Really nice staff/hosts, super helpful and polite. Close to aiport so taxi fare is reasonable. Didn't use breakfast room but it looked really nice.

Shower was falling apart but it served its purpose so only a minor niggle.

I needed a rather last minute hotel close to Gatwick Airport as I changed my flight to one that was arriving late at night. The flight was even later so I got the train from Gatwick to Horley and ordered a taxi to pick me up from the station. All worked very well. My room was on the top floor and the sound insulation seemed really good. Room was newly redecorated with new carpet. Bed was new, extremely comfortable with good quality white bedding. Room very clean. Shower room was a bit dated but shower fine with very water hot. A quiet good night's sleep. Both members of staff I met were polite and helpful.

Breakfast misleading from the photos on Booking.com site. No fruit or juice. Only children's type cereal, warm milk, white sliced bread and tub of melted "butter" and jam!

This hotel far exceeded expectations. We needed somewhere to stay but we weren't going to arrive much before midnight and needed to leave at 4:30am to get to the airport so we just wanted safe, clean and convenient. The room was actually 2 rooms combined and extremely spacious. A lovely bathroom. Very clean and comfortable beds. Easy access. Quiet and calm. It was perfect for what we needed.

For the amount charged this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Nothing not to like.

For the price and distance in the early hours to Gatwick Airport park and ride it was just right, bed was comfortable and the room was a bit better than we expected after reading reviews. For one night saving a long early morning drive from the Midlands straight to Airport it was convenient and we both got a good few hours sleep.

The furniture was old but we didn't need to use it and the bathroom light didn't turn off but we closed the door so we were not disturbed by it. Freshen the place up a bit and update furniture and it would be much better I'm sure

Contrary to the poor reviews online, we actually had a very good experience. The staff were very helpful from the start and made our stay very comfortable. They communicated very well and answered our queries before booking. They helped us with an early bag drop. Also went out of their way to help us with our large luggage/bags. Since we had 7 big bags, they were kind enough to allot a room on the ground floor since we couldn't have taken everything upstairs. The location is 5 mins drive from Gatwick airport and there's a Sainsbury's right outside the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also it was very spacious and 4 of us (adults) could fit in easily.

We accidentally booked the night after. Staff kindly allowed us to book another room for the night. We recieved a full refund for our room on the original booking. Super helpful and understanding. Pub at end of the road is close enough and reasonable for dinner. Didn't have breakfast due to early flight.

Basic, but all we needed for one night before flight. Bit loud on landing area - had people arrive in the early hours from a flight who were struggling to get into their room so making calls etc presumably to staff. Understandable for a hotel so close to the airport though.

We arrived late on friday night for a wedding nearby on Saturday . Although no food was available on arrival (which we knew about) there is a sofa, kettle and mini fridge which was so useful. Also a Small Sainsbury's express was across the road) In the morning we walked to the Park , and enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable , not fancy but good value for money especially for a short break. Staff were friendly and helpful, and organised a taxi for us.

Signage from the road especially at night wasn't clear and we drove into a couple of other places first. Look for the Sainsbury's on the opposite side of the road.

the guys who worked there were just superb. I rang them a week before arriving and must have mentioned I was off to the league two play off final. anyway, I turn up late at night on the Saturday and the lovely chap runnung it said “now then, you’ve a big day tomorrow have you worked out how to get to Wembley?” and he proceeded to print me off directions to the stadium via the tube. just exceptional. he also when I told him I was starving apologises that they did not serve evening meals but allowed me to eat some of the breakfast items for free. they sorted me taxis, answered any questions I had and were generally lovely decent people. only 5 minutes from Gatwick too.

it being only 5 minutes from Gatwick but £17.50 on a taxi each way was a wounder but still so much cheaper than staying anywhere else

Location is perfect and a home feeling. No airs and graces here, you get what you paid for. I enjoyed my stay. Lovely staff who were at call when needed. The furniture is out dated as with the carpets but I just needed to sleep. Tye bed was amazingly comfortable. Its been newly painted so the paint smell is there. Sainsbury is across the Road with restaurants a 5 mins drive (Halal) (Khushboo) ample car parking available. Do not have high expectations when you come here as you will be disappointed. I was happy and would definitely come again without any hesitation.

No issues for me personally

The value for money was exceptional. It's location was great (10 minutes to Gatwick Airport). Room size and bathroom were a good size. It was clean. There was a continental breakfast but we left to early to partake. It had off-street parking and it was free for the one night.

Nothing really to fault.except on first entry it was just a slight muskiness due to probably not having anyone in it for a wee while.
