We liked the warm, relaxed & friendly greeting on arrival. Also we liked the fact that we could use an ice machine and that wine glasses were available should we want them, All extra facilities were well detailed in the guest info folder, as well as local information. Even the please do's and do not's were politely worded. The hotel was immaculate and the room had all we needed. We had to leave at 6am and the option of helping ourselves to a continental style breakfast was very helpful and was plentiful. The hotel is very well situated for a walk into town to enjoy the local restaurants and pubs locally and the drive to Gatwick airport where we were heading was around 5 minutes drive away but was still quiet and in a nice surroundings. Loved the sash windows, he only ones I have ever come across what openly smoothly!

Lovely place. Nice decoration. Warm, hot water, clean bathroom and room, comfy bed.

Room on ground floor right next to the entrance and the room door is not sound proof, making any entrance and exit an annoyance.

It was incredibly close to LGW (London Gatwick Airport) and the train station (located at LGW) for the train into London. We had a 22-hour layover, so being near the airport was important because we needed to leave again the next morning early (but not too early because we were so close). We wanted to spend time in London, so being near the train station was important because we could get into London quick without needing to be staying in London. Therefore, everything was easy and seamless to get to and from. We also felt safe.

I have nothing bad to say about these accommodations. We were very happy with our accommodations and its location and amenities. We would stay again.

From the moment we entered the lovely building we were treated very well. The owner was very pleasant and took time to explain about breakfast, services offered, and local amenities etc. The building is exceptional and maintained immaculately. It is decorated and furnished to a very high, tasteful standard. Beds are super comfortable with quality pillows and bed linen. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, Very friendly and helpful staff. It is ideally located, with a very short walk to restaurants and shops. Gatwick airport is just a five minute drive away. Altogether, a lovely, up market and tranquil place to stay. We enjoyed our stay very much, could not fault anything and would definitely stay again.

There was nothing that we didn´t like. All good!!

The grounds of this property are immaculate! Comfy, cozy sweet spot in a charming part of town. Right near the Gatwick airport, 1 min walk to the sweetest town! Breakfast was delicious. The homemade eggs were amazing! Only a 8 minute walk to the trains that will take you straight to London. Amazing amazing location.

There was no air and all windows were open. This caused lots of bugs to fly in and out of room. This place is super cute and cozy, but very homey so not like staying at a hotel. Stains on sheets, on bed, dust, etc. We had a great time, the air was definitely extremely difficult but it was a cozy home in a great neighborhood!

I stayed 2 nights, Perfect location , very near from Gatwick airport , you can actually walk from there (35 mins) , or take a train (7 mins walking distance from the train station) , you can arrange a transfer to the airport with the staff. I went to London back and forth in direct trains from Horly to London Victoria (13 pounds one way tickets). Located very near city center where you can find Restaurants and convinces stores (5 mins walking), pretty easy place to spot so you don't get lost. Arrival and check in is very easy, just make sure to tell the staff at what hour you will arrive. I got a wonderful room with big bedroom and no noise from the outside. All amenities included. You can get a delicious breakfast for 8 pounds a day (eggs, toast, bread, juices, cereal , fruits). Staff is great and very helpful. I will highly recommend it and will stay again for sure!

Loved the place so for me all good!

Excellent communication before and during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and I would stay here again. I easily walked into town and found a wonderful restaurant thanks the innkeeper's suggestion. The area is safe, a little slice of England, and the inn was ideally located. The breakfast was fresh, nicely presented and I received a hot cappuccino on request and was served a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast to go along with the other amenities. It was a nice sendoff back to the States.

Two small things: the bathroom offers no shelf or other area to place a dop kit of one's medical or other supplies. Putting in shelfs would be advised. Whilst there are blackout curtains on the ample windows there is light streaming in between from the exterior lights that stay on through the night. Nothing other than a face mask can keep that light out. Otherwise the room is very pleasant.

The host is wonderful and very accessible for question, and the location is great. The room was fine, what can be expected for a bed and breakfast room that fits a family of 4. The bathroom is newly redone and clean.

Being woken up early by kids running around on the floor above us. I get it, I have a family, too, and one can expect close quarters in a bed and breakfast. If you are not an early riser, maybe request a room in a location that may be more buffered from normal family noises. A throw pillow was badly stained. Not a really big deal really but it gave a general feeling of discomfort.

The house is lovely, the bed was comfy and it was very quiet at night. Quasim was very friendly and helpful, clearly enjoys his work. The breakfast was simple but fine (cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast with a choice of type of egg, plus a few other items). The location is great, less that 10 minutes to Gatwick and the town of Horley is also great. There were a number of nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance, including quite a nice Wetherspoons. We went for a nice Indian meal at Khushboo. Plus shops and supermarkets 5 minute walk away. I would certainly recommend the place, especially for flying from Gatwick. They also do holiday parking for £10 a day and can arrange taxis to and from the airport.

Lovely large house in a quiet area but close enough to local amenities. Lovely clean room with comfortable beds. We really liked the decor and character of the property. It was a hot day and fans were provided and very much apppreciated. The owner was lovely and friendly. We didn't use the parking or airport transport service as we weren't going to the airport but would definately stay again if we were.

The ensuite bathroom was accessed via an archway in the bedroom which didn't provide as much privacy as we would have liked (I was travelling with my mother). The toilet had a door on it fortunately but the sink and shower didn't.
