a pleasant stay, staff were helpful when I needed something. The food was very good. Recommend their loaded burger. The room was clean and comfortable, plus I was upgraded at no extra charge. I'm a regular visitor to Plymouth, and this is always my go-to hotel.
